Lucy smiled at the boy. "Rokku. A very nice name." She said helping him with the books. The boy to lucy seemed so lost. So innocent. She tucked her wings back in and looked at him. "So i'm guessing your new?" She asked wanting to know more.

Rokku Akuma Demi-Demon  Rokku admired the tower of books he and Lucy had arranged. He finally looked to her in order to thank her for the assistance, however he was surprised at how close Lucy had moved to get at the books. His eyes widened with shock and he clumsily fell back once more, landing on his rear. Gaining a pink tint to his cheeks in the form of a blush. He quickly jumped to her question, hoping to somewhat move on from the accident. "Y-yes, I am a new arrival". He stated eagerly.

Lucy helped him up again putting him on the coach. She didn't want him to fall, or hurt him self. "I wont hurt you. I promise. Angel's oath." She said crossing her heart. She put her hand on the coach accedently touching his hand. "Sorry." She said moving her hand away.

Rokku Akuma Demi-Demon Rokku once more regained his footing with Lucy's help, smiling at her warmly whilst being escourted to the sofa. He sat down, his eyes shooting open swiftly the moment their hands make contact. His attention snaps to her, his cheeks pulsating with embarrasment. He turn his head to hide his blush, hoping she didn't notice. "I-it's fine!" He replied shakily.

Lucy was starting to worry about this kid. "Hey, you alright?" She said touching his shoulder. She hoped she didnt hurt him again.

Rokku Akuma Demi-Demon Rokku looks to the Lucy the moment his shoulder is grabbed, she'd likely now notice the blush present upon his cheeks. "Yes, I'm fine" He replied, once more in a shaky tone. Smiling goofily at her in an assuring manner.

Lucy smiled warmly at him. He was such a nice kid. "I'm glad your alright." She said in a low nice tone. For some odd reason she felt the need to protect this boy. She wanted to keep him safe, and out of harms reach. She took off one of her cross braclets and placed it on his wrist. "Promise me you'll never take this off. Also that if you ever need my assistance you would rub this braclet and call out my name in your mind. I'll come, and I'll protect you." she said giving him a warm embrace.

Rokku Akuma Demi-Demon Rokku's gaze slowly locked onto hers, his cheeks slowly pushed upwards by his growing smile. Rokku felt her touch him once more as she directed the bracelet around his wrist. Something about this girl was enchanting, her eyes heart-warming. He nodded his head in understanding at her request and promise. "I won't take it off.. I promise" He assured her. His eyes opened wide at her embrace, his body froozen in shock. His head slowly turned towards hers, peering at her curiously. "T-thank you..", he replied thankfully.

Lucy smiled and let him go. She feared that she might be coming on to strong, or that she might be scareing him. She got up and went to the kitchen. "Would you like something to eat?" She asked him.

Rokku Akuma Demi-Demon He grinned goofily before scratching the back of his head sheepishly. "Well, I guess a baguette wouldn't hurt-.. But only if you're sure!" He replied eagerly, his lips already moist with the thought. He had been traveling all day after all, it would be nice to have something to eat.

Lucy smiled and looked in the fridge and started cooking. "Yea, i'm sure. I like taking care of people. That's what i do." she said putting th baguette on a plate. She handed it to him and sat down next to him. I hope you like it." She said to him.

Rokku Akuma Demi-Demon Rokku watched as Lucy walked into the kitched, he was beginning to question wether this was all a dream. After all, he'd had so many lonely years in his past. He slowly began to relax, an occasional clash of china or the sound of a cupboard closing emited from the kitchen. He rose back up the moment he saw Lucy returning, licking his lips as he inspected the fresh baguette. Rokku extended his hands and took the plate politely from her grasp, resting it upon his lap. "It looks great! Lucy?-.." He complemented but stopped himself mid-sentence. Rokku's cheeks grew a tiny hint of pink, he hastily made something up to add to his unfinished sentence. "-..You're quite the cook", he added whilst taking the baguette within his grasp; quickly taking a mouthful. He had forgotten how hungry he actually was.

Lucy was a little confused, but giggled. "Thank you." She said and gave him a warm smile. She brushed the hair out of his eyes so he could see. "There you go. Now it wont get in the way as much."

Rokku Akuma Demi-Demon Rokku flinched slightly as she leant in to shift his hair, he'd never had such a motherly act placed upon him. He liked it, his lips spreading in the form of a warm smile. Although his smile quickly fades, taking another bite from his baguette. He swallowed and then replied to her, "Ng.. Thank you".

Lucy looked at him conffusingly. There was so much about him that was off. Maybe he's just tired. Lucy twirled her cross necklace around her finger. She looked at him once more and smiled.
