Midori offered her hand for Evan to shake as a sign of a truce between them. Thought he had said to forget the arugment she still felt obliged to explain since she had given her word that she would do so. "I'm sorry, I was raised to be an assassin since even before I could walk. I've never been very good with other people." She confessed.

"I am known widely as the angel of death. However because the fact that I almost always wear a mask while preforming my ninja duties in public, and because of this my true identity is concealed." she said, not boasting about the fact that her nickname was well known.

"This is one of my greatest advantages as almost nobody knows Midori Skywalker, the wealthy heir to the Skyrider clan and the angel of death are one in the same leaving me able to freely exercise my finical influence outside my village since when most see this face they see nothing but a pampered princess. Their is no deeper secret I could possibly share and I am trusting you not to reveal this to anyone" She spoke reverently trying to convey how deep a trust she was placing in him.

Hearing Evan's past she shuttered a little. All he had lost, all he had lived thought, it was nearly unimaginable to her if it wasn't for the fact that was something similar to what she had taken away from so many people in the past.

"......" She paused for a long moment, unsure of what to say with out accidentally insulting him again. Then finally she spoke. "This isn't about me. This was never about me." she replied, her voice low and sad. "It's about stopping Chaos. He's lived too long, gone too far, crossed one too many lines. His presence throws the world off balance any far too many are suffering because of it." She said speaking with clear conviction.

"It's not even about my child, thought if Chaos where to get his hands on it then their is no telling how much stronger he could get. I'll kill myself and take my child with me before I allowed that to happen." She vowed. She didn't like it, but she had to place the world before her own happiness. That had always been her fate as an avatar.

"So please Evan, don't do this for me. Don't do it for my child. If you are going to do it, do it for the world, do it for yourself. So that we can prevent other people from suffering the same way you have suffered." She asked speaking softly.

"If it where me I would divide and conquer. If Chaos and his guardians and disciples are too strong a force to beat collectively then separate them so that they can not pool their strength. This is where our superior numbers will come in handy as we have at least two standing armies to draw upon. Even if they can't actually beat Chaos's forces they can keep them busy enough for a select group to take Chaos on by himself..." Midori suggested.

"If possible we should use Terran to our advantage. Maybe trick him into fighting in a place with a dormant volcano or warp him to an active one. In either case his defense is astronomically high so we need to either hit him with overwhelming force to overcome his regeneration or find something that would go around his defense entirely making it irrelevant." She said concluding her assessment.

"As for why I would not try you my dear I gave my word no harm would come to pass on you by my hand and I meant it. Besides It's not just living too long that's made him a target but what he's done with his life. For example those Gaioh clones of his. Bringing back long dead souls is generally very frowned upon by my master. We only let that one go since their was a greater threat to the balance at the time." She replied with a shrug.

"Besides as long as you're working with me, you're doing way more to maintain the balance then to upset it so I don't have any problem letting you slide."

Midori shook her head no. "This is not chess. I would not dream of sending anyone to fight a guardian one on one. If we did the most we could achive is a pyrrhic victory. If we can turn them against each other that would be great, but infighting is a verible we can't control very well.." She replied.

"We have data on the guardians do we not? Then if we picked groups that had good synergy against them the odds of them surviving would be much more favorable then sending people to fight them one on one." She reasoned.

Outside of Rai's manner a figured suddenly appeared in a puff of white smoke. It was a female had short blue hair with soft blue eyes with blue eye liner, blue lipstick, and blue nail polish. She wore a rather interesting outfit and she appeared to be very young. She had on her waist an odd decorated Katana and an old book. This was an interesting looking women.

Illian

In reality this women was Illian, one of Chaos's disciples. Yet despite her young look age her name had been mentioned before in history. She was a well known ninja from Chaos's time famous for her Eternal Ice jutsu.She had vanished from her village a long time ago and was presumed to have died a long time ago. However with Chaos's cloning technology complete and the testing finished he had brought her back from the past. Now she was serving Chaos once more as she had in the past. However little did anyone even Chaos know what her motives were.

As she stood there ice began to form at her feet and the temperature in the air began to drop. She was basically calling out to the ones inside the manner with her jutsu. What her motives for this visit however, were unknown.

Rai stands there listening for a little bit still looking for the scrolls that he was looking for. The scrolls would have on it people that Chaos had worked with int he past as always Rai had kept records of everything that he learned from Chaos and that is when he felt something that was not normal for the area of the Village Hidden in the Hell Fire. The fact that the village was put in to a volcano was a most interesting phenomenon as it meant a steady temp throughout the year so when Rai felt the air start to chill he knew what this must mean.

"s**t." Rai says as he looks over at Evan and Narkosa. Rai lays his left hand on the sheath of his swords. "There is only one person I can think who would know how to contact me or would send someone with Ice jutsu this powerful here. Chaos must have brought her back." Rai says as he looks over at Midori. "No I am not expecting anyone but I think I know how this is. I never met this one but I had heard tale of her. I believe that this will be a small lady that uses Ice jutsu. She is to be taken as one of the disciples and as such viewed as a highly dangerous." Rai says as he thinks about what to do.

Kibori walks over to Rai his armor on and the huge sword on his back there. "Shall I go talk to her master?" Kibori asks his voice soft and calm. Kibori knows what is at stake and wishes to do no more than to just protect the manor and Rai.

Rai stops an decides to make a decision before Illian decides to come walking into his manor. Rai passes a look at Evan and nods. "Remember the DNC? I think its time for fun." Rai says as he looks at Evan and then at Narkosa. Midori if you would be so kinda as to please set up some sort of trap or seal to stop this lady that would be good. I think that Chaos must have been watching us at the Bridge." Rai says as he thinks quickly about what is to be done. "Midori please stay behind me so that I may protect you." Rai says calmly knowing full well that she needs no real protection but that it would be rude for him to make it obvious that he was going to betray Chaos. So far as Rai knew Chaos would be reacting to the sudden disappearance of them from the bridge and so there would be no confirmation for what has been said or talked about. Rai moves close to Midori. "Please realize what I say now will be to protect you and I will follow with our agreement." Rai whispers and with that he turns to walk towards the door.

Illian looked at Evan for a moment but didn't say a word. She just gave him a cold icy stare but after a few seconds she spoke. "You are not who I want..." She said as the air continued to drop in temperature and the ice emerging from her feet continued to spread outward. "He knows I am here for him, go fetch him now."

There was a loud bang from upstairs in Rai's manor followed by the sound of loud footsteps. Crais walked out to stand at the top of the stairs glaring down them and holding something that looked like a bottle. Her face was that of a man with a scar on his cheek, upon further inspection it revealed that the scar was actually a crack on a mask. It surprisingly looked extremely lifelike and followed her facial features almost perfectly as she spoke. Her voice was deeper almost that of a man but with a feminine overtone to it.

She ranted a few choice words before growling annoyed. "Rai, what the hell is going on?" Crais started down the steps her red coat sweeping down he steps behind her. "I was in the middle of something... Important." Crais stopped at the bottom of the stairs her red eyes glaring around at everyone there and finally settling on Rai. "Well?"

Midori nodded and stepped back following Rai's lead. "I understand." She said simply knowing that sometimes you needed to act a role and she was more then willing to play along...even if it meant having to act like she really was Chaos's wife.

She did not protest being held back. There was no reason to because she wasn't pregnant it made sense to keep her as long range support considering one of her customary primary roles in a team was as a sniper. Not to mention it was much harder to do seals properly on the front line.

Pulling out her mask she slipped it on over her face just encase. It was one thing to trust Evan with her face, but the less people that saw it the better. Following Rai's request to set up a seal she drew out a bottle of ink from her sleeve then popped the cork on it then turned it upside down deliberately spilling it onto the floor before reaching out with her left hand and using it to sketch out a series of intracate symbols and runes.

As soon as she would finish a character and lifted her fingers to move on that character would vanish from sight thanks to the invisible ink she was working with to make it easier to trap this ice lady if it came to it. This was one of the highest level binding seals she could do with out serious downsides attached to it since every sealing spell had it's price.

That done she looked up and noticed the arrival of Crais. "I thought you said your blood expert was a girl..." She questioned half jokingly due to the mask Crais was wearing, thought it had been hard to tell even with her enhanced eyesight.
