"You know everything about me? HA!" Hiroku laughed. "Don't kid yourself you pathetic excuse for a bloodsucking leech. You know nothing about me, and the council of vampires can kiss my a**. I've done more favors for them than they can pay off. Now run along to your class before I carry out my threat." The ball of light intensified.

"They always said you were a nasty young man. Even when you were little. I was just like you are now a few years back. Cold, serious, pretending my causes were noble. Look where it brought me now. Take a good look at your future! Your light show means nothing." Raidou was unimpressed. "Good bye for now Hiroku. I shall see you soon. After all, I'll see you on campus." He jumped out the window and a ton of crow lifted him into the sky. He vanished into the darkness outside.

Hiroku snuffed the light as the vampire left. He closed and locked his window, to prevent any other midnight guests. He headed to Nanako's next door. He wanted to talk.

Another flash of light, and Hiroku appeared in his room. He started packing for that trip he had to be a guard on. *Ugh* he thought, but then, he brightened, *maybe something interesting might happen*. He packed a duffel bag full of warm clothes, ammunition for his new guns, and a few sword-care tools. He pulled out a small box from the bottom of his trunk, and he made a half-smile as he looked at it. He tooked a shower, toweled off, and put on a pair of black and white flannel pants and a grey t-shirt. He layed down on his bed, and went to sleep, thinking *Overall, an ok day.*

Hiroku awoke from his sleep, and looked at the clock. "Aw, crap. It's almost time to leave." He got up, changed into his usual outfit, grabbed his stuff, and moved to teleport to the meeting house. Before he did, he stopped, and thought *How are we going to carry all the luggage?* He mulled over this, and then a stereotypical idea lightbulb winked over his head. He smiled, checked his window and door, and teleported away with a flash of light.

A figure walked through the hall, and stopped in front of Hiroku's room. All the wards and seals Hiroku had placed upon the door was still there, as the figure discovered. A small flash of light, and the harmful wards were destroyed. The figure walked through the door, its head almost touching the edge of the doorframe. The hood over its face concealed its identity, but did not hamper its sight. It pulled back the hood, and revealed a mass of white hair. Alert, silver eyes gazed over the room. The man raised his eyes from the floor, and walked over to the window, he looked out, and whispered, "I'm home."

Hiroku awoke from his sleep. He got up, and walked over to the window, through which the sun was shining. A lot had changed in the month he was gone, as he sensed new vampiric auras in the school. *I guess new human students will have arrived as well*, he thought. Hiroku changed into a new set of clothes similar to the one he had been wearing, found the guardian armband under his bed, and set out to walk around the school.

A bright flash of light filled the room, and Hiroku appeared back in his room, tired, but happy. His thoughts lingered on the beautiful vampire he had met and kissed today. *Never expected anything like that to happen.* He showered, and changed into a black t-shirt and matching jeans. He laid down on his bed, and fell asleep to the pleasant thoughts running through his head.

Hiroku's slumber was disturbed by the imapct into the ground he felt after falling out of his bed. He rubbed his head and looked out the window while shielding his eyes from the bright light. He looked out over the grounds from his window and yawned. He got dressed into a pair of black jeans with white designs, a black shirt with a yin-yang symbol on the front, and a long, black jacket, in which he kept his weapons. He walked out the door, locking it behind him, and headed outside.

Hiroku returned to his room, showered, and changed into his usual set of clothes. He strapped his sword onto his back, and started heading out the door, but he paused at his nightstand. He put on his black gauntlet that went on his left arm, and put on the bracelet that went on his right wrist. "Expecting trouble?" the voice from the gem asked. " I'm not sure." Hiroku responded as he left for the courtyard.

Hiroku walked back into his room. He had extinguished the flames before he came inside so he didn't attract attention......or burn down the dorms. He was still fuming. A roaring fire appeared in the grate with only a glance, and the room temperature rose immediately. Hiroku took off his heavy jacket and hung it in the closet. He glanced down at his hand, which was blue with cold. He brought it up to his head, and concentrated. He felt the cold leaving it, and flexed it a few times, just to make sure. He set his sword aside, and fell asleep almost instantaneously, having expended a massive amount of energy just to stay alive.

Hiroku awoke to the silence that dominated his room. He got up, and walked over to the window. It was still snowing. He takes a shower, and after drying off, changes into black jeans, black shirt, and a heavy white cloak, clipping his gunbelt on underneath. He leaves his sword behind, not expecting any significant trouble today.

Heartbeats in the darkness. Hiroku awoke, wondering what that sounds was. It was a distinct heartbeat. *Why am I hearing this?* Hiroku wondered. After Akuma went to class, Hiroku went back to his room for a nap. Upon awaking from said nap, he awoke to the sound of a heartbeat that was not his own. Hiroku looked around his room, searching for the source of the sound. Finding nothing, Hiroku changes into his usual outfit, hearing the sound all the while. He closes his eyes, and focuses upon the sound, which now seems to be coming from everywhere at once with all different tempos. Then as soon as he locks onto the source, it vanishes. *Odd.* Hiroku said, as he leaves the dorm for his usual day patrols.

Hiroku Ravenscyr Hiroku walked hand in hand with Akuma until they reached his room. He unlocked the door, with its magical, silver cross painted on the door, and walked inside. Looking around his room, he remembered how long it had been since he had been here. An extra set of his outfit was hung up on a hangar on the closet door, bullets the size of his thumb sat on the dark red desk, and the white curtains and bedsheets contrasted oddly with the black walls and carpet. It was home.
