So I have a seer hybrid boy, but he's also mute...which is unfortunate. I'm interested in the pride/coalition thing, but how could he function? He's currently living in the Achana.

Nope. His sister used to be his interpreter before she moved away for love and cubs. Now he lives essentially alone, but safe.

Well, I wouldn't mind him finding his way to the Koti.
He may very well find someone here to interpret for him.
As for ranks, I could see him filling in :
Crafter, Healer, or perhaps being a Nanny.
Nanny came to mind because youngsters are expressive, and have an easier time interpreting emotions.

Now as for your question: Breedings with rogues that produce hybrids are okay. Having more hybrids is always encouraged.

Announcement~ July 26th, 2011
First of all, before I get to announce the good stuff, I would like to apologize for being so slow in getting the head hybrid for the coalition. However, despite the lemons that life has thrown at me, I will be getting to that. So, do not worry. I will not let this die.
