Abilities:

Levitation: Naturally floats a few inches to a foot off the ground; the more she focuses on it the more she can control it. If she does not concentrate, the height may cause her to bob. For example, while she does not require a bed, she prefers one because her hair and clothing tends to "sweep" the floor when she sleeps. Would be able to, under certain situations, be able to boost a jump's height by a very short distance, or if impacted by something or someone, would knock her back with minimal damage. (if the control aspect of this ability requires counting as a power, let me know!)

Chanting: Mismagius are known to cause headaches when it chants. When she chants or catters to herself, her voice takes on a shrill tone that causes headaches. Not a power, but worth mentioning. Also mentioned, these chants can cause hallucinations. I was thinking that when she becomes upset (anger) or really focused, perhaps it gives people a sense of vertigo. (references to Bulbapedia)

Lucky Chant - "The user chants an incantation toward the sky, preventing opposing Pokémon from landing critical hits." and "Lucky Chant prevents opponents from landing critical hits ont he user's party for five turns." (Bulbapedia)

Psywave - "The target is attacked with an odd psychic wave. The attack varies in intensity." also, "(X + 5) × (User's level / 10)" <-- used to calculate the amount of damage; "The damage is always rounded down; however, Psywave will always deal at least 1 HP of damage."

Astonish - "The user attacks the target while shouting in a startling fashion. It may also make the target flinch." "Astonish inflicts damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch if the user attacks before the target."
