sweatdrop Uri, stamped or not you have to have a student won through comps and what not. Not just having the stamps that say okay you're cool to try for this character. The stamps are just that, okays to try to get them in raffles and auctions. And when you have that character it's okay to RP them.
But you literally have to have student/nega/senshi ART from the shop to RP.

Also when the current battle Azzo is in is over, I wouldn't mind him getting thrown to the wolves again with some other people 3nodding heart

So we have Moonie, Polaris, Scylla and Iris.
Personally, I'd say perhaps split you guys into two groups.
Moonie and Polaris
Scylla and Iris
Otherwise, it's 7 people in battle, and that's a lot, (we'd need 2 cardians!). If you guys want to go with other options, have a certain alien in mind, ect, just drop a note!

Parker would be game. Fallon already met one. I'd like to put Parker in a situation where he has to work with senshi on the same side.
