SO THE WAY KIRA EXPLAINED IT TO ME IS THAT...(( and my understanding of it is that... ))
You can post 2x a day!
Once between 9:00 AM - 8:59 PM
and then another between 9:00 PM - 8:59 AM
So you don't have to wait a full 12 hours, you just gotta wait for the time limit to be done with xD haha
O yeah, the time is Eastern Time C: (( EST ))
so yeah...It would be Lexie's time zone
and if your on the Western Coast (( California and crap )), that's a 3 hour difference so yeah...xD haha
