The Captain's are pretty much hand-picked at the moment. As for applying, well you can just express the desire. Might make you answer a question or two. That reminds me... some people may need to be demoted...

Ok well im ready at anytime for the test though without a rank currently im not sure where to start roleplaying. I can provide rp samples if needed though you have already witnessed my level although that wasn't my best v.v
