 Shizu gazed at the shore of his new found home, "Took quite a while to get here, lets hope its worth it" He sighed, thinking and walked into the cabin of his small doodle boat, it wasnt much, but it had gotten him this far........  He awoke from his slumber with a loud CLUNK as his boat hit the dock, scrambling to his feet, he cast a line over one of the docking pegs, and pulled the boat in. After dropping anchor, he collected his meager belongings, a small suitcase, and a satchel slung over his arm, which held his sketchpad, pen and ink set, a few novels, a map, sea charts, and a couple worn pencils and erasers. Then he proceeded onto the dock, wobbling to shore, wondering when he would get his "Land Legs". Scrunching through the sand, he walked slowly toward the lights of a Town. "Wonder what it'll be like, this town and my new school, how I'll deal with my muteness and all......."

The World is a Monster.... Anice walked down to the end of the dock watching the shine of the stars bonce off of the water. Reaching the end of the dock she slips of slids off her feet and flip her toes in the water. "So relaxing." She thought to herself and leaned back on her hands. Anice watched the stars shine and twinkle as she thought about the start of the new school year. Because We Make it That Way..

Shizu quietly returned his boat back into drawing form, noticing a girl on the dock, he realized how exhausted he was from sustaining the drawing for so long. He wobbled over to the edge of the dock, and plopped himself down a few feat away from her, slipping his feat into the water, he cast a questioning glance at her. "I wonder if she is a student of the academy as well........"

The World is a Monster.... Anaice watched as the boy pulled up and sat himself on the dock. She saw him from the corner of her eye glancing at her. She looked at him and smiled, "Hi." She said softly. It wasn't like her to speak unless spoken to but he seemed interrested in her. She smiled softly again. "I'm Anaice." She tried to speak louder but her voice wouldn't get any higher. Because We Make it That Way..

After she introduced herself, Shizu noticed she was very quiet, "Aaaahh, finally! A quiet person, where I came from everyone was so loud!!!" he thought excitedly, maybe this wouldnt be so bad...... Smiling slightly, he gestured to the old name tag pinned to his coat it read "HI IM" and below it in small, very neat print was "Shizukana Rouasha" and as an afterthought "Call me Shizu" he had to pin it because it had become very dirty during his journey. Then he set his things down carefully next to him, and politely awaited her response.

Ari layed down next to some of the turtles that were by their nests on the beach. After leaving the Street Fair she'd decided to walk around on the beach. She liked watching others, but she was still lonely. . her sister had left to get married, her brothers had gone to explore, and her youngest twin sisters had gone to model for some magazine. She guessed that maybe being lonely was going to be her destiny in life she thought as she closed her eyes.
