No, if you watched what Naruto taught Konoharmaru, is that you are using a transformation jutsu where you transforming into more of a X-rated person. So if a girl were to do that they would have to go around and go venture to see guys nude. e.i. magazines and locker room.

Hey, I have a question... Gaara attacks with sand. Now, isnt it possible to use a fire-jutsu and heat up the sand to a point where the sand melts to molten glass, then collapse it around him, burning him alive?
