Ilroché was surprised when Alice got angry and started defending his father. "No. No. No. Let me explain. It's not because of what he is or because he could possibly be 'mean' to me. I don't want to meet him because I've had such a horrible life, and he's done nothing besides give me this necklace to defend myself against all the monsters that might attack me. I was left alone in an orphanage for eight years with absolutely no friends to talk to, and no one to love me. It was the same after I left the orphanage. I don't think he cares about me at all...."

Alice was suprised hearing what he said. She thought no one blamed there parents "So what. I've lived in an orphanage for my whole life. My mom died on me and sent to that hell, there i got teased and bullied and, seroiusly, you dont know how far those kids can go. Every day was tourtre. A lot of demi-gods are like that. But you cant really blame your goldy parent for that. We're not allowed to see them and we dont know about them. Some kids would freak out if they heard someone talking to them in there head. They would think they're insane, i know i would."

"I'm not blaming him for anything. I just said that I don't think he cares about me at all." said Ilroché stubbornly. He wasn't about to tell her that he'd been an assassin and killed hundreds of mortals or any of the rest of his past.

Erik walked into the ballroom dressed in a black long sleeved dress shirt with a white tie, black slacks, and freshly polished dress shoes. He scanned around for Emily, straightening his white tie. Once he found where she was, he walked over to her, noticing how beautiful she looked in the dress she now wore. "You sure clean up well." He remarked, smiling softly. "You look beautiful."

Ilroché "Well good! Let's keep it that way." He folded his arms stubbornly and turned away from Alice. ((Hades probably has a worse attitude than Ilroché does xD Just saying...))

Lucas finished his hot dog. He kept walking around as he watched Alice and Ilroche talking about their parents. He moved his eyes to the left. He saw Emily and a boy together. He started to slump. Well, Atleast she's happy... Lucas thought She probably did that because I was so busy. If only she knew I made the arrangements for the dance. Lucas sighed at sat down on a couch near the a table.
