((Even though it's an E Rank you will still need to make sure you put forth some effort in learning the technique. You can learn it in one post but a post should be a bit longer especially since this is your first jutsu learned. Sorry for the hassle but I gotta stick to the rules. And like we talked about in the PMs you will still need to lose at least one chakra point))

Kiyoshi stood up and dusted himself off as he took a deep breath and let it out. "Cloning, alright." He said as he went over the seals one by one without releasing chakra. He memorized the pattern as he did it over and over, going faster with each cycle. 'Alright focus, stop talking to yourself and focus...your still talking to yourself. Ok your going to stop now...and you still havn't stopped. Wait is he still waiting, crap ok here we go.' Kiyoshi though as he went though the seals and released chakra from his body when he was done. "Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)" Kiyoshi said as chakra flowed out of him and in a puff of smoke an exact clone of himself appeared next to him. He was a handsome fellow, one who could be king of the country of beautiful people.

Arzon nodded in approval at the world of his student. Now it was time for him to teach Kiyoshi something very important if he wanted to truly use Raiton jutsu. Teikou no Kuntou would be essential to Kiyoshi at this level. "Alright Kiyoshi, you are doing well. I am going to teach you something now. By doing this you will be able to use high level Raiton jutsu without hurting yourself in the process. You will need to keep working at it for a while but I can start you off. First, I will need you to gather chakra as fast and as much as within your body and let it out in small spurts around your body. This will probably sting ((more like hurt like a b***h)) but you will need to get use to it. This is Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training). I will help you start." Arzon walked behind his student as he place his hand on his back and began charging up his chakra. It would be like connecting a jump cable to a car battery in which it would charge the battery up by shocking it yet giving it power. Arzon watch carefully to make sure he wasn't using enough to kill Kiyoshi but he was using enough so that it hurt. The more he got used to that the pain, the more he would not feel it and grow immune to it.

As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly. Note: This skill is passive. Special: This Jutsu may not be copied by the Sharingan, simply because it is more of a trained skill than an actual ninjutsu.

Kiyoshi suddenly dropped to one knee as he took it volt after volt of power entered his body. The feel of it made his whole body tingle as his senses were overpowered by pain and numbness at the same time. Wave after wave of electricity passed though his body, and he took in each one. The pain was overwhelming at first but soon became less and less painful. Kiyoshi smiled slightly as the lightning entered him, the feeling of it coursing though his body was energetic. He loved this feeling, the feeling of power inside him, the feeling of it becoming one with him. Kiyoshi loved it all even the pain, the pain made him feel alive it made him feel like he was stronger then he was, that he could take on anything. He flexed his muscles, feeling the lightning change with his movements. Kiyoshi was so focus on the feeling of the lightning he had forgotten he was not alone, and the pain as faded so he thought it would be a good time to end this before he got addicted to the feeling. Kiyoshi pulled away and stood up and faced his teacher. "I think I got it down." He said trying to hide his feelings from that exercise.

At first Arzon could see the pain in his eyes but as the volts passed through him, he could see a smile. The voltage was of course low but if the training continued he would be able to do more bolts. Now that he learned this technique it would be best to teach him techniques that required electricity to flow through his body. He thought of the most basic one he could think off. "Alright now watch this. This technique is the same concept as the training, but you will focus your chakra all into your index finger, and make it glow. Do you understand? Watch this." Performing a few quick handsigns he used the jutsu, as he gathered the chakra into his index finger until it began to glow. "Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu!"

An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post. ((Btw don't forget to keep track of your chakra. I'm not doing it because this is like an S Rank NPC so no one really cares.))

Kiyoshi nodded, he had remembered this jutsu from the fight with Resshin. As he copied the handseals and focused his chakra to his finger tip to start. "Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)" he said as the chakra flowed up to his finger the tip began to glow, he then expanded his chakra to get the entire finger. As it glowed he woundered how far he could push this since he remembered Resshin doing it until his entire body was covered and it was so bright it blinded him. He then focused it to a second finger as it glowed, then a third, and a fourth, and then all 5 finger lit up. Kiyoshi continued to push this until his entire hand began to glow. He decided not to push it the first time he used it and let the glow fade from his hand.

"Alright, there's something else I need to teach you. It's sort of like the flicker technique. All you have to do is charge the electricity in one hand and pull it out with the other so that it will be in a string like form. Observe. Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)" Arzon performed the handsigns quickly as his left hand began to glow and static strings began to flow from his fingertips. Using his right hand he grabbed on to some of the strings. When he was finished the static disappeared and Arzon looked back at his student.

One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.

Kiyoshi nodded as he copied the hand seals and repeated. "Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)" He said as he placed his hands together, finger tip to finger tip and pulled strings out of one hand and it connected to the other. Kiyoshi then began to move his hands wrapping the strings around different finger as he pulled tight and the string made a picture of a bunny. "His name is King Floppy." He said seriously as he held it up to Arzon.

Arzon nodded as he smiled a bit at the bunny. Things were progressing fast and that was good. He walked over to it as he poked it's nose a bit. The strings seems sturdy enough and it showed that he had enough proficient in using the E Ranked Raiton Jutsu. Perhaps he could take a leap of faith and teach him one D Ranked Jutsu? It would no doubt be a bit difficult for him even at this level that he was at, but perhaps he would be able to learn it if focused. Arzon reached into his jacket as he pulled out a kunai. "Alright. This will be a bit harder, but I want you to use Nagare Isou no Jutsu. What it will do is pack an electric punch to your weapon. It can be handy at times. You will need to push your chakra into the weapon and then maintain it. Observe." Arzon did a couple of handsigns as he closed his eyes and electricity filled his kunai. Static wrapped around the tip like a snug blanket. It didn't seem wild or out of place in anyway, in fact the lightning seems unusually calm for some reason. It showed his control over the technique and his ability to maintain his chakra, something that is hard, if not impossible for most ninja at Kiyoshi's rank. Arzon pulled out another kunai as he handed it to his student and nodded his head as if to say, 'Alright, impress me.'
Quote: Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

Kiyoshi took the kunai and practiced the handseals before he did it. He then took a firm grip of it as he made the hand seals for real and focused his chakra on the blade. "Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) " It spread up the kunai and covered, but it couldn't keep it's form and dispersed. It seemed to not want to stay on the blade, the current was shaken and had trouble being calm. Kiyoshi sighed as he took a closer look at the blade, looking at every groove and nick. He kept a mental image in his head of the blade, and thought about his chakra covering it.

Kiyoshi focused intensely on the kunai again as he expanded the chakra over the blade. "Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) " He focused on the mental image of the blade and how his chakra needed to make the way it twisted and turned. Kiyoshi thought of the blade as a part of him, as an extension of his body. This allowed the chakra to flow easier as he flowed out onto the blade. He condensed it and wrapped it around the kunai, it seemed to be fie but it quickly faded away. It was harder then he thought, but it was a valuable jutsu that he must learn.

Kiyoshi took a deep beath, he was determined this time to get it to work. "Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) " He spread his chakra over the blade and wrapped it around tight and calmed it so it went on smooth. He focused and it held its form and stayed on the blade, running a current though it. He moved the kunai around to make sure the current was complete and stable, and it was. Kiyoshi then swung it, and the air hummed with the sound of electricty. He then threw the kunai at a nearby tree and it went flying though the air and hit the tree full force, going deep within its trunk. Kiyoshi then walked over and pulled the kunai out the tree and walked back to his teacher.

Pleased by the work of his student, Arzon walked over to Kiyoshi as he placed his hand on the boy's shoulder. In this short amount of time he had already taught the young man skills that would help him learn and grow in strength. "Now that we have proven ourselves to you and shown you how we can help you, it's time for you to do the same. There have been some recent reports going around about these three wild wolves running around and attacking civilians. We need you to kill them and bring us proof of their death." Arzon folded his arms as he looked down at Kiyoshi. He knew that the boy had no obligation to do anything he said but he also knew that he would. He was able to see how strong a guard was and able to learn a few jutsus from Arzon himself. Based on the way he reacted during training, he would not be so quick to throw it all away.

 “ I have no regrets. This is my only path ” (K)iyoshi (H)yuga { OoC: } I appoligize in advance for this eyesore, i wrote it after a long shift at work, still good but could have been more descriptive. But it a genin test, so i'll save the shakespear for my Sannin test XD XXXXX
XXXXXKiyoshi bowed slightly with a smile, “As you wish”. He said as he head out of town to see if he could find any signs of the wolves. On his way out he spotted a bar and decided to have a drink after a long training session and a new mission on the horizon. He walked in and sat down and looked at the bartender. “I’ll have a glass of water.” Kiyoshi said as the bartender gave him a sour look, since this was a bar. “And any info on the wolves that been attacking your customers.” The man’s face then smiled as he poured Kiyoshi a glass of water and set it in front of him. He told Kiyoshi how the wolves hunt at night, and during the day they rest in a cave on the outskirts of town near the edge of the woods. Kiyoshi held his water as he took a nice long drink and set it down on the table as he wiped his mouth. “Thank you.” He said as he stood up and exited the establishment.
Kiyoshi left the town and head to the edge of the woods where the wolves were said to be. He looked around for their cave but still couldn’t locate it. Taking his sword he lifted it up and held it parallel to his head and acted his Byakugan. “Sword of Omens, give me sight beyond sight. (lol sorry couldn’t resist XD)”. He scanned the area and located a cave about half a mile down the way. Kiyoshi started to walk that way when he stopped; he felt a chill run down his spine as if something was watching him. Suddenly out of the woods jumped a large beast, Kiyoshi was just able to raise his arms as the beast jumped him and knocked him to the ground. His sword went flying to the side as a row of white teeth chomped in front of him. Kiyoshi managed to grab the beast’s neck which kept a few inches from him and death. Kiyoshi used his free hand to reach out for his sword, but it was too far away. The beast snipped and snapped as he tried to end Kiyoshi’s life. Quickly thinking Kiyoshi reached down and opened his ninja pouch and drew a kunai, he then brought it straight up and stabbed the beast in the eye. The wolf let out a howl of pain as it backed off Kiyoshi. Using this moment Kiyoshi rushed the beast and knocked him to the ground as he stabbed the kunai in him over and over as the wolf howled louder and louder, and then softer and softer. After a dozen or so stabs the wolf laid their dead on the blood soaked ground.
Kiyoshi stood up and walked over and picked up his sword, he then returned to the wolf and with the kunai he scalped the top of the wolf as proof of its death. He placed the scalp in his pouch as he continued more cautiously to the cave entrance. Kiyoshi peered inside the cave and saw only one wolf inside, and it was occupied on eating the remains of one of the villagers. He reached down and pulled his sword out and gripped it tight, he then made a few hand seals. “Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)” He whispered and a clone of him appeared at the entrance of the cave. The clone started to yell and shout, getting the wolf’s attention. The wolf then turned and charged as he lunged at the clone. The second the wolf made contact with it, the busted giving him an electric shock. Kiyoshi then took his sword and smacked the wolf hard in the back, and on his back legs breaking it’s bones. The wolf fell to the ground howling in pain as Kiyoshi grabbed his legs and dragged him to the back of the cave. Kiyoshi kept him alive for bait to lure the alpha wolf back to the cave. The wolf continued to howl; its cry amplified by the cave and soon enough standing at the entrance to the cave was a large black wolf.
The wolf stared at Kiyoshi with blood red eyes, filled with hatred and power. He growled low as he prepared to take vengeance on Kiyoshi for all he had done. The wolf ran at Kiyoshi, fangs bared pose to rip the flesh from bones. This is what Kiyoshi wanted, he activated his Byakugan to get a clear view of the wolf as he made a series of handseals. “Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)” He said as his body flashed brightly and with the dark cave and the wolf’s excellent vision, he was instantly blinded. He yelped as he stopped and rubbed it’s eyes with its leg to try and see. Kiyoshi took his sword and ran up and with a full power swing, hit the wolf in the jaw, breaking it and then another powerful swing to the head and killed the beast. Kiyoshi took the kunai out of his pocket and scalped the wolf’s head, then walked over to the other wolf and slit its throat to finish it before he scalped it.
Kiyoshi exited the cave and returned to the village with the three wolf scalps in his pouch. He took a deep breath and let it out as he stopped by the bar once more. He walked in and the same man was still there, he asked if the problem was taken care of and Kiyoshi nodded. “I’ll take another glass of water.” Kiyoshi said taking a seat. The bartender poured him a glass of sake, but Kiyoshi pushed it away only wanting water. The bartender insisted, but Kiyoshi refused, reluctantly the bartender poured him some water. Kiyoshi took the glass once more and took a long drink of it before putting it down. He thanked the man and headed out to his teacher. He saw Arzon-Sensei and walked over to him with a smile on his face. “All done.” Kiyoshi said pulling out the 3 wolf scalps and dropping them in front of him, cause they were bloody and icky.

Arzon began clapping as he looked at Kiyoshi with a proud look on his face. He walked over as he placed his hand on Kiyoshi's shoulder. "You have done well Kiyoshi. Now, my only question to you, is do you want to change your mind and become a Tower Guard?" Arzon awaited his response as he had a feeling that Kiyoshi wouldn't deny. How could he after everything that has happened?

"Oh yeah, I just love killing wolves for poops and giggles." Kiyoshi said rolling his eyes as he looked at Arzon. "This is the path I have chosen." He said with a smile as he welcomed this new lifestyle. Something different, where he can forget his past and forge a bright future. He needed some purpose with his life now, maybe this place could give it to him.

color=black] Ichirou Aarata Ichirou looked around the homeless shelter. He hated civilization and hated charity even more, but living in the wild wasn't easy, mostly when the area is over-hunted and you can never find anything to eat. He also needed a job, preferably a tower guard. "Uh hello? Can any of you tell me where to go to get a job as a tower guard?" He asked pretending to be nice.
