Only male baboons have red bottoms. It's a territorial and sexual aspect of the animal. The male baboon with the reddest bottom is usually the alpha. If another male comes into the area, the alpha will show his bottom to scare away the other male.

Of course they are allowed, and that is my answer. That's like asking me IF YOU BELIEVED GOD was REAL WOULD YOU...etc. I could not answer that question as you'd like, because I don't believe God is real either. I don't believe in reincarnation, so I can't answer the question as you'd like.

I think both are formidable opponents to each other and the fight would last quite well.
Though honestly, and no offense meant, many Japanese men are quite feminine. The italian men in the fight might confuse them for women, not fight, and return home.
