Callysto smiled lightly. "A little of both, truthfully." She walked to the window and leaned into it, gazing at the horizon. "It is beautiful up here..." She sighed and took a deep breath. "Did you go to the Yule ball?"

Kima exits the tower with her fat, orange cat in her arms. "How many times do i have to tell you, owls are NOT food!" *she sighs at her cat* " your gonna regret messing with them Karma, one day one of those owl's will flog you and ill let it carry you over the lake." In Kima's arms, Karma meowed softly, knowing his owner would never allow that.

She sighed and took a deep breath. "Did you go to the Yule ball?"I smiled sadly. "I wasn't able to." I whisper. "Some business related to my deceased family came up...I heard the Yule Ball was filled some drama though." Upon thinking of that 'business' my heart clenches painfully. Its better not to think about it.

Meiko skips in with an envelope containing her letter to her magical family in the Muggle world. She approaches the owl Serene, and gives her a biscuit from her pocket. She lets the owl nibble her finger as she finished eating the biscuit. Meiko whispers to the owl as she tied the envelope to the owl's foot. "Tell mum that I wish them a merry holiday... and also be careful, it's pretty snowy this season." Serene nods as she started to flap her wings out of the Owlery. Meiko smiles softly and exits the Owlery.

Its better not to think about it. Callysto studied the wall intently, she heard the pain in Kage's voice and felt bad for bringing it up, even unintentionally. "Well, I went." She said a few minutes of silence. "With my--er a Hufflepuff." Fingers grasped at the stone wall so hard knuckles turned white. "It was great...wonderful. But after -- nothing. Nothing." "I wanted it so bad, but I don't think she did. And I still want it! That connection, anything! You know?" Callysto shouted franticly, eyes wide. Realizing she most likely wasn't making sense she stopped talking and turned to stare out the window again.

Or finding one that doesn't reciprocate your feelings is very lonely."

Though we reach maturity then the aging slows." She sighed again, looking down at the floor. "And finding that is a bit more difficult when one...isn't, erm...too fond of wizards." Callysto bit her lip nervously, hoping she was being clear.

As i walked in the Owlery i noticed Callysto and Kage standing there talking to each other in the room. They both looked upset and glum. I stopped and turned towards them. I waved my wand and out of thin air appeared two red roses. I handed one to Callysto and one to Kage.
I then picked up my mail from my owl, Georgie and walked out. ⚡ Professor Kaydot Proffessor of Apparition Class & Flying Class

"Maybe I should take you out to a muggle club, if your not too busy this break."
