Antony Freed & Ame Retsu  "I'm singing in the rain... I'm singing in the rain...  Antony gave her a grin, "I'm sorry, I get blunt when I'm thinking about something..." He muttered, going back to his previous thought. "Sorry I mentioned your eyes, it seems that it is a touchy subject with you." He said falling silent once again. But... Can't we just go inside?

 Echo blinked for a second and glanced at him with a look of curiosity. 'Thinking of something?' she thought to herself and tilted her head slightly.''Is that so? Well, it's alright...it's something I'll just have to accept and live with.'' she replied solemnly and let out a small cough. There were probably people who had it worse than she ever had. It wouldn't be fair for her to mope about something as little as that. ''Please don't be sorry, you didn't do anything wrong.'' Echo continued with a encouraged smile.

Echo started off down the street with a over joyed expression on her face. If she ever get's home, She'll never sleep.''So, I take it you're always out walking at night?'' She asked, turning her gaze to Antony. It wouldn't surprise her. After all, he was afraid of the sun...so it probably felt good to walk around without covers on.

Antony Freed "I'm singing in the rain... I'm singing in the rain... Antony gave a nod while he placed his hands in his pockets, some part of him didn't want her to find the condo just yet, because to be honest, he wanted her to walk back to his apartment with him. He pushed the desire for company out of his head, rebuking the selfishness from his mind, she was wanting to get home, to a place that seemed safe, she probably didn't want to be in an apartment with two boys she had only met today. "Yeah, I usually go out, the night is very beautiful... But on occasions Ame isn't doing well and I stay home to take care of him..." He said concerning his partner. Antony walked on back up the massive incline that lead back to DWMA and ultimately the other side of Death City. His arms were beginning to get cold, maybe a coat would have been in order had he ever bought one, with the blankets there was never really a need for one, but now it seemed he would have to invest in one. But... Can't we just go inside?

Echo tilted her head slightly and gave him a casual smile.''Is that so? It must be lonely walking around all by yourself at night.'' She replied with a saddened look. Echo couldn't imagine walking around alone all the time...especially when your afraid of the sun, The only time he can come out is at night and he can't spend it with anybody because they are all either tired and grumpy or asleep. Echo noticed his arms bad goosebumps on them. She glanced back up and him and smiled brightly.''It's good your always taking care of Ame. I think it's sweet.'' That was the truth, she thought it was sweet of Antony to treat Ame like a brother. Even if it was only a couple days since they met. ''Are you cold?'' Echo asked with a curious glance.

Antony continued walking, and answered her questions, "well, he is the only friend i have really, and he needs to be taken care of, he is a kid after all... It isn't too bad, I don't like being a bother, so I don't drag people out with me... And, I am cold, but I don't have a coat, and I can't really afford one right now."But... Can't we just go inside?

Echo gave him a rather shocked stare, she was surprised that he was so close to Ame. It was a good thing, though! it meant they would have a higher Soul resonance. ''I'm glad to hear that. You two will make a perfect team as well.'' She replied with a serene smile. Echo was happy that he cared so much for his partner. That was something that would put a smile on her face any day. She continued walking around, looking for her condo. Still nothing seemed to be recognizable to her. She caught on to the last part of his sentence and shot Antony a side-long glance and smiled. She'd give him her jacket...if it wasn't Soi's and if she had something on under it. Thinking of the whole ordeal made her face-palm again. The only thing she could think of that would work is body heat, but Echo wasn't too fond of that idea. ''I'm sorry, I wish i could help.'' She mumbled with a apologetic look. Echo really wished she could help.

But don't worry about it, I don't have a coat because other things have taken priority..." He took his hands out of his pockets and began fiddling with his hands. But... Can't we just go inside?

Echo shot Antony a side long glance.''Is that so? I don't see anything wrong with it, It's a mystery why other people do.'' She shrugged and and glanced at his hands. ''You know, it's better if you do this.'' Echo's hands were already warm from them being stuck in Soi's jacket. So all she was doing was sharing a bit of heat from her hands. She rubbed his hand a bit and breathed lightly on it to keep the warmth from escaping.''My mother taught me how to keep warm all the time, because we live in Canada...but i never really got cold, much. So me and my sis would usually hold each-others hands to keep them from freezing up.''

Antony shook his head, "it may be where he is so young and I'm 18, and that we aren't relate, it just doesn't look like a good situation I guess..." He said pulling out his hands and touching them to her cheek so she could feel the warmth coming from them. "My hands are warm in my pockets, its my arms that are cold..."But... Can't we just go inside?

Echo's eyes widened as he placed his hands on her cheeks. His hands were...very warm. She smiled lightly and turned, avoiding any more physical contact. ''Y-yeah, Sorry...i got it wrong i guess.'' She mumbled and continued walking. It was obvious that Echo brushed aside her fear and tried to continue the conversation normally. It was difficult for her to do it, but she managed to pull it off and look like a jackass in the process. There were probably many other ways she could have reacted, but no. Echo had to choose the brushing off routine.''Well, Next time you get cold again...and Ame is around, Huddling together would probably fix the cold arms.'' She continued with a apologetic look on her face. Echo hoped he wouldn't take it the wrong way, but knowing her luck he would.

Antony let out a full bodied laugh before continuing, "I keep forgetting that you don't like physical contact, sorry about that, should have given you a warning." Her reaction amused him pretty well, it wasn't everyday that he met someone with a weird fear like his, it made him feel better about himself. "When Ame gets cold he gets selfish, so he is usually the one that winds up getting a lot of body heat, but its okay..." For the first time in their walk he was having fun, apparently human interaction was good when it isn't accompanied by mean whispers and dirty looks. He gave her a smile to show that he was having fun and went back to looking for her condo when he realized, he had no idea what it looked like... "Umm... I have no idea what your apartment looks like... Could you give me an idea?"But... Can't we just go inside?

Echo's cheeks turned a bright red, she averted her gaze from Antony.''I-it's alright.'' She replied, rubbing the back of her head nervously. Echo was relieved he didn't take it the wrong way. She probably would have had a panic attack if he did. Though, her gaze wondered back to him when he spoke of Ame. She let out a small giggle at his statement. ''Hah, Sounds like my sister. Except she's always selfish..''Echo had an older sister who was extremely selfish, but it wasn't just when she get's cold...it was all the time, but before she grew up to be such an ass. There was a point where they were inseparable. Then...men came into her life. Everything just went down the tube after that. Echo glanced around for a few moments. The Neiborhood was starting to seem very familiar to her. They were getting close!''Yeah, i think it's somewhere around here. It's a pretty big condo. It's white with uh...a tan roof i think..and there should be two visible windows...one has rainbow stickers on it.'' She said sheepishly, pressing her fingers together.

He brought his arms up and slid them into his shirt through the sleeve holes to keep warm. "Well, I don't think that Ame is meaning to be selfish, I usually am the one that is transferring body heat to him where he is used to a hotter climate." He sighed as she said they were getting close, that meant that their walk was coming to an end, the fact saddened him a bit but he didn't let it show, instead he spoke, "Well, I'll try to keep an eye out for it, shouldn't be too hard to find." But... Can't we just go inside?

Echo glanced at him and let out a small laugh. He looked funny with his arms tucked in. Well, anybody would...but it still put a smile on her face.''That's very nice of you to do that for Ame. You guys sound so close, I admire that.'' she said simply and continued walking. Echo knew they were close friends, but it was still good to hear that they didn't have many problems. Her and Soi always had disagreements, but they'd work it out...over coffee. She glanced back at Antony and let out a light sigh. ''Thank you for helping me...'' Echo felt that she was sort of burdening Ame and Antony when she asked to travel with them, but they could have said no and just left. Though, instead they chose to help her out. So it made her feel bad in a way.
