Creaking, crooning, leaking, moaning,
tossing, turning, pitching, crashing,
against its foe, mighty and vast,
it runs smoothly and runs fast,
has head and rear and moves in fleet,
jogs constantly but has no feet.
It stops only to relieve and fill,
rises, falls, always over land,
but never once will climb a hill.
What is it?

It is water in general, or a river more specifically, isn't it?

There's a body lying dead on a bed, and on the floor beside it is a pair of scissors. The scissors were instrumental in his death, yet there's no trace of blood. The body reveals no signs of any cuts or bruises. How could the
person have been murdered with the pair of scissors?
PostPosted: Wed Feb 01, 2006 4:26 pm

scisssors were used to cut the string/rope; then the person was strangled.
either that, or the person is on a hospital bed and needed the oxygen tube that the scissors were used to cut.

Well, this is more of a joke then a riddle. But here we go.

What's red and green, and goes 200 m/h.

A frog in the blender.

No, that's not it. Choking would leave some sign on the body.
