Henry smiled and waved. "No problem." He smiled at the other boy, glancing up, then began to work on the spear. First, he took the flower and a container for heating and gently put the flower inside. Then, he filled the cup with fine-grained sand for glass. He stuck it in one of the many of fires, and then began to work on the blades. He took the scorpion stinger and gently cut it with wire-cutters,and separated it into one long, perfect, small blade, and then a second, rounder, sharp blade.

Seeing all the weapons around him still impressed him, but seeing the actual spot where Lyra had performed her upgrade to Frostmourne would send Gabriel ecstatic.
He gazed back to Lyra, who was standing rather shyly in front of him. He raised a his eyebrow and looked at Lyra in a confused fashion. Upon hearing her last comment about he became flushed and turned his head quickly to avoid Lyra spotting it.
"Uhm...thanks? I mean, I don't get that often, so I guess it took me by surprise." he got out, his head still turned to the side so that Lyra could not see his still flushed face. It was a feeble attempt. He couldn't keep his face turned to the side, so he attempted to shroud his face by pointing his head downwards, hoping that his semi-long hair would be able to block her view. Though it was worth the shot, he could not completely cover his fully red face.
Though it was weak, he laughed at her comment about Kevin. He knew well that Kevin would have started up some sort of argument or competition between the two of them. He tried to tone down his red face by laughing, but it only made it much more obvious.
"I suppose you're right. He would do something manly like that. Something to defend his honor. Typical Kevin thought, right? " he joked back, his smile slightly larger than normal. He gazed back up into Lyra's eyes, trying unsuccessfully to see into her thoughts. He was curious as to what made Lyra who she was. Why she hated Boreas kids so much, and yet, now she seemed to have befriend one within a few short hours of simply exchanging history.
To him though, the telling of his background meant something. He could obviously trust Lyra, and he was sure she could trust him as well. The telling of her background aided his hypothesis, and assured him that she obviously felt some sort of connection between the two of them as well. Unsure of where it would go in the future, Gabe hoped that the two would become great friends, and allies, until the very end.

Henry shrugged, now moving onto the bar. "Maybe. I'll see what's happening later." He smiled at her, then returned to his work, finishing up the bar of the spear. After he was done, he took out the container and slid out the flower and glass. He took it in gloves, and chiseled in a connector.

Matt walked in and sighed. There was no good reason he was doing this for Kevin, other than Kevin was his friend, and asked him to do it. He walked over to a workbench with a hammer on it. The hammer had the name "Lyra" etched into the handle, and clearly belonged to her. He took a step closer to the bench and stared at it for a moment, afterall, he was looking at the bench where some of the greatest weapons he had seen were created. "If this is Lyra's bench, this must be the place Kev told me to drop this thing." He thought to himself, as he unrolled the parchment with a description of a weapon on it, and the picture of a sword on it. The parchment itself seemed enlightened by the presence of this weapon, and Matt felt it better to not ask questions, or look for Lyra. He was doing exactly as he was told to do, that way, he could be sure that nothing was going to get messed up, and if anything did, it wouldn't be his fault. He picked up a rubber band from the floor at the base of the bench, and rolled the parchment up, and put the rubber band around it to hold it in its cylindrical shape. He then dropped it into the toolbox which also belonged to Lyra, hoping that she would find it there. He then left the armory, without greeting anybody, he was tired, and wanted to go to bed. He didn't have the physical desire, or mental readiness to meet any new faces at the moment. The past week or so had been draining, what with the sudden rush of new campers. After looking around for a minute or two, he saw Gabe. He looked at him and opened his mouth to say something, but then decided it was best not to bother, and left, leaving the door open, the same way it was when he entered.

~Zoe Black~ Zoe jogged in, and Eclispe grew in her hand from its silver ring. She looked around after she entered, and sighed. She knew next nothing about an armory, so she decided to look around until she found what she needed. She noticed other campers in the armory. A girl staring blankly at materials, a boy witha flower and a glass, and others. "Where is that thing...?" she muttered to herself as she looked around. ~Daughter of Apollo~

(I don't really like the fact that Andy/Henry is being the blacksmith at camp, while Lyra has been longer than so. I'll have to wrap this up, if I want her to get back in the game!,
But thanks, Kev. I appreciate it)

xxxxxxxxxx✗xxLxxчxxяxxɑxxJxxɵxxηxxεxxsI am talking to Gabe... Am I Supposed to?What was happening to her? What was flipping wrong with her? She was shy, around a dang Boreas kid! She felt shy and stupid, like a clutz falling in front of their crush. Number one thing about Lyra, she never, ever, really liked someone. Something about her made her unable to stay with one person, which wasn't necessarily bad. Her first boy had been a small Apollo boy, who had been a DJ before he dumped her. To go where? Some Dionysus girl, Euri, that had more personality. That just dumped him later on. The Dionysus girl was pretty spunk-like after the death of her sister, and she rarely spoke to Lyra. But what she couldn't get about camp was why she was feeling queasy, now. Maybe it was because Henry was stealing her job. Yep, she knew that he was making weapons for others instead of her. I bet I can do better. I've been in camp waaayy longer. she thought, but kept it to herself. She had taken so much time alone, she didn't need to let out her anger.
An hypocrite wasn't what she wanted to be, now. She brushed her hair from her face once more. Why was she doing that so much? She dug her hands in her pockets. Usually she felt completely normal at the armory, in the back. Why was it different now? Of course, she was usually alone. Or with her sisters. Henry wasn't someone she wanted to interact with, even if he had this challenge to make a sword per cabin, but she was sure he wouldn't be able to find Cerberus poop for Hephaestus. She had actually cut out the whole part of the Hephaestus part in the Athena cabin's books. Which they were perfectly fine with, as her father had tried to rape her. Most of the pages on her father were tucked under her bunk, behind a small drakon automaton. Made by herself, she named it Pelos. A happy little drakon to protect her things. Only Kevin, by code, knew how to break it.
She rubbed her eyes, soon feeling claustrophobic. What could she do? With a smirk, she picked up his hand, and walked out of the back. She walked up the middle, where a large flame was burning. Sweat poured on her face. "This is Hestia's flame. In gratitude for Prometheus for giving blacksmith's fire, and in the ways of Hestia, we have dedicated this cauldron. The fire may never go out, or that means the whole armory is closed. Or.."she explained, but her voice hesitated. "Hephaestus fades." she breathed in, a touchy subject. Trying to change it, she walked up to the armory rack. Thousands of armor, swords, shields, and much more had been set up. She pointed to a glossy bronze armor, with a flame in the middle. The helmet had a dark brown hair on the top, and obviously this armor had been made for someone large. "Beckendorf's armor. On his attack with Percy... his last...., he had worn a lighter armor. This one is for Capture the Flag and other fighting. It was supposedly made by the Kabeiroi, famed sons of Hephaestus."she explained, and dragged him along.
She dragged him outside, where the sun was happily shinning in the sky. A cool, gentle breeze blew, and hopefully it made Gabe feel better. Letting go of his hand, she walked towards a small shed like thing, and with a key, she opened the door. Leading him inside, she looked around. There were animals in cages. But the cages weren't exactly needed, as the animals seemed dead. Thing was, they weren't really animals. Just fine crafted automatons. She crouched down and took out a small drakon, the size of a thumb, made of iron. It sat lifeless in her palm as she walked up to Gabe, and handed it to him. "ξυπνώ!" she said in Ancient Greek tongue. The drakon snapped awake, and walked around his palm, before it's wings stretched, and it flew up into the air, circling the small shed. By the words of Ancient Greek, the many animals had awaken. With a nasty shout, they all turned off, but the small iron dragon, which landed in her palm. "His name is πάγος φωτιά, meaning Ice Fire." she translated, smiling. Allowing the dragon to sit on her shoulder, she walked back to the armory.
Dragging him one more time into the armory, she pulled up to a bench. It was plain, used up, and burnt. There was a lot of scraps, and a lot of burned blueprint paper. She smiled, and swiped off some dust on the bench, where sketched in bronze, in italics, read Counselor of Hephaestus. She picked up her mallet, and with some explanation to him, built a small dragon like the iron one, and also fixed up a sword. After it was done, she put her hands on her hips, with a cocky smile. "And, that's how I work in the armory."she said, but her eyes turned to a new sword on the table. Kevin. She smiled, remembering how she had made it for him. Was it Elemental? She wasn't even sure, anymore. She nodded to Gabe, told him to stand back.
Sparks flew, a constellation of them falling. An echo of banging of a mallet came with each strike, but she didn't seem to be having much difficulty. Each strike was louder, with more effort. Soon the sword looked normal once more. She then took out a carver, where she stitched in δύναμη παρά περηφάνια on the blade. Once finished, she put it back where the boy had put it, and where he would pick it up. The shine was back, as she had sharpened it, and as the light danced on it, the light jumped into her eyes. Her hands were rough and oily for a reason.
Translations: δύναμη παρά περηφάνια-Strength by pride ξυπνώ- Awaken "Sing, clear-voiced Mousa, of Hephaistos famed for inventions (klytometis). With bright-eyed Athene he taught men glorious crafts throughout the world,--men who before used to dwell caves in the mountains like wild beasts. But now that they have learned crafts through Hephaistos the famed worker (klytotekhnes), easily they live a peaceful life in their own houses the whole year round. Be gracious, Hephaistos, and grant me success and prosperity!

Henry smiled and held up all the parts to the spear: The front end, the first metal bar with a rubber grip and engravings, the glass cylinder with the flower inside, the second metal bar with rubber grip and engravings, and the bottom balance blade. He held up the beginning blade and the first bar, and pushed them together with a good click. He held up the glass cylinder, with the connectors engraved on the ends. He did the same thing with the cylinder, the second metal bar, and the final end blade. He held up the spear, possibly his best work. He stood up and walked out to drop it off.

••gαвяιєℓ кιиgѕтσи•• >>..Old Boreas and the sun, one day Espied a traveller on his way, Whose dress did happily provide Against whatever might betide...>> »At first tying to cover up his own face, he noticed that Lyra was also rather shy this time around. Glancing up slightly to get a better image, Gabe noticed that she was rather flushed as well, however that could have been the immense heat simply taking it's toll on her. He was also beginning to feel quite blistered. Always being in his blizzard-like cabin, he hardly went into places that exceeded seventy degrees Fahrenheit. Being inside the armory, with all the hot flames, steaming metals, and condensed hot air, Gabe soon became flushed with heat stroke as well as being someone flushed about Lyra.
While trying to get another look around the back room of the armory, Lyra gripped up his hand without notice and began lugging him around the armory herself. She pointed out to each set of items along the wall that stood out in many different ways. Their first stop was the enormous, raging flame that resided in the centerpiece of the armory. Hestia's Flame. Simply being within ten feet of it set Gabriel's internal body temperature up twenty degrees, and he tried pulling at his collar to release some of the sweat and steam building up under his shirt. He tired to play it off. "Man, that's quite the flame. An ever burning fire. Up until I came to Camp, I never would have thought this stuff was real. Now I'm standing before the actual fire of Hestia. Incredible." he said aloud. He turned to Lyra and smiled, though his face was beginning to bead out sweat like no other. Even Lyra's face seemed a bit speckled with sweat. He quickly formed a small breeze, centered around the palm of his hand, and held it up to his face. The wind whipped and spun into the form of a small ball, and the gentle, cold wind that was released from it provided Gabe with a small bit of relief. At least for the moment, it would keep him cool.
After visiting the fire, Lyra then gripped up his hand again and began to take him on a tour around the weaponry and armor that hung up on the walls. Pointing to a set of armor on the wall, he noticed that Lyra was telling the truth. It was indeed Beckendorf's armor. The very armor. Gabriel was struck with disbelieve. Beckendorf's armor...I can't believe. Here, just sitting in the Hephaestus armory. The things you learn everyday. he thought to himself quickly. The small orb of winds still kept up to his face, he turned to Lyra who had again taken him up and pulled him across the room.
This time, she pulled up to another set of armor. Noticing that the armor was rather common looking, it wasn't hard for him to believe that it was indeed the armor the camper's would use for Capture the Flag. Though it looked plain from where he was standing before, he could now see the intricate detail that went into forming each piece of the armor. It would have taken hundreds of regular forgers for form this many armor so quickly, yet the Hephaestus kids were able to do this in a matter of days, maybe even hours. Again, another shocking surprise to Gabe. He could hardly take in all of this amazing blacksmithing in one sitting. Gripped up by the hand again before he could make a comment, Lyra pulled him outside.
From there, Gabe brought down his spiraling sphere of icy wind as the refreshing wind outside took him. He took in a few deep breaths then exhaled. Several icy crystals flew from his mouth and scattered around the wind. Before he could get a longer moment to enjoy the outside world again, Lyra grabbed his arm and yanked him into a shed that was located behind the armory. Walking in, it was much cooler than the armory itself but the smell of flint and heated metals ruffled into his nose. Holding back a sneeze, he noticed that the room was full of small cages, each holding what seemed to be an animal. However, these animals didn't seem to move. That was until Lyra decided to change that. With the quick sounding of an Ancient Greek word, the creatures sprung to life. The dragon-like animal that stood withing his hand, almost the size of Gabriel's thumb, took his interest. Though dragons were often known for being fire-breathing, some legends depicted dragons and the like to be capable of releasing a freezing like chemical, a combination of natural nitrogen that was contained in a sack inside their skull.
As the dragon zipped up and flew around the room before landing gently on Lyra's shoulder, Gabe starred in awe at the detail and likeness to that of a real dragon but on a much smaller scale. To him, that machine would have taken years for him to complete. But he was sure that Lyra was capable of forging such a magnificent item in under a few short moments. Gazing around the room, Lyra shouted out yet another Ancient Greek word, and the metal creatures returned to rest save for the metal dragon that perched itself atop Lyra's shoulder. Casually, she took up his hand and led him back into the armory.
As they walked in, he took a look at the sign that declared Lyra the Cabin Counselor for the Hephaestus kids. This seemed to make sense to him. She was rather skilled with her forging, and from what he could recall, she was here a rather long time. As she forged up a sword at Kevin's request, she stood before him, proud of her work. All he could do was smile, and for an instant, he wished to clap for an encore.
"Lyra, I have to say. This stuff is incredible. I could never have imagined that you were capable of all this. It's truly astonishing." he commended her, still gazing at Lyra with sword at her side and the small, mechanical dragon perched atop her shoulder. If he had his drawing utensils and his sketch pad, he would have liked to draw her. Her pose and prowess amazed him. He wondered if he would ever be capable of becoming the Cabin Counselor for the Boreas cabin.
