
Wind Soquili are easily distinguished by their large, feathered, bird-like wings and their ability to fly.
Many view themselves as guardians of ground-based soquili, and will watch over regular Soquili like guardian angels. Some Kawani people say they are the living memory of the Wind Horse of Kawani legend. Some claim that they are the decedents of Angeni. Other jealous soquili call them the disgraceful offspring of birds and soquili.
Regardless, This kind can soar at high altitudes like a hawk. Their bones are also lighter than regular soquili, making them weigh less so that they can fly, despite their large bodies. Very few might have magical powers, but usually only pertaining to their flying ability. Wind soquili were the first rare kind of Soquili discovered by the Kawani people. When wind soquili become elders, they may be able to fly as high as an Angeni.
