Alex looked over at Spirit and noticed her twitching. "Are you okay?"

Spirit blinked and looked over at Alex. She smiled, "I'm fine, why?" She asked, tilting her head some.

"Just thinking." Spirit said softly, taking another bite of her meat and staring off in to space. She tilted her head to the side like she always did when she was thinking about something important.

Spirit shrugged, coming back from her thinking, "Just things...." She said, not wanting to tell him what was really bothering her encase it made him worry.

Alex nodded as he continued eating. "Alright, but if you want to talk, just let me know."

After a few minutes, Alex finished and stood up. "That was good, but we should get moving."

Spirit looked up at Alex and nodded. She finished too and got up, beginning to clear the campsite. She took down the tents and put them in their packs, calling Elon and Glory over.

Alex smiled as he climbed onto Glory.

Spirit climbed on to Elon and turned him to face the road. She flicked the reins, telling him to move forward. The old horse trotted forward, going slow enough so that Alex and Glory wouldn't fall behind.

Alex and Glory walked up next to Spirit and Elon.

Spirit just stared a head, her eyes glazed over in thought. She really didn't want to go through this, but knew she had too. She came too when something ran across the road, spooking Elon and making him rear up. She tightened her grip on his reins, leaning more towards his neck to prevent herself from falling.
