Bira would have taken offense if she knew the Umbreon thought of her as "just another Eevee". She liked to consider herself unique, not to mention superior, to other Eevees.
"Go Bira, use Sand-Attack." Nikki commanded her fluffball.
Bira's lips pulled back to reveal sharp fangs in a snarl. She then lept forward and turned around to kick up her feet. Sending a spray of sand in Umbreon's direction.

He cringed when the door opened and closed again. It was getting a bit annoying... "Should one of us... Yano... Stay by the door for when it opens again?" Of course, knowing their luck, nobody'd come by the room for hours, and cleaning would hear voices and SKIP the room in the assumption they were busy training. He sighed, scratching Jayanti behind the ears.

Callista blinked, letting go of Aiden as she looked around at the crowd of people just sitting or standing there. What in the world was going on? Some kind of experiment? She wouldn't put it past some of the more. . . er, interesting agents to do something of that sort. Meanwhile, as his trainer glanced around trying to get her bearings, Aiden barreled off across the room and ran smack into the legs of one of the many other gathered Rockets.
"Squirtle!" He yelped - that had hurt. Staring up at the rocket, he pouted, putting his big, big eyes to work - he was used to doing this at Callista, though it didn't work often with her, so why not try now? "Squirtle! Squirt squirt squirtle!" Maybe he could even get a treat!

A pair of balloons flocking around Hayes' head didn't do much to improve Nyx's visibility problems.
"Don't-" Hayes turned when he heard the door open again - and shut. The plainclothes agent tossed a casual wave and a half-smile Callista's way - friendly, but a little exasperated with the situation. "Welcome to the club." He returned his attention to the battle.
"That's Faleen-" The blond gestured at the darker blonde, then the lighter, "-and that's Nikki. Watch," he grinned at Nyx. "This'll be interesting."
Nemerle huffed when Akemi rose and dislodged her, half-lidding her eyes as she watched her walk away. Always just when she settled down. Always. The freckled girl seemed to be over her panic, though. The Glaceon nodded slightly to Rebar, leapt from the bleachers in a flowing movement and drifted toward Hayes.
"Good idea," Hayes called over his shoulder at Max's suggestion. "You volunteering?"
He glanced up at the ceiling, then turned his eyes back to the battle. Hopefully Faleen's Shuppet hadn't gotten lost.

Hands folding behind her back as the grunt watched a spray of sand fly into her Umbreon's face. The dark type gave a bark and jerked his face to the side, closing his eyes,
Faleen gave him only a moment to shake his head sharply, pawing at his face while snorting some of the sand from his nose.
Growling softly as he turned his head back to the Eevee, one eyes closed tightly, the other glaring softly, waiting for how own order, that came instantly.
“Use confuse ray” Faleen told her Umbreon, who instantly stiffened his body, forehead marking gleaming brightly before sending off a spinning ray of light toward the Eevee, one eye still closed from the sand.

Nikki watched in silence as Bira was overcome by a confuse ray and stumbled a little bit in her confusion.
"Use Tackle," was the command. And the Eevee tried to comply. Running at the Umbreon and making a leap... only to fall short and faceplant into the floor.
The blond sighed and rolled her eyes, but smirked a little. This should help combat the little Eevee's ego, once she'd been soundly beaten by the dark evolution.

Umbreon watched the Eevee drop out of its tackle and land flat on the ground.
His master leaned forward a little, pleased that his attack had taken affect.
"Faint attack" she spoke next,
Umbreon used one moment to try and open his other eye, but it didn't want to comply, he didn't waist much time on it before he flashed from sight.
It took a moment for him to reappear, but when he did he let out a grunting "Breon!" the dark mass diving at the Eevee in his attack.

"Nikki? The Agent? Interesting. Why is she using that Eevee, she has a healthy and powerful looking Pidgeot just standing around."
Nyx watched the two battle, it looked fun... but she didn't want to do it.
"Uh. Do you battle?" She looked up at Hayes.

"So she'll be strong when it counts," Hayes replied as he watched the confused Pokemon attack, miss, and repeat. The corner of his mouth twitched sympathetically; if not interesting, the match was at least amusing.
The agent took his Rocketdex from his pocket again and pointed it first at Bira, then Umbreon. The holoscreen slid out with a faint 'shk', producing a semi-transparent image of each Pokemon in turn. Hayes scanned the lines of text on the display. "Huh. Oh hey Nem." The Glaceon whuffed and kept twining a circuit around his ankles, leaning heavily against one calf.
"Me?" The blond looked at Nyx, sounding mildly surprised, then smiled at her. "Yeah, I do. You and Newton want to go a round some time?"

"Oh! Uhhhh..." Nyx floundered around. "I'm just so busy with lab work I should be down there right now or I'd totally battle but busy busy busy." She fidgeted with the bottom of her skirt. Quick, change the subject!
"So! Uh! Who do you think is going to win?" Nyx looked down at the Glaceon. "Interesting... Don't see many of those."
