So...I was just in the GD and they had a thread about coming up with band names and I thought "Y'know, the Church of Erik would make a great band name."
and uh, I decided to tell you guys about my revelation. So...yeah. join the band or be a groupie, cause the Church of Erik is picking up instruments. (I claim vocals. w00t.)

Well, since Erik is so holy and consumes us all the time why should we have a single meeting day? Everyday is an Erikism day!

KIra is right! Everyday is an holy day of Erikism! So...instead of having one day a week you cna just go any day as long as you do go one day a week (maybe?)

We need to establish every detail of the religion first. We have to start traditions! Why have a holy day to celebrate when we don't know what to celebrate? Of course, Erik, duh... but we need a ceremony and customes! ooh!
And you know how the Christian symbol of the cross? And how the Jewish symbol is a star? Ours will be the mask! Look, we already have jewlery to spread Erikism!

and we need to have conversion phrases (I was gonna say catch phrases but >.>....) and we need to quote stuff like " In the book of Erik ( chapter 21:Vicissitudes of a Persian page: [pending]), Erik says 'You silly a** (sic)' "and pretend it has profound meaning! heart
*random side note* maybe we should add a final chapter to Leroux's book as our holy bible that plays off of revelation where it warns "those who take from this book and pervert it into any bad media form (i.e. ANOTHER bady hollywood film) shall find themselves punjabbed! )" xd

I had something like that in my head but when I went to type it I forgot what it was >.< Oops... But that is perfect! And on our high holy day we shall wear black and either a white or black mask.

I better not get punjabbed over my movie... I'm trying to portray how I believed Leroux felt as he wrote his 'true' story... To be honest I'm not even calling it "The Phantom of the Opera" I'm calling it "The True Story of the Opera Ghost".... o_O;
