Tabby smiled at the offer and handed Yvette to her new friend. The Infant smiled and locked her figures onto Maiara's hair once she was in her arms. Tabby moved her arms around. "Thank you. She gets heavy sometimes and my arms tire sometimes." She explained as she did arm exercises to get blood flowing.

"Your arms become strong from weight." Maiara took the baby, surprised it latched onto her so quickly. She couldn't help but give a small smile as the child squirmed around, playing with her hair. "You can carry sling to hold her?" she suggested while watching Tabby regain her strength back to her arms. It seemed much easier to use one because it left the arms free for other tasks.

Tabby smiled and she changed her arm exercise to something different. She would probably be good when she was done with it. "Normally I keep her in a basket. Today I was stupid and thought I could go without it." She responded then chuckled. A line of blush crossed her cheeks. She wasn't a smart witch today. After one last movement she opened her arms to take back Yvette who seemed bend on holding onto her new play toy called hair.

Maiara tried to hand the infant back to the mother but found she still clung to her hair. She found herself smiling again as she tried to get Yvette distracted enough to uncurl her fingers from her hair. She took a feather off of one of her arrows to tickle the baby and while she was free, Maiara quickly handed her to Tabby. "Is child magic too?" she asked her, unsure whether witchcraft was inherited by blood.((Sorry for being so slow, doing hw too))

Tabby giggled as she took Yvette back. She was a troublesome child at times. Though Tabby looked her daughter to bites. "I don't know yet. She has yet to show any signs, but, with her father the way he is she may end up being one of my kind." The young woman answered before kissing her daughter forehead with happiness.

Maiara nodded, she imagined it would be good for their bonding if the child was also a witch. She opened her mouth to ask about the father, but decided to think twice about it. "What class you have next?" she asked instead, hoping that she might be able to tag along.

Tabby frowned. She would have to tell the girl that she didn't do classes in the morning. Not only did Tabby like to sleep, but, It was easier to do with a baby. "I don't take morning classes. It's hard to do with baby." She explained. Not that Tabby really cared.

"Understood." Maiara said, with a curt nod. She should have guessed so anyways. "Do...you...recommend any class?" she asked, trying again to speak in her best English. It would do her well to practice. She had a feeling speaking to other students would not be nearly as easy as it was for her to speak to this student. And so far, she was only signed up for a few classes and it seemed like Tabby new her way around this place.

Thoughs of classes weren't a good subject for Tabby. She only really enjoyed her warlock exam class. Len was a great teacher and had been there for her in the darkest of times. Though normal students weren't allowed to join the class. She didn't like any class that she couldn't be with her daughter. "I like the health and sex ed classes. That's just me."

Health Maiara understood; people needed to learn how to take care of themselves properly, but Sex ed.? Were acts of reproduction taboo in this society? The humans seemed reluctant to talk about it. "Thank you." she said, appreciative of the information Tabby gave her. She wasn't too interested in Sec ed, but perhaps one class wouldn't hurt, however, she had a mind to sign up for health. This girl was very kind to her. Feeling happy that her beginning at this school was going well, she reached into her pocket and took out a small leather hide bag filled with some herbs to make a tea and offered it to her. "For you, from my home. Bring good luck."
Thinking about the classes, Maiara failed to realize she was hungry once again. It was normal for her to eat seven meals a day. It was almost time for her second breakfast. Clenching her stomach she looked back at Tabby, "Food hall open all day?"

Tabby was curious at what the girl had with her as Maiara took out the leather bag. She didn't have long to wait. She was rather surprised and honored. "I'm honored. You are too kind." The girl said taking it. It was a huge shock, but, Tabby knew she had a new friend. " The dinning hall is open all day. I swear they have ghost running it. They never need to sleep."

Boredom hitting him harder than a tidal wave, Ray sat down on a stump and sighed. He'd been walking through the forest for hours, searching for his brother, but to no avail. Hearing voices, he decided to get a closer look, only to find two young women having a conversation: One with pink hair, who was holding a child, and one wiith blonde hair, who seemed to be leaving. Feeling as if he had nothing else to do, Ray approached the pink-Haired girl and greeted her.

Tabby turned to the new person in the group. "Oh hello." She said with a greeting smile as she adjusted her arms a little with Yvette in her arms. The infant added in her own smile as a greeting. "May I help you?"
