((Just a littllee bit late BD; I didn't realize it had started two days ago))
"oooooo..." a small voice said softly from one of the few vacant seats that were left in the train car. If one where curious enough to see the source of the sound, they would of found a...very small creature. One, that was currently pressing their nose up against the glass, and making small noises every so often as it looked out the window.
It seemed that one of the students had remained inconspicuous for some time, completely forgetting that there were others in the cart with her. Astra, a midget sized fae, had been too entranced with the scenery that was rushing past the car to pay heed of what was happening around her. But now, she was growing a little bored with the scenery, and decided it would be more fun to listen in on the conversations that were currently happening.
Head finaly torn away from the window, she jumped onto the seat next to her and stood on her tippy toes so she could look over the top. She could see a few students who were talking about where they lived, and...something about a yeti. ooo...how interesting! she hadn't heard of the places they had mentioned, never having left Halloween town before. Her long antenna twitching in interest, she continued to listen in on the students, not wanting to put forth her own opinion...just yet.

UNWANTED VISITORS:There was a rather broken sob from the other end of the seat car. At first it looked like there was a random straw hat (and a mini batling on it) floating in the middle of nowhere, but upon closer look, it was none other than the old minipet master, sitting on top of the luggage rack.
"That story... was so, so touching." The old man wiped non-existent tears from his ghostly face. "I think you students all deserve a nice reward for your actions, how about I teach you how to catch a minipet?"
Before they could say yes or no, he had already taken a rather round object from his pocket. "The game is simple really, you throw an object in the air and then shout really loud A or B. I'm not telling you what either mean. That's a secret you know, part of the training."RULES:- You heard the old man, grab an object closest to you and throw it way up into the air! - Have your character choose "A" or "B" (whatever they mean) as they throw their object into the air, apparently this is important, for some reason - PLEASE ROLL A 6-SIDED DICE IN THE SAME POST exclaim - Your character may only try once but there are unlimited non action post rps in the meanwhile while results are tallied

Nefertari's ears perked when she heard the old master suddenly start speaking. Well wasn't this interesting! She peered up at him as he spooke. How to catch a minipet? Throw something in the air? Hmm, well why not? It seemed this train trip was going to be very interesting.
Nefertari took off her ankh headband, she had others if something happened to it, and threw it into the air.
"A!!!" she yelled.

As soon as the old man started talking, Astra's attention was focused fully on him...or at least the little batling on his hat.
"Throw something?" she repeated, then looked around for a possible object. There was her oak staff that was laying against her seat, but that was to precious to be used in a game like this. As she stood there thinking up her dilemma, her mind suddenly clicked. Aha! Astra made a beeline for her school bag, Digging around before she pulled out some loose sheets of paper. With a few scrunches, she now had a round paper ball!
As instructed, she threw the paper ball as high as she could, and with a loud voice (or as loud as she could get it) she shouted, "A!"

Oh come on. What's with all these distractions. All she wanted to do was talk to this sassy thing....ugh.
Slipping out of both gloves, Natalia tossed one into the air and chirped the letter "B" out loud, looking expectantly at the pink-haired demoness to do the same. Passing her second over, "You can use this if you'd like."

Morrigan had won something? A pepperment point? What? But she didn't even try! A part of her felt really guilty, especially since she liked G. He was a nice monster, unlike some. She'd have to put forth a better effort to fit in. "Thank you, G," she stated, attempting to be nicer. There was no reason for her to take her frustration on on his game or the other students. She was just.. a little claustrophobic is all.
She wasn't sure what the old guy was going on about. A or B could mean different things. One could lead to punishment or certain death. Then again, the guy looked like he would kill over if he got the least bit excited. Man, what should she choose? A was for a** and B for boobs. That was like choosing between a sexy demon or a hot one. Deep down though, she was always a boob kind of girl. She couldn't help but staring at them, even when they weren't hers!
"B!" she called without thinking and tossed her companion, Mimic into the air.

Petro was completely unaware of the discomfort his clothing (or lack thereof) was causing the other boil. Not that he'd be able to understand why exactly, he and those in his clan were perfectly comfortable in their own skin. (Armor was a different matter, but that was neither here nor there.)
The other boil's explanation? Justification? whatever that was was good enough for the young monster to trust him enough with the candy. Just the candy. "Alright, boil-whose-name-I-don't-know, I'll take you up on your offer. The name's Petro, since it's polite to introduce yourself before asking a favor, isn't it?" Petro's eyes tapered into jovial slits as his grin widened into a friendly smile that showed teeth. "Least you're fair to everyone. I'll definitely think about getting a bag once we get to the destination. Jack knows what else I might end up picking up," he laughed, handing the candy to the other boil.
It was a good thing too, otherwise, Tro would have seriously considered just removing his brightly colored loincloth and using it as a makeshift sling to carry things around. Maybe he was too comfortable in his own skin.
And that's when the old man appeared, praising them for that ridiculous story and offering to teach them how to catch a minipet as a reward. Were all train rides this weird, Petro couldn't help but wonder. Still, an extra skill in something couldn't hurt. The problem was finding something to throw. He glanced to his wristbands, pulled one off and tossed that into the air, bellowing, "A!"

Raziel accepted the peppermint from G, slipping it quickly into his pocket. He really disliked the taste of mint, so he was glad to be instructed not to eat it. As he moved back to his seat, a new distraction occurred, this time in the form of the ghostly minipet master.
He instructed everyone to throw things and shout letters. How ridiculous. With an exasperated sigh, Raziel groomed one of the loose scales off his tail and threw it into the air.
"B."

"Thank you," Myr said, as he was given the small peppermint candy. It was a little unusual of a candy and he just studied it for a moment.
Myr had been just about to add in with where he lived, when the old man ghost had appeared and requested them to do his strange little task. It reminded him a bit of the tutorial sequence on one of his games on his handheld, and so he took the peppermint candy he had won, and tossed it into the air, knowing he'd be able to catch it when it came back down.

Sepheran had been consumed with fiddling with the candy in his hand he had nearly forgotten where he was. The peppermint was so interesting to him though, he could sense the strong aroma and taste the scent...it wasn't anything he had come across before, even Liannan had come out of her perch to check the thing out.
The only thing that broke Sepheran out of his daze was when the old man appeared. He didn't really understand what he had meant but he looked around for something to throw. He really didn't want to throw his candy, so he pocked it and found an old gold pin in his pocket as he did so. Smiling softly he took it out let Liannan in form him where to throw that wouldn't hit anyone and tossed it up into the air. "Um...B!" Sepheran stated.

Ooh, was this another game? When had this man entered the train without anyone noticing? It seemed strange to have an old man in the car and no professors...
Regardless, she wouldn't mind earning another peppermint. She tossedher other peppermint in the air and said softly, "A."

Viveca had received a peppermint candy from the man they had gathered around and told a story with, which she had curtly thanked him for (she deserved one, after all!) and had pocketed.
Now another strange man had shown up (was this going to be some sort of running gag or something?), telling them to throw things in the air and shout. What an odd trip this was starting out to be!
Well, may as well. Besides. Throwing things was fun!
She was about to throw her hat up, but decided that she didn't want to risk losing it, and instead dug a screwdriver, which she used to work on her contraptions with, and threw it up.
The young girl debated for a moment on what to shout. Since 'A' was the first letter of the alphabet, making it number 1 (and she was Number 1!), she shouted in a loud, clear voice.
"A!"

Tybalt shrugged at the undead boy. "No harm done and the names, Tybalt." He answered, though his attention was on the small peppermint candy. Though what it was for? He had no idea, he would just have to wait and see.
What was important now, was that they were requested to toss something in the air, by the old fart and yell out A or B? Heeh? Weird guy. But it seemed fun, so he might as well join in as well.
"B!" He called, tossing up a pumpkin seed he had in his pocket.

The wail at the back of the car whipped the marid's head around. It had startled her, and after the whole denting if the walls, she was understandably jumpy. It wasn't the mysterious something howling at them in attack though, but an old man, apparently touched by their story.
Dark lips pursed as he spoke, brows arching delicately in curiosity. Catch a mini pet by throwing random objects? This was a new strategy that she didn't place a whole lot of faith in. But, she didn't have anything to loose by trying it, except a single gold bangle(She had dozens, what was one?). Slipping the bracelet from her wrist, the demon tossed it into the air about her and G, shouting a quite "A!"

J.P. Saw the man and wiggle his bum. He wiggle once more and was handed the round thing. He jump in the air and threw it up. "J.P. Pick B! YEAHE YEAHE!" He yell out with glee! He didn't really knew what was going on but he sure like it!
