Toppan's creepy, but she's not crazy; she's much too careful for to be crazy. Too skilled to be convicted...
And it doesn't matter who it is; male, female, young, old... So long as their near dead and helpless, she'll have alot of fun 'experimenting'.

Also, sure, I was thinking Elanore needed a meister. She's technically a flashlight, but she can also fire energy and be used as a light saber. whee

She experiments with CHEMICALS, DRUGS, and PAINKILLERS. She likes using morphine, atropine, and all sorts of psychoactive opiates and narcotics.
So much, she'll even use them on her herself. She loves drugs, err, medicine.
She doesn't practice surgery or any kind of physical biopsy that requires her have to remove or incise someone with a scalpel.
She's a nurse, not a doctor.
