"Hello," Vera greeted quietly with a little smile and wave. She remained in her seated position, eyes still on Lilly.
She's suspicious, Vera guessed, judging Lilly's expression and tone, But I can't be sure unless I search her mind, which I can't do without contact. And to search through her brain and sift through thoughts would be a dead giveaway. Either way, she trusts Nara--Layla. We should be fine.

Yuriko slipped out of the classroom after the professor nodded at her to dismiss her. She walked up to Laura who nodded at her, turning and walking toward the front gate again, Yuriko slid her card in and disappeared into the forest. She didn't have much time, if she wanted to study the creatures that the dark trees attracted. Finally getting there, she watched the sprites and ghosts flit around among the leaves while she took notes. Then getting what the professor wanted done, she turned to her main task of getting out here; watching Naracan and Vera. She liked to watch the different ways Them used to capture Us. Yuriko also watched what Us did to get away.

Name: Sarah Kyne Age: 19 Alliance(Them, or Us): Us Race: Shapeshifter Power: Sarah has the ability to shapeshift. Ever since Sarah was a little girl she was trained very hard and now the training has paid off and she can shift into almost anything she chooses. Weapon:A long ivory handled sword. Bio: Sarah was in hiding almost her whole life, but left when she was 14. She heard news of her father, William Kyne's execution and left hiding to try and take down THEM. Her father was executed because he killed Lana's father Kellan. Sarah made it to the place where THEM stay but her plan fell through and she was caught. Ever since then she has been kept in Shadowpire, Sarah's abilities make her probably one of the most important people in Shadowpire. They've tried converting her but everytime they tried she'd end up killing whoever tried to make her convert. Eventually they gave up and Sarah sits in her cell planning her war against THEM. Naracan smiled layed against the tree. "Tomorrow, she should get out of here. Cora, you and me." Naracan said happily. "We'd be safe."
Lilly eyed her and Vera. She was uncertain and then remembered Sarah. "Wait, I have a shapeshifting friend who can help us. She'll teach you too Layla. She's planning a war against Them and I think she'll help Us win. We should rescue her. I can send her a telepathic message now, if you want." Lilly replied trying to find a crack in their perfect mask.

Vera smiled, not hinting at approval or disapproval. It was, after all, Naracan's mission and she was simply to assist. Shapeshifting...that could be hard to fight...hopefully I can numb her nervous system or a few muscles...mess with her somehow...if it comes down to a battle, I might have to use Estallos...

Lana sat in her room, overjoyed. Finally I get a chance for my revenge! Tomorrow I will go undercover as a member of Us and join Sarah, make her believe I can help her. But I, I know that it's a complete lie and I couldn't be happier.
Sarah leaned up against the dirty wall of her plotting. We need more people to help... Otherwise nothing can work as planned! I can't mess up again! Look what happened the first time!

Observations of Yuriko:
Them: Good actors, Vera catches on fast. Naracan is a good teacher. Both have good control over emotions
Us: Picked up acting fast, seems to be trying to make a breach in the act. Planning something.

Naracan's smiled tightened for an instant, then she relaxed. "Sure we can." Naracan said.
Lilly smiled a devious smile in her head. "Hey Sarah, it's Lilly I'm coming to get you out. I'm with two of Them though...I think we could take Them, but one is my friend's body...I think a soul is in her...." She sent the silent message to Sarah, hoping she would hear it.
Naracan closed her eyes. "Hey, let's get some sleep." She whispered.

Lana entered Shadowpire in her new body. She looked the same age but had long wavy chestnut brown hair and piercing green eyes. Her new name was Melinda and she was supposed to be sharing a cell with Sarah, the mastermind of the war. She entered the cell and sat down opposite from her on the cold floor.
"Perfect, thanks Lily. They should be no problem. It's going to be good to be out in the open, easier to plan and definitely easier to recruit. We need to bring this girl, Melinda with us, she just came and decided to help me. She'll be of great use, she can read minds." "New here?" Sarah asked.

Yuriko blinked at the message that Lilly had sent and jotted down more notes. Message to Sarah, mind reading girl with Sarah, plan on attacking Vera and Naracan. Deciding she had enough notes she put the notebook away and jumped down, landing with a soft whisper of feathers. All three people stared at her sudden appearance, Lilly looked suspicious, Yuriko flapped her wings then folded them, "No need to worry, I am one of Us. My name is Yuriko, and I happened to see you guys in the forest." Yuriko flipped a strand of silver hair away from her face and stood there, ready to disappear if Lilly decided to attack. To her relief, Lilly didn't do anything although Naracan and Vera looked surprised. Yuriko masked her mind completely from intruders before asking, "What are you doing so close to an Academy?"

Lilly growled at Yuriko's apperance, but didn't move. She got the message from Sarah and sighed after she put up her mental gaurd. She was weak from not feeding though. "I need to feed." She said.
((Oh can you not control other's characters please? It might bug people))
Naracan looked at Yuriko then at Lilly. She was shocked at both of them. "We were about to sleep then leave." She replied to Yuriko. "Then go eat Lilly." She said.
"Aren't you coming with me Layla? You used too." Lilly said.
Naracan looked into Layla's memories and saw that that wasn't true. "No I didn't Lilly."

Vera was surprised when Yuriko appeared and mentally chided herself for not seeing her.
"Sorry," she muttered quietly Naracan.
To Lilly she smiled and offered, "I'll come with you,"

Yuriko heard the growl but saw that Lilly wasn't going to attack, she relaxed slightly but kept her wing muscles tense. Feeding was important for a vampire, but from she was recieving from Lilly's mind Yuriko was still wary of the girl. She shook her right wing slightly and dislodged a feather, using that as a subsitute of paper, Yuriko wrote something on it with blue ink then sealed it into the tree behind her. Flexing her wings to stretch them, Yuriko sat down next to Naracan still alert for danger.

Naracan sighed thankful.
Lilly nodded and got up. "Come on Cora." She said silently. She hoped she'd get lucky this time with two deer instead of one.

Vera followed Lilly silently, with no ill-will in her movement. She can read minds, she noted, but felt no need to act immediately. Certainly, if she gives me reason to believe she's suspicious, I will mess her up.
