Unable to read minds at all, Jericho didn't really get to hear what West attempted to say back to Riley. But he soon found himself, or his head to be exact, being used as a desk as she started to fill out her little game sheet. He wasn't all too amused with this but the sounds of shouting soon distracted him from that. Turning to try and see what was going on, he didn't see anything in particular but apparently something was attacking the train.
Well, whether or not he could see the enemy, he wasn't about to let up on some potential action! Seeing how West had knocked himself out trying to rush the invisible creature, Jericho decided to take a little less direct route until he could at least see what to hit.
Taking a piece of luggage from the above, he quickly launched it across the train. Well, it didn't seem to actually hit anything and was on a crash course towards a demon in the back.
"Woops," he said flatly.

ROUND 2: HP LEFT 76Though there seemed quite a hefty chunk of misses over actually hitting - which was the tricky thing with invisible creatures, the feeble attempts to actually attack this creature was working. Its form flickered for a brief second...

It looks like the students were going to have to try harder than that.RULES:CONTINUE ON THE SAME TRADITION AS ROUND 1 (roll 2 6-sided dice, first dice odd = miss first dice even = hit, second dice = damage, and rp out the action melee only) - One post per character per turn for BATTLE ACTIONS (you can have unlimited rp posts in the meanwhile) - Students who were not around for turn 1 are more than able to join in for turn 2!

Well, no sense in stopping now. Just because she'd dropped her first book on that one rude boy's head, didn't mean she was going to stop throwing things. At least throwing things was more fun than playing I Spy.
In fact.. she crumpled up her I Spy paper into a delightfully tight wad, placed it on the palm of her left hand, and used the long digits of her right hand to flick it with more precision at the spot where that little reindeer creature had just exposed itself for a moment. Success! She saw the wad of paper hit paydirt, and could have sworn she just gave the reindeer a papercut with it. Victory was hers.

In the midst of the chaos, Jericho had failed to notice the other demon sitting between himself and Riley until about now. He was busy chucking luggage after all. After glancing down at her, he looked up in time to see the Mindflayer chuck a crumpled piece of paper at a ghostly reindeer figure.
"Nice shot," he complimented.
Quickly, the dragon looked around for something else to throw. Well his pencil was as good as anything else right now he supposed. When he went to throw it, however, the ghostly figure had disappeared once again. That didn't stop him from launching the pencil like some sort of dart into the target.

Raven had been in the middle of actually trying to figure out that I spy stuff when ..well as he;d suspected all along everything went to crap. She'd managed to elude the first bit of flying objects and keep out of things for a good little while - but then the accursed beast came closer and more out of a sense of preservation then anything else she threw her book at it..which missed completely - and scrambled over the seats looking for more ammo to launch - hopefully with more precision!

The sounds of the cabin door being slammed open and rushing feet had gone unnoticed by the Envy demon enjoying a semi-pleasant nap in his empty seat space. After all, chattering voices and such never bothered him in he was napping. He wasn't sure what it was that woke him up, maybe the flying things that hit him in the head, or the screams this time around instead of the chatter. "Jackitall... wha?"
It seemed he had obvious missed something interesting. Of COURSE, NOW something happens to prove a distraction. Please >>. Straining his ears to listen a bit, he tried to make out what was being said. Invisible... something or another. Oh? There's a ghost in the cabin? Much better than Ispy.. since it wasn't related to people, he could handle something like this right? Standing up a bit and stretching to make himself a bit more aware, he decided to go ahead and give it a shot. Fighting off this invisible whatever...
At first, he figured to throw a pen or something, but that was distasteful. Though he wasn't much a melee fighter, might as well try? But how to lock onto something one could really see past a streak of red? And it moved pretty jackin' quickly too. Smirking as it drew somewhat near his local, he tried to swing at it... oh and how he failed. His nose wrinkled in distaste before he snickered. Well, it had to be expected right?

Several minutes later, West groaned and cracked his eyes open. Where was he again? He bent his arm, pulling it in close to his chest from where it had splayed across the aisle and as he did so, something mostly insubstantial brushed past, whickering angrily. Oh! Reindeer on train! Right.
He shakily got to his feet, touching his fingers to his bloody forehead before sticking them in his mouth. Damn you, deer!
West looked around, reaching for the first weapon-ish thing he laid eyes on. With as much force as he could muster, he lobbed the very same textbook that had assaulted him toward the retreating ghost. Score! Now the thing had demon blood and reindeer a** on it.

Deer?
Kasumi was busy trying to get out of the way when an angry, invisible reindeer showed up! She had to protect the students! It was her duty as student council! Picking up the nearest shoe (which she supposed was detached from whoever was wearing it previously) she swung at where she believed the reindeer to be.
If this didn't work, maybe she could communicate with it, being a ghost herself? Kasumi made a decidedly :< face and continued her quest to be the best Student Council girl she could.

Iolanthe had pretty much backed herself into a wall between seats, hoping to keep as far out of the path of danger as possible. It wasn't that hard to see where the beast was anyway, since it was bumping and tossing anything in it's path. With her back up against a wall, she could stay out of the line of sight and thing about this.
What kind of bad luck did they have at fighting a ghost reindeer on a train with their abilities suppressed. A train with very little means to attack it. She happened a glance down at the pen and paper she had dropped on the floor, then decided she might as well as try something.
She stooped and picked up the pen, uncapped it, and positioned it in her hand like it was a dart. She drew back her hand much the same way she had with the shoe and tossed it in what she had thought was perfect form. Sadly, her pen made a tiny arc and then plummeted to the floor. It landed tip-downward, just enough to make a little dot of ink of the floor, before it fell over and tumbled away under seats on the far side from her.
"Jack damn it."

That knock against his back hurt a lot more than he expected and the Wraith took a few seconds before staggering back to his feet. It was official: he hated not being able to phase through things, that might have been the most useful ability a Ghost could have and without it or his FEAR he might as well have been a helpless human fighting against a poltergeist... reindeer?
His eyes narrowed at the red light, its form flickering in and out of existence. If it could do things like this and they couldn't then it meant the block of powers was only on the students and Candlejack! the one teacher who could have helped was long gone now.
Gritting his teeth, Corbin groped around the floor for something, anything to attack with. In the sea of items flung by the specter, his fingers clutched something hard and, bringing it to his face he discovered it was--a comb. His face conveyed how unimpressed he was. Still, it was something, and he chucked the hair care product the reindeer's way. Nothing. It veered off course due to its shape and smacked the wall instead.
Useless.

Almost as soon as Aksaja had gotten onto the train, he'd found a seat far in the back and decided to take a nap. After all, it was a train ride... how interesting could things get, really? He barely stirred when he was handed a list for I Spy, not even really waking up until everyone started making a bunch of noise and throwing things.
"What the hell...?" the dragon muttered, blinking eyes open. Which was when he finally realized that maybe this ride wouldn't be so boring as he'd thought. What was that thing? Frowning, the dark-haired male moved closer to it, ducking a few things that were being thrown at it by other students.
They all seemed to be afraid to get close to it ... heh. Well, it was just some kind of weird deer. But maybe there was something they knew that he didn't. Reaching over at random, he snatched an object out of someone else's bag, not even looking to see what it was, and threw it. The thing turned out to be a pencil, which didn't do much damage... but at least it hit!

Now is the time to prove herself! Carthusia steadied herself on top of a cushioned seat, ready to divebomb the Jacking reindeer something fierce! She all about readied a Xena-esque yell when she slipped and fell onto the nearest person, feet in the air and dress over her head in the most scandalous way.

Calder was quickly realizing he wasn't good with battles, and resigned himself to this fact when he went to kick the passing deer to only have it phase out, leap, and completely miss. What little machoism Calder had was stomped on, and he flopped back in his seat, frowning. Just like the battle of the bands fight, he failed to do any real damage, and was better if he was just one of the festive decorations than any help trying to get rid of his angry buck. At least he hadn't hurt his own team in the process (though he hated to think that Nuk was on his 'team' at any point), and decided that as long as he wasn't hurting anyone else, he could at least try.
He just wished his attempts hit something other than air.

Well. That was definitely a ghost... reindeer?! Malodore stared. It had always thought they were a myth!
... not ghosts, obviously. Reindeer.
After a moment, the plague doctor snapped out of it, mentally put 'existence of reindeer' down on the already-long list of Things My Family Are Wrong About, and snagged the back of Luce's collar with its free, uninjured hand. The cwn annwn pup had let go of its hand with an apologetic whine, but was now back to barking frantically, bristling at the ghost. "Luce-"
Luce yelped and thrashed, flailing her limbs in every possible direction, completely out of control. There was prey! Prey prey prey! She released another hail of furious barks.

Lucien groaned about his miss. How could the air betray him like that and blow his aim off? He had to take vengeance on that invisible creature who had knocked him over and stolen his wings! And that's when it appeared to solidify a little, allowing Lucien to see more than a glowing red nose. What... was it? A reindeer? An invisible reindeer? Really? Lucien had never seen one before, although probably with good reason since they're invisible.
Lucien looked around from the floor, looking for anything to use as a weapon. That's when he spotted a small bag on the floor. It wasn't his, but it really made no difference to him! He grabbed the strap and biffed it in the direction of the reindeeer.
Bam!
Lucien cheered as he seen the bag hit the reindeer right on the noggin!
