Hello, I am Oracle of Delphi, most call me Oracle. If I could I would spend every waking moment Roleplaying, but alas, I must attend college. I love to write poetry, prose, and whatever little stories flit into my mind. I admit I have a tendency to be far too verbose and prosaic in my writings and seem to have a thing for mentioning people's eyes. If I join your thread I will be one of the last to admit it is dead and will voraciously post in an attempt to make it the best and longest here.
If anyone has any suggestions on what thread would be a good place to start, I am all ears.

So...I'm the first new person to post here in over a month.
I am FallenSnow. Thats pretty easy to type out, but if you really don't feel like it, Snow is just fine. I'm fourteen, and live in Canada. I've been Role playing for a little while now, but I couldn't find a place with enouph activity to keep me occupied. I will be as active as I can, and you should see me post as soon as a new RP starts (so I don't jump in in the middle of the story, and the person who I sent my profile to isn't gone. sweatdrop ).
I also like to skip lines in my RP's. I think it makes it look more organised, but you might find it annoying to read. Ah, well I guess we can't all win.

Looks like it's been quite some time since the last person joined...
Please call me Flex. This is a joint account with my bf, but I'll be the one coming to this guild (and yes, I am a girl). I used to RP when I was younger but I stopped for a while because of school and work. I'd like to get back into RPing because I really enjoy writing and for a few years now I haven't had much motivation to write (it's quite sad).
I hope you'll all be nice to me or I'll send a demon to haunt your dreams for the rest of your life =)

Hello!
My name is M (or you can just refer to me by my user name) because I love the anonymity of the internet and I'm legal. My zodiac sign is Scorpio, I have two cats and I currently reside in New Jersey. I love history, reading, writing, and of course role playing. I'm also very new to Gaia and still figuring things out so bear with me.
Let's see, as far as role playing goes I have been doing so for years and got my start over in the Hell Mouth that is AOL member rooms. I eventually linked up with a group of talented writers and we pretty much cliqued our way through countless games, the most recent of which have all been X-men based, so I've finally decided to branch out a bit and see what else the net has to offer.
If anyone has a neat game or story-line they are running and you need characters, let me know! I've never watched anime in my life so I won't be much help for you there, but medieval/fantasy type stuff is a-okay! That's pretty much it xd All other pertinent information can be found in my profile I suppose and of course I am always looking for Gaia friends with similar interests! Anywither, kindly call me Discord, Dis is acceptable too. I'm usually seventeen, and roleplaying is a welcome rest from my normally hectic lifestyle. I am a fledging writer who loves creating and imbuing her characters - hopefully no one will be annoyed when I inevitably don't use the same name twice. I came to this guild to improve my roleplaying and writing skills. I look forward to brillant roleplays with everyone.

M, we could use more people in my roleplay, The Forest. It's moving pretty slowly right now because of school end/summer starting stuff I think, but we have progressed a bit. If you are interested send me a PM or something and I'll give you a shortened version of the plot.

Hey I am new to the guild and fairly new to RPing. You can call me Ruka or by my character name Allira. I am 18 and I live in Australia. I like reading and writing. I am in the middle of writing a few short stories and a novel.

Hello to all!
I am Zulma san...Zulma is easier & you can also call me by my main character who is Danaiade
I passed my twenties a couple of years ago...(am I one of the eldest (I admit I did not check the profiles of everyone...)?)
I enjoy role playing online or real (camping in the forest for 3 days with costumes and monsters jumping at you in the middle of the night with nothing but fire as your light because you are in the middle age...AMAZING)
I do a lot of drawing mostly fantasy, fairies or manga inspired...
I was fed up with these role players not able to add up more than 3 words in a posts...thus my presence here...
I am looking at the current role play here and I must admit that they are all already long...do you have a tip for me so that I can include myself in one of the current role play?

If you are looking at any of the exisiting roleplays that are really long (Telltaylen for example) you can ask the creator for a synopsis of what had happened so far, or you can some how insert yourself into the worl, depending on what is going on. For example, in my roleplay (The Forest), we are just escaping the Inquisitors, if someone were to join in as a non-human, they could some how stumble across us, or if they want to stir up a little trouble in the rp, theycan stumble across the Inquisitors. Or if they are with the church they would go the opposite way.
I am not sure where the other roleplays are at plot wise, but that is what I suggest smile
