Rios followed with his hands stuffed deep into his pockets, he had a lone cigarette hanging loosely from his lips. He followed the caravan slowly as they made there way to the tower, and upon Matsuya's orders, they disperse the materials to various locations about the tower. He made his way over to his partner and asked, "I can go repair the window and shingles if you do the siding?" Rios bargained with his friend with a smile on his face and was about to settle in the deal, "Whomever finishes last buys dinner?"

Matsuya stood and brushed off his robe. "That sounds like a fair deal." He popped his knuckles and started to walk towards the workers. "I don't suppose you gentlemen have any rope I can use to rappel off the roof, do you?" One of the men looked around the cart they had brought and produced some from a small box towards the back. He handed it to Matsuya and gave him a small nod.
"We usually use this for ourselves, but you can have it. Just do us proud and make this tower look great again." The men then started to carry the cart away towards the marketplace.
That's when it hit Matsuya. The tower was something more than an office. It was a symbol of hope for the people of Kirigakure. If the tower was in shambles then so was their confidence in the current regime. That was interesting to Matsuya. But then again, hope was a fickle thing in itself. Matsuya turned to Rios. "Well, then let's start." Matsuya trusted Rios enough to make the correct tactical decisions. Not many were to be made on the window or the shingles, but that didn't really matter. Matsuya had a few plans for the siding. If he could angle the siding down at the correct angle, then anyone trying to climb the tower from the side wouldn't be able to find a handhold. They simply wouldn't be able to climb it. He slung the rope over his shoulder and started to walk through the tower towards the roof. When he reached the top, he hooked one of the climbing hook onto one of the rails and wraped the rope through his belt loops, tieing it tight at his front. He looked out over the village, the mist obscuring most of what he saw. This place was his home, he'd die to protect it. So fixing this tower seemed like an honor to him.

[Deil Grist Clones] The clones were busy in the office deciding what should be fixed next and what sort of training should be done when repairs were done when Tsukiko asked for help on the ground floor, and her call went unnoticed. It wasn't until she was walking away that one of the clones noticed her walking away with a ninja toolbelt on. "It looks like a ninja just walked past. I'll go see who she is and if she can help with repairs." It descended to the bottom floor and exited the building, following at a moderate jog after the figure in the distance. [Clone #1 exit to marketplace, clones 2 and 3 are still present.]

 「Naomi Nakashima」 ══════════════════════════════════════════ Genin ◆ Intelligence ◆ Sexy Hyouton ◆ Genjutsu ══════════════════════════════════════════
[Enter from Perilous Mist: Main Gates]
Doing as she was told, Naomi arrived at the entrance of the Mizukage's Tower still in doubt if she would be working there or somewhere else. But instead of staying there in doubt, she walked in and walked upstairs. There were men working by the base of the tower and all the way from the first floor to the roof. Naomi was going to stop by the floor where the office was located at but, distracted thinking about more things than she should, the girl ended up at the roof. "Eh...? The roof? What was...Ah whatever." she said and interrupted herself before she would continue wondering. The reason for her getting to the roof without noticing it before it was too late was already obvious to her. 'I can't believe I got distracted to this point.' she let out a loud sigh and then took a look around to see who else was working by the roof. 'I guess I should check the office first...it was there where the Mizukage told me to go to.' she said to herself in her thoughts and walked downstairs, heading towards the office. Once at the floor of the office, she walked in the office, noticing the two clones there. "Uhm...hello. I was sent here to help. So...what can I do?" she asked the clones who stood there in the office. ══════════════════════════════════════════ Chakra Points: 35/35 Stamina Points: 25/25

Rios nodded with Matsuya and entered the building, heading for the office first, he figured put in the window pane would be the easiest task to get of the way first. He knocked on the office door to announce his entrance and he proceeded to walk over to the windowsill. He beat the men helping carrying the window pane by a few seconds for they just entered right after Rios. They set up the materials from Rios to get ready and with out any hesitation he went straight to work removing the old window and the shards of glass.

Matsuya eased himself over the side of the rail. Fear wasn't something that came naturally to him, so this vertical drop didn't bother him. He kept the bundle of rope tight in his hand. He'd loosen it bit by bit so that he could still climb. Then it hit him: he'd have to keep climbing the tower with a piece of siding in his hand every time he needed it. He sighed at his own tactical mistake and started climbing down the building, letting the entire rope fall free. He'd just climb down to the bottom, grab his supplies, and climb back up.
Once he reached solid ground Matsuya looked through the stack of supplies for a hammer and a box of nails. He tucked them into the equipment pouch in his robe and grabbed a piece of the siding. This was going to be an ackward climb. He had to hold the siding with one hand, climb with the other, and once he reached the site of his work he'd have to clip the rope off so he could hang comfortably to work. Matsuya looked behind him and saw that a few workers were meandering about. "Hey, guys. Mind carrying the siding onto the roof? It'd make my job a lot easier. Sorry for the misdirection. You can take the tools and stuff to, if you'd be so kind." The men nodded and started to carry the things to the roof. Matsuya handed the piece of siding off he was holding to one of the men and then started his climb again. This was he wouldn't have to worry about falling. It didn't scare him, he just prefered to keep his bones intact.
When Matsuya reached the top again, the workers had carried the things to the top. "Thanks guys." He grabbed a piece of the siding and started to rappel his way down the side of the tower. When he reached the point where he'd be working, he clipped the rope off and hung there for a second catching his breath. This was the most work he'd done in a long while. But this was by far more fun than napping all day. Matsuya set the piece of lumber against the tower's side, angling it down ever so slightly so that it would be impossible to get a handhold on it. He held the board in place with one hand, the other reaching into his robe for a nail. He stuck the nail in the hand holding the board so that he could simply hit it where he wanted, then reached for his hammer. He hit the nail into the board, nailing it against the tower. One nail down, about another fifty or so to go. Matsuya smiled as he continued to work on the board, hammering a few more nails into to make sure it was secure. He enjoyed this restoration. It gave hope to the village. And that was all that mattered.

It actually didnt take Rios that long, he just had to pull out the old window frame in slide in the new one. It was a perfect fit, and it sealed against the weather just as it was supposed to. He turned and gather his equipment and headed to the roof, once there he was confronted by a huge stack of roof shingles and clay tiles. He already noticed that there was a roped tied from the roof and the end of the line was off the end. Rios walked to the edge and leaned over, taking notice that Matsuya was on the other end. Rios turned and headed back to where Matsuya tied his rope off and Rios double and triple checked his friends knot to make sure it would hold. Once completed Rios took a quick turn around the roof to find the areas that most likely required the most tiles and he set forth to place his estimate accordingly.

Matsuya slowly made his way back up the building. Once he reached the top he swung himself over the railing. He at once saw Rios surveying the roof. That meant he had the window done already. Matsuya smirked, grabbed another board, and made his way down the building. He repeated the same procedure as before. This board was placed right above the first one. It was easier to get the angle down now that he already had one in place.
Matsuya ran his hand along the two boards, making sure he couldn't hold a grip between the two. He smiled again when he couldn't. He sighed, looking at the amount he still needed to put in. He wasn't sure if he'd win this bet or not. But he'd already payed for his and Kiyoko's lunch. So why not pay for dinner?

((Yea im not too sure about it either, im just gonna keep going till i finish the roof))
Rios noticed Matsuya climbing up the roof and grabbing another board before disappearing again over the edge. Rios smiled as he could probably win this bet, but he doubted it, around 500 tiles and shingles needed to be placed. So Rios went to work grabbing a hammer and a bag of nails. On his hands and knees and sometimes leaning over the edge, he began hammering away making the shingles over lap and mesh perfectly, Rios also made sure that a broken and non-usable shingle or two fell off the roof in Matsuya's general direction as he laughed out, "SOOORRY!"

Deil Grist Clones The clones had been looking out the windows when Naomi arrived, and one turned around when she entered the room. They could see that she was pretty, but being clones, that made no difference in what they thought of her. She seemed somewhat uncertain, though whether it was about the situation or the fact that she didn't know what to do was unknown to them. The best they could do was what Deil had left them to do. "Well, there's a couple people here working on the siding and roof. You can help them finish the job and then come back here with them to figure out where to go next. They've been at it awhile, so they should be done soon." His clone gave her a kind smile with its arms folded behind its back as it waited for her to go find the other two ninja. {OOC: You guys only have to work until you reach the 15 post mark. After that, it's assumed that other people will be hired to finish the job after you leave.}

「Naomi Nakashima」 ══════════════════════════════════════════ Genin ◆ Intelligence ◆ Sexy Hyouton ◆ Genjutsu Stealth ══════════════════════════════════════════ Naomi was somewhat...expecting for there to be something else than working exactly where she had accidentaly gone to while she walked absent mindedly, but that was not how it was. The clone told her to go help the shinobi by the roof of the tower with what they were working on. 'The sides and the roof of the tower...alright...' she thought and nodded in response to what the clone said. "Alright, I'll be going then to help them. Thanks for the information." she said and left the office. 'I really wish it was not exactly the most obvious answer...' she thouht and headed to the roof as she walked upstairs. Arriving there, Naomi looked around to see who was working on the roof and noticed one person in particular. He was working on the shingles there and seemed to be doing a nice job there. Slowly and carefully she went towards him so she could be of help. After he would be done hammering the shingle he was working on, she would hand him another one as if she had been there all the time. "Here, another one." she would say. ══════════════════════════════════════════ Chakra Points: 35/35 Stamina Points: 25/25

Rios yelped while he almost jumped/fell of the roof when a beautiful pair of delicate hands were holding the next shingle for him to hammer down. It wasnt the fact that she was gorgeous, though that was a factor, but it was that he didnt even detect her entrance to the roof and had effectively snuck up on him. When he quickly recovered he was already blushing deeply, something Rios hadnt done in a long time, and being in his mid twenties, it wasn't something he was accustomed to. "Er, uh thanks." He breathed out with his scruffy voice. He gently took the shingle and placed it perfectly as to mesh the rest of the shingles on the roof. It was the last one for this section, and there were only one section left to fill in. Rios honestly didnt know how to react from this girl who snuck up on him, so he would wait for her to take the first steps of introdution, or not. Though he was a genin by rank, Rios was often mistaken to be a chunnin or Jonin due to his age and the standard mist jump suit that he wore. The only thing that kept him different from those was the lack of the standard flack jacket.

((Im going to say from a rough estimate that we've made about 8-9 posts here. Those, added with the 4 or so we did at the market should be about it. So a few more posts should do it. So, therefore I'll wrap my work up in this post.))
Matsuya climbed to the top and grabbed another board of siding. He descended again to the spot where he'd been working. He hammered the board in, making sure it was perfect. This was tiring. Matsuya was used to sleeping and reading, not climbing up and down buildings and nailing in boards. He ran his hand along the board and then looked back down towards the workers. "Hey, guys, you mind finishing this up? I'm getting kinda tired up here. I'm sure the village will compensate you for your work." The nodded and went about preparing to work.
Matsuya climbed back up the tower. At the top he saw quite the sight: a beautiful girl helping Rios. He swung himself over the railing and leaned against, undoing the rope around his waist as he did. He ran a hand through the mess of silver curls on his head in an attempt to rid his forehead of sweat. "Looks like you've lost our little bet, Rios. Dinner's on you." Matsuya smirked and leaned there, watching his friend finish what work he had to do.

「Naomi Nakashima」 ══════════════════════════════════════════ Genin ◆ Intelligence ◆ Sexy Hyouton ◆ Genjutsu ══════════════════════════════════════════ Naomi watched as Rios yelped and almost fell off the roof when she approached and handed him the next shingle. She couldn't help but find it funny as she let out a short laugh. "You're welcome." the young kunoichi said in response to Rios. "I'm sorry if I surprised you." she said as it was obvious that with his reaction he was surprised. If he was not careful, Naomi could have caused an accident, a really serious one. "My name is Naomi Nakashima, I'm one of the new genin of Kirigakure." she introduced herself and then would continue to hand him shingles. There was only one more section to finish and he probably wanted to finish that quickly, so Naomi would try her best to not become a burden. The shinobi she was helping was not the only one working there, and she was sure about that when the one who was working on the sides of the tower climbed back up. "Eh...? I hope it was not because I surprised you that he managed to finish before you..." she said to Rios keeping her voice low for the moment. Though she could be selfish sometimes, Naomi was not the kind of person who would interfere with other's bets on purpose, unless she had a quite good reason to do so and that was not the case. ══════════════════════════════════════════ Chakra Points: 35/35 Stamina Points: 25/25

Rios grumble something that sounded vaguley like "Sonofabitch" but it was so low and scruffy that it couldnt be made out. So he quickly finished the section he was working on with this new girl. He took a few quick seconds to actually look at her and commit her face to memory as she was handing him tiles. "Naomi. . ." Rios repeated to him self as she continued on. "Oh uh, dont worry about it, I was just startled by your impressive sneaking skillz. My friend there is Matsuya, and my name is Rios. I'm. . . one of the 'old' genin of Kirigakure. And it wasnt your fault I lost, it's just that rat-b*****d is d@mn quick when he is motivated." Rios chuckled as he pointed to Mat all the while walking over to the last section of the roof that needed to be finished. It would be fairly easy, only six of so shingles. Rios was actually surprised that Matsuya beat him, he figured there would be no way that Mat could finish the siding as fast as he did, just to make sure Rios leaned over to view the siding and due to his displeasure, it was in such pristine shape that Rios himself could not have done a better job. More grumbling came from the defeated old soldier as he worked away on the roof. He didnt mind though, it was all fun and games in order to build a bond and a more tightly knit unit and as he figured, dinner would be a small price for a lasting friendship.
