Did he really say in the air? Amaya was a bit puzzled as to what he meant by that, but shrugged it off, nudging Gigi with her heels to follow Toto to the end of the field. "You're doing fine, Kibakichi-san! Now let me demonstrate.." She bundled some arrows in her left hand in which she held the bow already, then nocked an arrow and nudged Gigi into a gallop alongside the targets. Drawing, aiming and letting fly whenever Gigi was in mid-step, back extended and steady for the fraction of a second, she passed them. The stable-master hit four of the five targets somewhere between the middle and outer ring, one time scoring dead center. She passed by the last, turning in the saddle to deliver a parthian shot and hit the inner ring of the last target. She reined in her horse and trotted back to the patron. "If you want to, you can try it at walking speed first, then speed up on the next try..." I bow to her comment, and watched her carefully as she shot the targets. Well done. Now it's my turn. I say to her when she returns and I bow to her as I nudged Toto foreward into a trot with my knees as I grabbed 10 arrows in my bow hand, and nocked an arrow. I nudged Toto hard sending him into gallop beside the targets. The dummy that I circumcised would be to me when I got to the end. I drew, aimed and let it fly trying to time it when Toto was in mid-step, my back was straight and I was steady for the several seconds I passed the targets. I had used all the arrows in my hand, and hit all of the targets. Out of the 10 arrows I fired 5 actually hit, they mostly hit the outside rings, one hit the bulls-eye, but just barely, thanks to the parthian shot . The rest wizzing into the woods. Byrn JinRyuMore Mys!! I roared as I held my bow straight out at my side. A bright flash of light and my bow and quiver liquidfied, reshaped itself, and solidified. It became a very well crafted katana a blue glow could be seen on the cutting edge. For a second time seemed to stop as the target was nearly beside me. With my right hand I unwrapped the reigns and with other I cut at a 45 angle from shoulder to hip. It flew off and landed several feet behind the base. I pulled on the reigns and Toto slowly came to a stop. I turned him around and headed back to Amaya, and asked. Well how was that?

((Sorry, this will be a rather short post.. not very creative right now...)) The stable master smiled and nodded to the patron. "This was very very good... I could swear you had done it before." She sighed, her smile turning into a smirk. "Looks like I have to make me a new target, however." Nudging Gigi into a trot and then a slow canter with her heels, Amaya rode alongside the targets again, very close this time. When she reached them, she let herself fall over to the side, one foot stuck into a noose on the saddle-strap, her whole weight suspended by one leg crossing the saddle. Dangling upside down, she grabbed one arrow after the other as she passed the targets by, collecting all of her own arrows while leaving his were they were.. Laughing, she straightened up again. "Alright, your turn... though I do not recommend doing that cossack stunt unless you have practiced it before, too!" (the cossack stunt: click here )

I smile. Yea once or twice. Sorry bout the target. I bow my head. My eyes opened wide as I watched her preform the cossack stunt. I had practiced it once before, but not in a long while. I bow my head and said. Yes Ma'am. I will do my best. I spin my sword and throw it straight into the ground, and nudged Toto, with my heels, into a trot then a canter I guess. I rode very close alongside the targets, this time. When I approached them I threw my body, making it fall over the side, but my foot missed the noose. Ahh. Oof. I crashed to the ground in flurry of dust, Toto kept going for a while, turned his head saw me on the ground, and stopped. I braced myself with my arms, I landed flat on my face, breaking my nose, and busted my forehead open, Toto missed my head with one his hooves. (Thank God.) Unfortuntly he got my lower back and broke my spine as pushed me into the ground a sickening crunch could be heard. I had also dislocated both my shoulders, and broke both my wrists. All that pain hit me hard, and I turned my head to the side and rightfully expressed my deep and utter feelings. Tears flowed from my eyes as I take a deep breath and... AHHHHH!!!!!!! The pain lessened to within tolrable limits. I take another deep breath and said. Uh a little help. I cant feel my legs.

"Oh no!" Amaya gasped as she watched the patron fall hard on the ground, headfirst, and then be overrun by Toto. Her stomach lurched as she heard the sickening crunching noise as his bones broke.
Sweet Baldur, no!
She swiveled her leg over Gigi's neck and jumped down, running up to the fallen ronin.
"Don't move, please don't move, Kibakichi...", she pressed through the lump that had formed in her throat as she bent over him, trying to assess the damage.
This is all my fault... oh what have I done...

I look up at her, through the blood on my face I could the worry on her face. I smile gently and say softly, though the tremundous pain told me to do otherwise. Do not worry it is not fault, as you can see. That didn't go quite has I planned it.

"Don't speak, Kiba, and please don't move..." There was nothing she could do right now... moving him would maybe damage his spinal cord further... she thought hard what to do, then jumped up and ran back to the horses.
Hastily she scribbled a note, scratching the characters into the smooth leather of Gigi's saddle with an arrow tip:
patron seriously injured. bring help to target range. Amaya
Then she knotted down the stirrups and gave Gigi a pat on the rump, sending her back to the stables. "Run, Gigi, fast!" The mare flattened her ears to her skull, gnashing her teeth and was off in a flurry of dust and leaves.
Quickly, Amaya moved back to Kibakichi's side.

I growl silently and then call out to Amaya agian. Amaya-san that isn't neccsary. Now come here I need you to do me a favor. First pop my shoulders back into place. And second, fetch me my sword and place it across my back where it is broken. Put it where the hilt is on my left and the point is on my right. I could summoned it to me myself, but most of energy was already at work, my body was slowly begining to mend itself.

What the...? Amaya shook her head in disbelief, but obeyed, picking up the sword as she hastened back to him. Hopefully he would stop moving and talking if she dis as he said. She put the sword on his back as he requested and bent down to him, putting her hands on his shoulders to stop him from moving.
"Kibakichi-san, if I move your shoulders now, your spine may snap... please be patient, help is on the way in a bit.", she pleaded with him.

A feral roar, like a tiger's, excapes from my mouth as I turned upper body to face her. The wound on my forehead and already healed, I bared my fang-like canine teeth and said. Just do it! aaahh! I focus my ki, my sword and glove-jewel begin to glow. The glowing intesfies and my sword melts and covers my broken spine, wrapping it tight in protective armor. Liquid pores out of my jewel and wraps around my wrists and does the same. I could feel my legs again.

The stable-master flinched and almost jumped up at the strange outburst from the wounded man.
How.. how can he move like that?
Gritting her teeth, she focused on doing what he told her, suspending her disbelief in the whole situation to be dealt with later.
She braced his upper body against the side of her chest and took his left arm into both hands. The head of the humerus popped back into place with an audible "plop" as she quickly pulled it downwards.

I roared again and it turned into a sigh of relief as the pressure and pain dissapeared. On my left side anyway. I flex my left arm at the elbow and test my shoulder. I know my wrists are broken but they have been set and should be healed in a couple of days. Thank you. Now please do the other side.

Amaya nodded, then repeated the procedure on the other side, trying to work as swift as possible as not to cause him additional pain. This time, however, she had to try twice before the limb settled back in its original place again.
"Done. How do you feel?"

Much better thank you. I say as I test my arm out. Could you please help me to my feet? My spine and wrists are set and stable, so don't worry. And I'm sorry for losing my temper like that. I apologize for my rude outburst. And I bow my head.

"Maybe you should rest a bit before you try to get up?" Amaya still had him by the shoulders, holding him up because she was not yet fully trusting the miracle healing. "It is alright... you were in pain. And it is my fault, after all, that you got hurt in the first place... I did not mean for you to try that stunt... I am very sorry for what happened."
