 Still holding ont Anubis' wrist, Aud walked in grinning and looking around. "Want a muffin?" she asked him, letting go of him immediatly when their eyes met.

Aud smiled, loving the smell of food. "I'll get some pineapple then." She grinned, rushing to the counter and talking to the woman there. The woman tilted her head, weirded out by their unusual requests at a diner. She accepted them anyway, calling out to the cook the moment Aud returned to Anubis. "We need to find a place to sit..." Aud murmered, staring at all the people and commotion going on.

Aud nods, following Anubis. She sits down cautiosly, looking around at the fellow tables around them. She stared into space for a moment, but suddenly looked straight up at Anubis. "Shadow says he might come...." she says, trying to make a conversation.

"Oh, cool." He was going to ask about what she wanted to know, but stopped himself, not wanting to bug her. "So, what about your other brother, Alec?.. You didn't seem too happy to see him earlier."

Aud shrugged slightly, not noticing tht she had never told him about Alec, or that he must've known that when he had been reading her heart. "Alec annoys me. He's an arrogant jerk and he doesn't listen at all." She frowned slightly, but it faded when she glanced at Anubis. "Is Horus a good brother...?" she asked. Horus had spoken kindly of Anubis before, she wanted to know what he himself thought.

He asked, thinking about her question for a while. "Well, he hasn't cursed me yet... He got me out of the Duat for a while, I think he's an alright guy." He admitted.
