Bailey felt the whoosh of wind when Lucifer left. She stood in the spot, seemingly frozen, for a great amount of time. When she finally got her brain working again, she ran to the apartment she and Rance were staying in for the time being, like they always have.

Lucifer finally reached the meeting place, a mansion located at the side of a mountain. He parked his motorcycle and walked inside. He found everyone gathered at a table and nodded at them all, taking his place on the right hand side of the only person standing.
The meeting started and Lucifer felt his mind slipping away to thoughts of Bailey. He just couldn't concentrate.
Soon the meeting was over. As everyone started slipping out he finally re-focused and got up slowly. No one talked about the meeting which made him wonder what it was about. Lucifer walked back outside and mounted his motorcycle and sped away, heading back towards the city.

Rance grabbed his jacket off the couch. He couldn't bear his anxiety. He wanted to find Lilly. To be with her, to hold her, to kiss her ...
Rance looked up when he heard the door open. "Bailey?" he called. "Is that you?" Bailey entered the room a few milliseconds later. Before she could say anything, he said to her, "I'm going out for a while. See you later!" he said and jogged out the door. Before she could ask where he was going, he ran and was out of earshot.
He followed Lilly's scent to a dark alley across town. She was surrounded by eight or so guys - give or take a few - and had her back up against a brick wall. He quickly ran over and pulled them away. He threw a few down on the ground and possibly gave them a concusion. He slammed the others up against the brick wall and they slumped to the ground. He was infront of Lilly in the same second. "You OK?" he asked concernedly.

Lilly looked at up Rance and hugged him, "Yea, I'm okay now." She said into his jacket, smiling.
((oh and watch out, in your post you said Lilly instead of Bailey twice XP
but don't worry about it, I do that all the time!))

Rance hugged her back. "Good, good," he exhaled. He breathed in deeply, her warm scent filling the air. "I missed you," he murmured into her hair.

"I missed you too, and thanks for saving me." Lilly said, staying embraced in his arms, put pulling away enough so that they could see each other's faces. She smiled softly at him.

Bailey stared after Rance. "Hey, Rance! Wait, Rance!" she called after him, but he was already gone. She rolled her eyes and sat down on the couch. She grabbed the remote off the coffee table and flipped through the channels.

Lucifer finally reached the town and parked his motorcycle outside the apartment building where he would be staying for the time being.

Bailey stopped at some show about vampires and watched it interestedly. Let's see how much the humans have gotten right so far, she thought and chuckled to herself. It always amused her to see what they have gotten right and wrong and how close they are to getting the truth. So much for fiction, she thought.

Rance smiled back at her. He twirled a lock of her silky hair around his index finger, but yet still embracing her tightly.

Lilly smiled at Rance and asked, "How did you know where to find me?"
Lucifer entered the large apartment building and walked up the stairs to the top. The top was a penthouse and it was lavish and lovely. Lucifer threw his keys in a glass dish and sat down on the couch. He took out a book and began to read it, but he wasn't paying attention, his mind was on Bailey.

When the show ended, Bailey slipped on her sneakers and jacket. She walked outside into the cool air, the wind whipping her hair around her face. She brushed it out of her eyes and walked along the sidewalk. She thought about Lucifer, only vaguely aware of where she was walking.
