And I, your beloved and merciful Captain, will enforce that equality here. Anyways, I don't think allowing you to be in a clan yet have a bloodline to be reasonable. After all, to have the Sharingan you need to be of the Uchiha Clan, not the Yamanaka or Akimichi clan. I allow the one curse mark and one bloodline or clan, as well as one Bijuu and one clan, but thats it. We don't need more village destroying ninjas. It will only cause more trouble.

No sharingan for me. and I hope people dont go all over board with it like they did in NUR only reason i had it was because my rpc never died

I can tell you guys right now, mizugakure and sunagakure are most likely going to be open (we are going to close 2 villages so that we don't have like 3 ninja per village)

Yeah. Being too strong is boring. And the sharingan is OP.
@Kash: Wait, what? Are or aren't?
And does that mean Konoha and Kumo won't be open? And Iwa? I think Iwa should be closed, lulz. It's boring.

Incubus Shane The Sanbi? It's mostly defensive, but man is it hard to kill. D; ya he has high defence, and can controle water! plus he can use any water jutsu of your rank...o it's perfect for what i want to do

Actually, I wonder if the Kyuubi could beat the Sanbi. He seems too stupid/reckless to go for his eyes. But with his sheer power, he could probably break the shell.
