Dion Necurat [M]a.r.t.s Dion Necurat [M]a.r.t.s Jarel Damone agreed. i let a lot of things fly, but this couldn't be one of them. Oh come on, it's not all about Tim guys. It's the easy way out, even if he has nothing to do with someone acting like an a*****e. Take my opinion for what it is, aka a point of view from a guy who's been around for over 3 years and has seen a lot happening around here (or being involved, I admit it and I assume it): Rich was in many guilds before and there are still some people who worked with him in the past who are active around here. If no one warned, no one blacklisted in the early days, then this means he was consistently good. If so why should we wait for him with a baseball bat outside the door for two mistakes when one of them isn't THAT bad in the first place? It wasn't major puppet mastering, it's not like he set the character on fire until there's only ashes remaining in the center of the ring... Prevent a repeat. True. But you know, discussing in private messages instead of playing the drama queens in front of everyone would've work just as fine. Like, really. Diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks. It's always good to start by that. I bet that if you were to make a little mistake, you wouldn't like to know that a whole bunch of people is bitching behind your back and making sure your RP life is a living hell over that, instead of telling you "hey, that's not right." and explain why so you could acknowledge the problem.

Depends on whether or not I'm notorious for making those kinds of errors. That's the point, every case is different. And in Rich's case, it's only been recently that it was actually noticed and discussed. So was it worth all the drama? Not yet, but that is strictly my point of view. If he was to do it again in a few weeks, then I would encourage some actions to be taken, as far as the actions are respectful, aka it stops where the "Gaia PaTroll" starts, if we can call it that way lol.
