Tomoyo growled as she shook the cage bars. "There's gotta be a way out..." She murmured, looking at all the other mutants. She sighed as she went to the back of her cage and curled up into a ball.

Jack decided to let Amy get back to work, so he walked down the hall of cages waving hello to all the mutants. He stopped at a mutant that he has never seen before, some sort of human-canine mix. Jack sat down in front of the cage and looked at the ball of Tomoyo that lies in the back corner of her own cage. "Hello." Jack said cheerily.

Jack grinned and replied "I'm doing pretty good. Y'know, you're a lot friendlier than the others." Jack laughed.

Tomoyo chuckled a bit, sitting up a bit. "Same to you..." She said. "I've been here for a while, I'm used to all of this... What are you?" She asked, hoping she didn't offend him.

McKay looked into Amy's eyes and noticed that they were different, they were altered. She sees just like us, how can this be? She cant be....she isn't...
"You are not! You are not kept in a cage being constantly altered! You may think you are just like us but you are not. I'm not sure why your eyes are like ours but you are not like us."McKay barked shaking her head she lowed her tone," I've been here for 8 years now, If you really cared you would help us, not harm us for the sakes of those so called scientists."
McKay stepped back her point being made clear. One edge of her lip upturned in an exasperated grin. Maybe she knows..... just maybe...

Amy grit her teeth. "It's not like I have a choice. You think I'm not constantly being altered? Eight years is nothing compared to the Hell I've been through my whole life. Yeah, you probably have it worse than me right now, but you were made when the scientists here knew to do things a little more humanely. And let's just say the head scientist of this place is sick enough to do this to his own child." she snapped, pointing at her eyes.
