Howaido lunged as soon as he heard the clicking and escaped the blast,"Well thats wrecked....and the flowers too; that cant be good..." As he got up his eyes fell to the man and the door beyond, he cracked his knuckles and put his hand on the handle of his katana. "So thats how you want it eh..." Gamakichi jumped off and morphed back into his normal size still a decent amount of room left,"Then we shall do it then, come on big boy!"

An explosion sounded somewhere down a hallway, and the giant crystal overhead trembled slightly in response. San had his own problems to worry about, though: he had used Mayfly to merge with Skiski stone, which would drain his Chakra to the point of exhaustion fairly quickly if he did not escape from it. His control on the iron sand would be weak while he stayed in the stone, as well.
With a single hand sign, the crystal user activated a technique and looked at the Satetsu Bunshin. A crystal shot up from the ground at its feet, intending to trap the metallic particles in a barrier that would nullify their movement completely until they were freed by a powerful attack from the outside.
((Just a reminder: the entire area not only smells the same, but the enemies have the same Chakra that the flowers give off, so tracking is incredibly difficult!))

Drawing several dozen nail-types from his armor, the Black Knight tossed them into the air recklessly before they fell to the ground. "Gyorai Shin," he growled in a low voice, simultaneously moving his right foot to the side, where it sank slowly with the floor. Click click, a sound produced, & the hidden Skiski barriers forced themselves through the walls to become visible, their chakra draining abilities glowing a dull blue hue.

(oh, well please meantion that next time XD)
San was taken aback at the sound of the explosion. All the things smelt like flowers, yet they would use techniques that would potentially harm them. What was going on? How where the flowers in connection with everything? San's fast mind began formulating and planning with his new information.
San quickly poped out of the ground quickly, feeling the rock try to pull his chakra out. It apperently was a special stone, one San would maybe want to gather for a golem. The clone, noticing the crystal structure raising out of the ground, quickly split off into three 6 feet cone spear like structures. The spears quickly accelerated to the crystal user, aiming for the heart, liver, and femeral artery of the enemy. While out of the ground, the Satetsu began quickly dashing at the crystal user, already forming some hand seals.

Howaido nodded at Gamakichi and hopped onto him, he wasnt about to fight with nails on the floor, then there were the barriers. "What is that... looks dangerous... lets make this quick...." He pulled out his katana and nodded to Gamakichi who released the same massive fire and oil stream as before. Gamakichi took up most of the one side of the room and gave Howaido a good defensive position to fight from while the knight had little room,"Lets see what that does..."

"Shouton: Kawarimi no Jutsu," the crystal user uttered, her voice surprisingly masculine. The spears all hit, but the body that they collided with was crystal. The crystal immediately closed and sealed off the iron sand within it.
The crystal user's Chakra had been exhausted to the point where it blended in perfectly with the surrounding energies. She had moved silently to escape, and with her low Chakra, she was certainly not tracked. Only one thing remained to do: finish the battle. Everything was in place, and the crystal user's real body was hidden in a dense field of Haze Clones.

The toad was still on the ground, & now nailed to it as the jutsu remained in effect & continued. Blue trails streaming from the walls latched onto the toad's jutsu as the Fire & Oil technique enacted, draining a large portion of the power, but not enough. Even so, the toad would show massive drain from his large girth, quickly having sleep come to his eyes. "Sekkai Keibou (Stone Guard Creation)," the armored fellow bellowed. Up from the ground a phalanx stood, taking the brunt of the decreased jutsu. Still, several of them blew away instantly, baking into destruction, their parts littering the floor... which sank with the same slight sounds as previously. Out from the ceiling dropped a room-wide Skiski net, intent on immobilizing the Suna-nin to decrease his threat.

s**t....the user had used a replacement technique and trapped part of his Iron Sand. Thankfully, due to his level, San could easly carry more if need be. But for now, he would hold the "illusion" that the enemy had trapped all of his iron sand. For now it seemed as if the enemy had tactically retreated. Although it was obvious his chakra was low, San knew better then to let his guard down. Until his enemy was confirmed eliminated, he had to stay absolutely vigilant. These :things" were anything but ordinary and had given even the best of them a run for their money.
The shadows, probably haze clones, were starting to get annoying. Their had to be some way to figure out which one was real. But they all felt like the ******** flowers.....

The senbon in the ground twitched, but not enough to be noticeable. A moment later, all of the Haze Clones charged for San, but there was only one set of footsteps. The sound was subtle, but with strained ears, the Jounin might have heard it. However, there were only three shadows moving across the ground, and they were three small shadows approaching quickly in San's blind spot. Silently, without commotion, they headed for the Jounin.
The real body was no longer on the floor.

Howaido bit his lips as Gamakichi grimaced,"So thats what those do, hold on Gamatatsu." With that he enlarged gamatatsu and proceeded to hide inside of the toads mouth while he bought himself some time. The net would be pinned to the ceiling with the size of the two toads,"We cant take much more of this Howaido-san." Howaido nodded and gathered his thoughts,"My only shot seems to be the smallest amount of ninjutsu based techniques possible. If I could just... thats it..." he closed his eyes and formed Chidori in his hands as the toad opened its mouth just slightly. A crackling sharp blade of chakra and electricity shot rapidly from the toads mouth extending at the speed of light to reach the target. It would easily slice through the net with or with out the barricades draining chakra from it and no earth barrier could defend this electric attack.

So the blindfold proved useful. His ears picked up on subtle sound of motion and foot steps. It would appear as if the Haze clones where closing in on him. No matter.....San grabbed a kunai with a tag on it and launched it on the vector of the footsteps. Then using his spastic hands, formed a string of hand seals. In a burst of Lightning chakra, three rings began to revolve rapidly around San as a focal point, effectivly forming an "orb" of defense around him. His plan was coming together....

The Phalanx was worth nothing to this as they attempted to line up in a row, only minimally slowing the deadly attack. With the length of the blade extending through part of the body of the Black Knight, the places where it touched burned & sizzled, letting the knight fall off of the blade as his right arm flared up in a large explosion. The inside of the base trembled at this, sending large vibrations careening throughout. Up above the surface, seige weapons still stuck in the ground would topple, letting the other Suna-nin know how the battles were going. Momentarily lost within the haze of the defeated phalanx & the explosion's smoke, a body fell to ground, unmoving.

The tagged Kunai sank in to the ground with a dull thud and a squish. The three Senbon that had been flying toward the Jounin bounced off of the electrical barrier, but a wire between them was attracted to the technique's magnetic properties; at the instant that the wire made contact, it grounded out the technique. Nevertheless, all of the flowers in a ring around San were destroyed, and golden dust was starting to form a small body. It would take on the form and abilities of the first person on San's mind, and the battle would have resumed from there had an explosion not affected the building. The vibrations were great, and proved to be enough to dislodge the large spire hanging from the entrance. The spire crashed down, and would continue crashing down unless San managed to take care of it. Rubble destroyed the forming body of the new defender.

Howaido peered out but was wary of leaving gamatatsu the net having been destroyed and the attacker gravely wounded it seemed. He took the blade closer to the body and impaled it for a finishing blow to slice the immobilized man or already dead corpse in half to be safe.

San was amazed at the flowers abilities. So their was something special about them. They would have to be greatly careful about proceeding through the fortress. Yet once the fortress rumbled, San knew it was a possible a spire was falling. In a last ditch effort, San booked it quickly and in a diving roll narrowly escaped the spire. Now being a few paces from Howaido, San spoke.
"Well....that was interesting...."
