there was a groan from downstairs and Hikari vanished from Zane's arms. she had tried to be gentle but had flung him a few feet in her haste

he slid on his feet he did not mind he knew why she did it and he ran to the stars and slid down the rale and was at kages side in seconds

Hikari nodded and walked up to the room. Kage shifted to her side and the blanket fell a little from her chest. she was starting to shed her skin, her old form appeared quickly.

Kage's eyes fluttered. then opened. she sat up slowly and smiled at Zane. "morning!" she looked around. "it is morning isnt it? where is Hikari?"
