Jacob looked at Luna and smiled. "Well, not many people know this about Cam, but he had a girlfriend back home before we came here. He was actually engaged- but, now he's over her and trying to find a new girl. He's always been generous- letting the girls' guys ride with them and crap," he murmured, shrugging his shoulders boredly. Cameron smiled slightly at Allen as huge white angel wings unfurled from his back. Not only could he tyransform, he could grow simple parts of creatures and objects. Like, a pair of headphones for ears or a wolf tail and tiger ears. Simple stuff, yet it was sooo helpful to him.

Dannie was about to answer when she felt Allen put his hand on her shoulder. She took one glance at him and bit her lip. She then saw Cameron sprout white angel wings and her eyes widened in amazement. It seemed that there was a lot about Cameron she didn't know. She wasn't sure if she wanted to know. She looked between Chris, then Allen, and back to Cameron. "You know what, I'd love to ride with you." she said to him before glaring at Allen. "Don't worry about me. I'll be fine. Why don't you go back to your precious Lex and just leave me alone." she said as she rolled her eyes and handed the giant stuffed panda to Chris. "I'll go on once with him and then I'll go on with you. Ok?" she asked, but before he could answer she had hooked her arm with Cameron's and headed toward the Ferris wheel. She felt horrible for leaving her best friend behind, but she just wanted to be away from her friends right now. All she wanted was a little time by herself to calm down. She was only bringing Cameron along to keep her safe in case another accident like the roller coaster might happen.

Allen raised an eyebrow and let a small growl escape his lips. "Very well." he muttered and walked back to Lex.
Luna looked at Cameron and the girl with him. "Looks like he's found someone new." she giggled.

Jacob's eyebrows went skyhigh and he was speechless. "That boy has more moves than Shrek and Donkey," he whispered, eyes huge with amazement and excitement for his best friend. Cameron felt his face grow hot when Dannie replied- but when she went on, he felt sourta bad. He felt her arm entwine with his and couldn't help but smile. He followed at her side. Once they reached the ferris wheel, Cameron wrapped his arm around Dannie's waist and grinned at her. "You know we're not riding, right?" he asked in a teasing way before taking off into the sky, holding the blonde girl tight against his hip. He didn't loosen his grip until ther were hovering a good ten feet above the tippy top of the ferris wheel and looking out to the sunset. His wings slowed to a gentle flap every now and again, and his concentration slipped to Dannie.

Dannie looked at Cameron in confusion when he said they weren't riding the Ferris wheel. But before she could even say anything, she was pulled toward him and then the next thing she knew they were in the sky looking at the sunset. Dannie could feel his tight grip around her so she wasn't afraid of falling. She looked up at him and then at his wings. "You know, you really are full of surprises." she said as she smiled and laughed before returning her gaze to the sunset.

Cameron smiled back at her, his own gaze locked on the mixture of colors in the sky. "I'm sorry you had to come into this," he murmured softly, casting his eyes clearly away from her. "It's not a great life," he told her quietly, then felt his heart ache for the beautiful blonde. To think, she'd never get to see her family again, made him hurt. And what he said was true. It wasn't a great life- to be living with but freaks and creatures not even the books can explain. It was crazy and messed up- and Cameron knew there was something wrong with Sebastian. Everyone knew it.

Dannie just giggled and her smile became brighter. "Are you kidding? This is the most fun I've had at a carnival in years! Except for the killer roller coaster ride. I mean, I won a giant stuffed panda thanks to Chris. I get to see the sunset from the most amazing view ever! And well, I met a couple of cool new people today. If being stuck here is going to be this much fun, well then there's nothing for me to worry about." she said as she looked down at the carnival below her. Normally she would've began to panic, but she knew she was safe and that he wouldn't let go. "I mean, yeah I might miss my family and my home. But at least I have all my friends here with me. Though I know most of them probably don't want to be here and if it weren't for me they wouldn't be trapped." she said as her amused and bubbly expression became guilty and upset.

Cameron's eyes softened as he turned to her. He was glad she was having fun so far. His arms snaked around her waist and he hugged her tightly when the guilty expression crossed her face. "It's not your fault," he said, "it's not. I promise. They'll just have to get over it- I mean, there's a bunch of fun rides..." -he faltered a bit there- "and free food and drinks. I mean, come on, how often do your get a free funnel cake?" he asked gently, trying to lighten the mood with a smile. He didn't like seeing Dannie upset. It made him feel even more upset with the ringmaster.

Dannie liked the way it felt to have his arms around her waist. She smiled when he tried to cheer her up, saying that it wasn't her fault. "Well it is my fault, but you're right, the others should just enjoy the fun and get over it. I mean, it's not like they have anything better to do." she said as she gave her bubbly laugh. She heard him say something about free funnel cake which reminded her of cotton candy. That was really the whole reason she came to this carnival. "Hey, do you know where I can find some cotton candy? I came here to get some and since I'm stuck here forever, I might as well get what I came here for." she said as she rolled her eyes and giggled.

Cameron just shook his head at her when she said it was her fault again. But she did have a point. The blonde shrugged it off and chuckled when she mentioned cotton candy. He started laughing. "Cotton candy? Yea, okay." He stifled his laugh further and dropped fown a bit, taking off quickly in the direction of all the food stands. He landed and set her down, walking forward. "Two cotton candies, please?" he asked politely of the serpantine man standing behind the front. The creature hissed its response and turned towards the silver machine. Cam looked back at Dannie. "Blue or pink?"

Dannie couldn't help but smile when she found herself by a cotton candy stand in seconds. She heard him ask if she wanted pink or blue and she thought for a moment. "I'll go with blue." she said as her fingers fiddled with one of her blonde braided pigtails. She noticed the serpantine man making the cotton candy, but she wasn't really afraid of him. She knew she was going to see some pretty strange things so she was prepared. She was surprised by the fact that she was having fun. Cameron wasn't anything like she had expected and she was actually starting to like him. Though she also like Chris. Now she found herself in a real pickle. But she decided not to worry about that right now. She just wanted to focus on the fun.

Chris watched as Dannie walked up with Cameron and he sighed. If she wanted to have fun with someone else then that was fine. She had said she'd ride with him next. He waited patiently and glanced around. As Chris spotted Dannie walking off with Cameron, he felt his heart sink. Did she forget that he was still here?

Cameron took the two cotton candies from the man and thanked him softly, turning to Dannie and handing her one of the blue fluffs. he bit off a piece of his own cotton candy and shivered with delight as the sugar melted on his tongue. There were two things he would never get tired of about this carnival: funnel cakes and cotton candy. He smiled sweetly at Dannie and held his hand out to her, his wings unfolding from their place behind his back. "The sunset is almost gone, we better hurry," he said softly, his gaze flickering to the aray of colors in the sky. Jacob couldn't help but laugh at Luna. Of course he had no one special on his mind! "No. Girls distract me more than you would understand," he replied, shrugging and smiling at her. "Once, Dylan set me up with a blind date, and she turned out to be a girl from the powersquad. After that, I never dated another girl again," he said, chuckling softly.
