Rendo smiled feeling Nuishan's warm face rub against his. "Good." He said as he followed behind her still having a slight limp to his walk. "You know Nui, the tribe might be surprise to see us together." He joked as he pawed at her tail.

She laughed at this. "My brother will be furious. He always thought of me as the baby sister, even though we were born on the same day." She rolled her eyes, smacking him gently with her tail and baring her teeth at him, chuckling between her teeth. "However, I'm happy. Does it matter what others think? I think not."

Rendo smiled thinking about meeting her brother, "Oh boy...older brother who will probably hate me." He joked as he got smacked. "Hmm, well considering the fact we live with them I think it's a good idea to at least know their thoughts. "I don't know how they'll feel about me though. "Been so long." He said sighing.

She flicked her ears, nuzzling Rendo gently. "He's not older! He's my age, so don't go around thinking I'm the baby." She smacked him again, frowning at him with a tiny smile hiding behind that frown. "Yes, I guess we do need to hear their thoughts, especially Ari." It surprised her that she still remembered the elders name, but she enjoyed his company when she had been in the tribe. He was a good elder, strong and intelligent.
"We are in the same boat though. I left with my brother a long time ago. I wonder how they received him? Sadly, my brother seems to be able to be forgiven easily, unlike me. I only dig holes."

"Oh well I'm sorry." he said avoiding this swat from her tail. "Well glad to know you "same age" brother going to hate me. Oh and he's a hunter at that. Last time I checked hunters were stronger then scouts. Especially ones that can't temporarily run." He said shrugging at what she said about Ari.
"He's a close friend of mine, he's not my worry. Just people like Anjafey and others who remember from that incident. Well lucky for you I'm good at climbing at holes." He said smiling at her.

Nuishan squinted at Rendo, rolling her eyes. At the mention of Anjafey her ears twitched, feeling the familiar wave of emotion rush through her. She would get over it, she understood this. Right now, she had no right to be jealous.
'Oh, I hate that word. Jealous. I'm far stronger than that to be jealous.' She thought, but shoved it back inside her mind. Well, she would just have to prove she was better than Anjafey for Rendo. She had no desire to run off. Of course, only time would tell, but as for now she was not going to just bolt.
Suddenly, she whipped her head around to glance at Rendo, glancing him up and down before asking: "How old are you? Not that I care, but you said you were older. You don't seem it."

"To tell you the truth my only worry is her opinion. I just hope she doesn't think my feelings for you are a way to get back at her. I care what you think a lot more...just some old part of me that still cares about her thoughts." He said shrugging, he forgot how females acted when it comes to another.
Seeing Nuishan turn around and glance at him he blinked, that was a surprise question. "Umm ten seasons..." He said kind of quietly. He felt embarssed to have to tell it. "I walk so much I stay in shape and I eat a lot more fruit then anything else."

He was hardly old in her book. And it didn't matter his age, he was gentle and kind to her, and funny. He was strong, too. Nuishan sent a joking frown at him, speeding ahead. "You're way to old for me." Seconds later she returned though, nipping Rendo's ear.
"I don't care about your age, Ren." She could tell he was embarrassed, and was amused by it. "I like you for who you are, age and all." She licked his cheek, kissing the male boldly, as was her nature. Her tail flipped side to side, laughing as she approached a stream.
"Are we almost home? Would you like to stop anywhere and rest perhaps? Or do anything before we return? Maybe find a few kill for the tribe to apologize for being absent?"

Rendo watched her trying to see what her reaction was. It was hard to really figure it out since he couldn't see her face. He frowned and lowered his head some. He felt old to say the least. And the ninja n** to his ear brought him back. "You just love abusing me don't you? I hope so, I can't take change it. Ren?"
As he heard her question he looked around for a second before shurgging. "Just a day or so. I would like to but we don't have to, it's up to you. Whats their to apologize, whats done is done." he stated once again with a shrug.

Nuishan jumped playfully around Rendo, nodding at his inquiry. "Torture is a harsh word." She mused back, laughing under her breath. "It's Ren or Renny, and I haven't decided yet."
She glanced at his leg, sighing softly under her breath. Hunting would be difficult for him. Maybe, she could surprise him while he was asleep and bring food for both them, and the tribe. Unlike him, she felt the need to apologize. She wasn't one to care what others thought, but the tribe was her home, she owed them that much.
"Ren, do you have kits?"

"Yes it is, funny how I didn't say torture." He said watching Nuishan jump. She was so hyper during the night. "Hmm, know what? I'll take Renny." He said with a smile as he saw her look at his leg.
The sound of her sigh made him know what he was thinking and he thought it over for a moment. Maybe he should let her know the idea.
"Kits? No I was never graced with them. I want them badly though...at least one." He said looking forward a far off look in his eyes. "Hey Nui, why don't we get matching tattoos?

"Ah I meant uhm abuse. Yes. That." The night made her friendly to say the least, it was her time. She snorted at his response. Renny? Really? "Why Renny?" She giggled under her breath, what a unusual request. Renny seemed more...childish. She would call him both, but the idea of Renny being accepted made her giggle once more.
Her head tossed around to stare at him at the mention of tattoos. She didn't respond, pondering it over. He was her mate, correct? That was the correct word now, right? Matching tattoos, like Anjafey had with him? The idea intrigued her, Rendo would always leave a mark, no matter what happened. He had protected her, helped her, and won her affection. He would never be forgotten.
"Of what?" She questioned, not protesting. She liked the idea, she always liked modifications, and one shared with Rendo would be special.

"Hmm, sure you did honey." He said watching her constant giggling made him raise a brow. "Because I could easily lie if people ask me if that's my real name." He said with a smile as he watched her.
He started to question if she didn't like the idea but finally finding a response from her he shrugged. "What ever you wanted. Just nothing to girly or big I guess. We could get it in the same area."

Her ears lowered, as if she was saddened by his answer. "You don't have a opinion on the matter?" She questioned softly. Was he only doing this because she had spotted his tattoo with Anjafey? She grew quiet, standing and heading off to the brushes and trees. "It's not just what I want, it's what you want to. Something like that is important. Maybe it's to early for us to be branding each other?" She didn't want to make him feel obligated, not in the least.
"I'm going to grab some food, stay here and rest up, mkay? We need you to be healed as soon as possible, old boy." With that she darted off, eager to show off her hunting capabilities and bring back some kill for her new mate.

Rendo was taken aback by what Nuishan questioned him. "No, I just know that you really like tattoo's and well dragons are my thing." He said showing off his shoulder "If thats what you think then okay. We can wait." He said watching her. He was in the part of his life where modifications didn't really matter to him.
"Alright, I'll wait here." He said to her calmly.
