Pad Chief Not quite that. What I'm saying is they won't respect your characters individual strengths and weaknesses. They will worm their way out of your powers as best they can. They will claim to be capable of doing all sorts of ridiculous things when they're unseated. And they believe their Shikai makes them pretty much God. Fighting Shinigami is rarely fun. Rarely. That's why I do it rarely. That's why I rarely fight in fact, because I've come to expect the absolute worst the moment a fight begins. You won't get that from Ol' Kazuma I promise. He'll just flash you his nether regions and run away while your blinded

That is actually a significant issue.. Hmmmm...
I'll be making a new thread in Las in a moment. Please post your concerns there. (And yes, I realize I'm not TECHNICALLY a mod here, but I'm doing this because I too have been annoyed by such things.)

I see .... well that's not good. It says right here in the guild that an Arrancar has the power to take on Vice Captains and Captains. I don't see how someone who is not seated can even do anything to one of us. That would mean that they can beat their own VC's and Captains ... and I don't see that flying! Any who ... I guess I'll have to see for myself. LOL wink

Mind yourself it all comes down to RPing ability. I became Third Seat when all I did was make an RP sample after an all nighter on a subject I'm clueless about. XD
So any suggestions on the initial proposal to Tei guys?

Power level? What power level? You shouldn't have any power at an unseated level. That's considered right out of the academy, nothing more than a guards level. No Shikai, No Bankai .... really, how hard could it have been to mop the floor with you. Your sword wouldn't even cut an Arrancar's skin at an unseated level.

You shouldn't be even able to touch Arrancar, even at your current level.

Both of you are wrong. This guild does not base a person's power by rank, but by personal skill. Granted.. that situation most likely should not have gone down that way, but he DID have shikai at unseated, and thus was stronger than his rank suggested. That doesn't make him as strong as an Arrancar, but it's much more than "just out of the academy".

Because, my dear Hoshi.
I fought VC's and Taichos, without shikai, of course I was beaten but I learned from each encounter and grew, I took down my third seat when unseated and I did it without breaking any guild rules, in other words, I trained alot, when I got shikai I was still unseated, which was fine by me cause I don't really give a damn about rank recently I went from my unseated spot to the Sixth seat of my division and yes I realize that a freshly made unseated rpc shouldn't be able to do jack to anything really, but my rpc has been around for 2 years or so and has plenty of experience to back him up.
