The Fish-eyes-whom-glowed bright had burst free of the lake and was lying on the earth now. many earth covered objects had covered the area. as she glanced at wolf-girl-who-bears-fangs, They Slowly approached the Bright- Eyes. Amaia Limped on her painful wound, blood spewing with every step.

The fish shifted and twitched for several moments, before dieing. Suddenly, it's body began to rapidly deflate like it was a ballon against it's bones. It's mouth slowly opened. The water around them had cleaned off one of the earth covered objects that surrounded Kida and Kiron. It was a large, brilliant blue sapphire.

((Well... sweatdrop not quite...))
The blue gem was in fact no the artifact, as it was shaped like a normal gem rather then a tear. The other objects revealed themselves to be treasure as well, in the form of rubies, diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, gold, and silver.

As she Looked Closer, she Realized it Was No Artifact, but a Trove of Treasure had Exploded along with The Fish. she Bent Down To Study a ruby in Front of her, "Where Did These come from?" She Asked herself. "And Wheres That King-forsaken Human?!" She Yelled at the fish.

Inside the fishes mouth lay Logan. His eyes closed, revealing his lavender eyelids. He made no movement and had no apparent breathe. In his hand he held a small blue object. It was firmly held in his grasp, with his black claws through his gloved hand touching it.

Amaia Stared At The Unconscious man. The Gauntlet on her Arm Was Feeding off of Her Energy To Pay her Back For Using It's Energy. A Blood drinker the Artifact was indeed. She Saw in His Hand A Shiny Object. Lustrous And Much prettier Than The Rest Of the Treasures. She Approached him. "Always Like this... Humans Are nothing But Trouble" She Said quietly, remembering Her First Love Who's Life Had Been Lost to The Artifacts. She Nudged His Body With Her Foot, She Got Dizzy Very Suddenly and almost Collapsed From the Lost Of Blood, Her wound was suddenly stinging awfully, "Bah!" She Said To his Body After Considering Taking The artifact From his hand. "Its no fair fight if it's Stolen."

The one with the dog held off Seirah's attempt at dive bombing, so she just hovered, planning on attacking whoever had it with them. After the centaur-winged girl dived in, she just watched. She watched as a fish spit her up and as the fish flew up and died on the ground. She looked closely as the earth covered things cleared to show gems. Sapphires, Rubies, Diamonds! "F*ck yeah! I'm rich!" She yelled flying down and grabbing the gems by handfuls.

Kida rushed to Logan's side as Kiron rummaged through the treasure. "Dammit I told you to be careful!" She picked him up carefully as she examined him, making sure he wasn't grievously wounded like the flying girl.

Logan lay there in her arms, eyes closed and unmoving. The artifact was in his hand, his claws wrapped around it. Suddenly the artifact began to glow, as it started to dissolve in his hand.
