After he ended eating her standed up and took his plate outside "I will go wash the dishes after we end training, for now I be outside waiting for you" He walked out and took another boken on his way out, once outside he made a few push ups pull ups and ran a few laps to warm up himself then streched himself and made a few slashes. "good enogh for a warm up"

"ok be right there" she then went over to her bag and looked for more white raping bands but couldnt find any "Well this is just great, hope thing happends to my top tonight."she then picked up her boken and walked out to him she watched what her did and then coped him but add more steching for her self "well how you would like to start this?" she said this with a wild like smile on her face

she slowly moved and then slowly walks closer to him and with a small jump she flys at him not to attack but to test him

She charged forward at him with her boken heading right at him.

He waited for her to be close enogh and hitted her in the abdomen with the end of his boken as the boken hits he makes a quick spin to the right placing the poken close to her neck. "never charge like that you leave too many openings"

she jumped to the side not letting the boken touch her neck "thank you i will remeber that" she then quickly spined behing him and jumped back

He smile at her spin and made a back flip on the same direction sending a kick to her abdomen.

she saw him coming at her and then quickly jump back and landed and then jumped in the air with a spin and landed beside him with her boken nex to his neck
