Rebeccasighed and , as she was already on her way back from the loby with the machine ought snacks, she saw chibi's door was barely opened. She rept up, not expecting to be cauht and said, onc she ws discovered, "m...uh....t...t..te dor was.w...was o..o...op..open....s..s...s...sorry..."

Looking over at the door, she saw her standing there. Taking in a biteful before responding she said "no problem. You close to here?" getting up she switched on the light and tossed out the container from her macaroni salad. "you want a drink? c'mon in, just watching anime.."

Rebecca was cautious at first but then slipped in, glancing at the scene then at the girl, "Um... no thank you... I um... I'm not so close no... I'm up a few flights of stairs... but I don't really like it so I was gonna ask for one down here... closer to classes and stuff... problem is... it looks like all the rooms down here are already taken so...."
She stopped talking, rambling always bothered her when she was the one doing it. She leaned against the wall near the door and asked quietly, "Do you want me to close the door after myself or leave it open?"
She was glancing at the girl, waiting. A thought crossed her mind, 'Whow... she's so cute.... I wonder.... NO! Stop it! She's probably most likely striaght anyways... don't do this to yourself again! Just look at the floor and think of her as family and you won't have to fall into that mess again and get your heart ripped in two by some straight girl without a care in the world for others...'
She moved her eyes to the floor.

smiling pleasantly, she slurped up her last noodle "ok, if ya say so.. well, id offer you a place in my room. its big enough, i guess it wouldnt bother anyone" she continued to smile nicely as she walked over to her little sink in the corner of the room and dumped her utensils in and tossed out the stierofoam (spl??) plates in the trash.
"besides," Chibi went on, "I dont know anyone personally yet here, they're all just class mates to me. So, i guess we can bunk up, im Chibi by the way.. What's your name?"

Rebecca was caught off guard at first by the statement but then gathered herself quickly by answering, "That'd be great! I...I'm Rebecca... but you can call me Beccy, Bec, Becca..... doesn't matter, those are just a few nicknames I've picked up over time. Um... I guess I could move my stuff tomorrow since it's a sunday. I'm too lazy to go but up right now ya know..."
She shut up again, mentally slapping herself twice, once for rambling again and the other for accepting to such a temping propposition.
