Mina followed the stranger with a smile on her face. She was eager to see what was inside the big metal thing.
"So what is it?" she asked. It was unlike anything she had ever seen.

Filia smiled at the thought that they could go into the palace for shelter. She herself had not been into the castle except when she was a little one when she went with her mother for the first time to see what she was going to do when she grew up. Now that her father was running everything he left her at home and went by himself. She didn't know what he'd do while he was away, but she was always suspicious of him. "Going into the castle sounds wonderful, I haven't been for so long" she said. She saw that the odd people were a little hesitant and talking about some pact or something. To her they did not seem that hostile at all, only lost and unsure of the world around them. Then she could feel the presence of another, a younger native, but the little one seemed not to want to be seen so she kept it to herself.

"Hmm, it's... how do I put this... A flying machine called the Arcaius, it moves up above the sky, past the stars ans such, we, as you can tell are different, we have no ears or tails like yours. " She sighed, she hasn't been on earth for at least 2 years now, most of the military ships were based out of Pluto it being easier to get to. "We came from a place far away called Earth, were people look different and we have things like this all over the place."

"A flying machine?" Isel said, looking at it. Damn. It looked nothing like the airships they had here...how could something like this even fly? It was huge, and he knew metal was heavy. He ran his hand along it's smooth metal body, looking at their guide.
"So...none of you on...Earth, have ears or tails?" he asked.

Mina was more confused than before. "How does it fly? It looks too big...It's so much bigger than the airships we have here!" she said.

Kira gladly took the hand of the girl and gave a small sound of effort as she climbed into the craft. She listened silently as they explained all sorts of things that really confused her. She had never heard of a flying machine like this before. Of course she never learned anything new so it was understandable. Her eyes shifted as they got used to the darkness and soon she was able to see normally.

Gin was impressed, if they couldn't get off off this planet at least she could get a nice job flying or something, "we build theses up in the sky most of the time, we use... fire to make it move up there when it takes less effort." This was going to be hard to explain, she hardly understood it either, "and we have a super special thing that makes it go so fast you can't see it, but I don't know how that works at all." Now that they were all in she started to walk up to the bridge, "come this way, I'll show you were I used to fly it, I was the pilot of this ship y'see."

"Interesting." Isel said. He followed slowly, taking stock of everything...maybe he could sneak back and take something small they wouldn't need. His hands ran along controls, dials, walls, panels, displays...everything. It all felt so foreign to him.

Kira was one step ahead of Isel. As she walked behind Gin, she picked up random doohickeys and whatchamacallits. She didn't have any pockets large enough for half the items so she carried them in her arms. Soon a small pile of stuff formed in her arms, which she carried as if nothing was wrong at all.

Mina poked some of the equipment. It all looked so...complicated. She wanted to know how it worked and what it did.
"These are so strange. What's this?" she asked, pointing to one of the computers.

Gin pulled a door open, "in here," she noticed the girl was holding stuff, she would ignore it till later, most of it was just scrap metal anyway. "Those help us fly, it's to hard to make all the lights and the fire work by hand, so we use these, for example..." she walked ever to her console since she knew it's layout. "I would put my left hand in this hole," she did so, "and when I moved my hand it would move the ship a certain way. Can I ask how your airships work? so I can explain better in relation." The ship?

Isel stopped at a certain device on the ground. It was a PDA of some type, although he didn't know that. He picked it up and slid it unseen into the pocket of his pants. He followed Gin into the bridge, whistling in approval. "Very nice." he said. He couldn't answer her question, not knowing how airships worked. [Nice. My first thought was something like this, with the word Normandy being the ship's name.]

Following everyone into the bridge, she couldn't pick up any more so she happily walked with what she had in her arms. When she entered the bridge, her eyes grew wide. "Whoa...cool.." She had never been inside of an airship before but she knew that this would still be a hundred times cooler. When Gin asked for names, she said simply. "Kira."(( Calnus FTW <3))
