@Shizuka - hahaha, yea I was just kidding with you, heh. But I feel you on the tired thing so you're totally forgiven, hope everything is ok, hospital trips are rarely good...o_O

I'd much rather have my ear eaten than be pooped on, I agree, hahaha. But yes, I hate pigeons, they are disgusting.

@Kits - they don't poop that much, that's true, but still, rodents rarely poop on you. Unless you put them into your lap. And then that's your choice to be pooped on. I can't say I'm the biggest rodent fan either though. I like rabbits and chinchillas, but that's about it, and they do poop way too much. If I have kids they are going to be leaned towards reptiles. Snakes are awesome, we'll definitely have some snakes, I want jellyfish (want to get a saltwater tank setup, need to gear myself up for that since it's a lot of work), turtles if I can afford an aquarium (turtles in a tank are almost as bad as rodents would be smell and mess wise), and cats. If I marry/date/get it's complicated with (^_~) a dog person then dogs are ok too. I like dogs, but I know I'm not a dog person, so caring for a dog isn't something I'd sign up to do alone.

I meant their cages smell bad, I think the only time water fowl smell bad particularly are in marshes - and that's because marshes smell bad on the basis of the water is pretty stagnant. Around lakes and anything with moving/cycled water they're fine. Many birds are pretty, but that doesn't make me like them. I've known some pretty assholes as well, their beauty didn't make me more amenable to them ^_~.

Chinchillas are so soft! I just don't find guinea pigs/hamsters/rats/mice very attractive...that in combination with smelly cages and a poop overload don't make them very preferable to me. I will give rats their due for intelligence though, unlike hamsters (which are dumb as posts), rats can be very clever. If I want furry pets I'm probably sticking with cats and dogs. Though I'd have rabbits if I could have an outdoor hutch.

I like danger ^_~. And they are really pretty. Millipedes huh? That's a pretty interesting pet choice, I can't really think of anyone who specifically desires to own them. Do you have/have you had them as pets already?

Rereading what I said before, that was probably a lie, there is a line with assholery for sure, but before that line is crossed a little bit of cruel/jerk like behavior has a tendency to be attractive to me. I just try to deny this and avoid guys who are assholes on the principal that it's a bad idea, not that it completely offends me. It should offend me, but it just doesn't. It's why I like characters like Avaric so ^_~.

I actually haven't seen the longer hair ones much, the pet store by my house has the shorthair ones and my two friends that have owned guinea pigs also had ones that were shorthaired. I do think (from pictures I've seen of the longhaired ones) that the shorthaired ones are indeed cuter. I think I like chinchillas mainly because they are cute, clean and soft, but I think I'm pretty sure - without ever actually owning anything but a rabbit - that I am not into rodents at all. I think if I want to avoid biting rats are out too, with only one exception, every single rat any friend of mine has ever had has been a biter. And they have very sharp teeth, and plagues. Haha, j/k about the plagues, but they do have sharp teeth. The one exception was retarded, so I'm not sure I'd like to trade biting out for mental slowness. My friend's little sister got a rat recently though, one of the giant ones that are usually fed to boas (she "saved" it). It bit one of their dogs, but I hate that dog so on that I'm rather fuzzy to the rat. I'm not a dog person but I usually like most of my friends dogs. I even like this same family's other dog. The one that was bitten though, on top of being mangy, is a jerk. I'm doubly offended by the fact that her name is Abigail, I may not like my name, but things that have my name in their name should be less evil. Because I'm totally sweet and innocent *tips the halo back onto the horns* ^_~.

Interesting...well, the acid thing doesn't sound very pleasant, and in general, indoor bugs give me the heebie-jeebies (something about having them outside makes me much more comfortable, which is probably why I tend to like bees, butterflies, praying mantises and the like - because these are bugs you'll almost never catch inside), so I don't think I could do any kind of pede. That's interesting though.

It's very common for me in the fictional setting, and I try very hard to just keep it there.

Haga, HAGA?!? REALLY?!? Hahaha, ok well to each their own, but oh man he ticks me off, creepy bug guy! My only use for him is that I do rather love to slash him with Rex (who is one of my favorite characters, *huggles Rex* - FYI Ryuuzaki/Rex is one of the few characters I tend to prefer using the English name on, I have a soft spot for that name, not sure why really). Yes if you didn't notice, Haga is the very bottom of my list...at least I think he is. He's definitely down there though. So what makes him so appealing to you (since he's yet to get his own thread for an elaborate discussion, and probably won't anytime soon)? Curiosity, not condemnation here.

You don't dislike anyone huh...suspicious ninja . Heh, just kidding, that's nice, how amiable you are. At least with YGO. Also this means I can't pretend to write mock evil fanfics pairing you with one of your despised characters like I'm currently doing with Kits and Morgey - and eventually when I'm done with my current serious fanfic I'm going to write these spoofs. I WILL!!

If you wanted to make a second list including GX/5D that might be interesting. Personally never got into either series, and wouldn't be familiar with it (save for a couple of the main characters in GX, I don't know 5D at all though), but you know, someone else might find that interesting xd .

Hahahaha, that is beyond amusing. Especially a thing for bowlcuts? I mean I have a thing for glasses, but I don't think I've ever heard anyone say "my my that's a sexy bowlcut you are sporting" ^_~. So that's very interesting indeed. Anyhow at least you aren't boring, I mean so many people have Ed from FMA or Sasuke from Naruto or someone else large and generic as their all time favorite character. Someone the majority of people like anyhow, so of course it's not hard to understand the favortism. I don't know if I can pick one all time favorite character myself, but I know a large part of my list is going to be dedicated to those major players that have a large fanbase.

Yes, I do like Rex. He's awkward, and either completely out of it or the one person ahead of the game, he can be perceptive when he wants to be. And I like his hair. While I've never liked Haga, I do like the way the two play off each other, so I guess I always want Haga around at least.

I'll have weird reasons for liking characters, but generally my character loves themselves aren't that odd. Not usually anyhow. I think my taste in characters tends to vary more in books than in manga/anime. You have more room for development there.

If I ever write the fanfics, yes I'll post them in here, or at least link them if I decided they were good enough pieces of crack to upload onto ff.net. I doubt they will be, but when/if I get them done I'll definitely share.

@JK: Oh, really? It seemed like all I ever saw were the long-hair ones, until I got my own. That was the first time I ever saw short-haired, and I was so surprised and thought they were so adorable! *_* Really? o.o That's a lot of biting rats. I don't think I've ever known a rat that bites; my sister has some that are super sweet, and they may nibble on your finger lightly, but it doesn't hurt, and that's the extent of it. Haha, sounds like an obnoxious dog. XD It's pretty rare for me to dislike a dog as well, though my friend's sister has a super annoying one that I despise, and my brother has a pretty annoying one that I'm not too fond of. It's not because they're mean though; both those dogs like me, and they follow me everywhere and are just so annoying!
Bees never get into your house? o.o They seem to all the time for me. I love praying mantises though. <3 Butterflies and bees are nice as well. And centipedes are pretty dangerous, so I stick with millipedes. XD;; They're cuter and not creepy-looking like centipedes are anyway.

OMG a character sorter?! That is so awesome! I should try using that and maybe get a more refined list than what I have; I made mine in Word and just used a bunch of dividing methods. XD;; I see how the sorter works, and can read/translate the names, but does it include Genex and 5D's in with the Duel Monsters characters, or are those separate sorters? o.o If they're included, I'll probably just leave those characters out too, since I'm only somewhat into either franchise, and don't really consider them the same as Duel Monsters.

@JK: I know there's other people in this guild who are Haga fans. XD Not common, but they exist. I don't hate him, but he's definitely not one of my favorite characters.

Sounds like you would be a fan of Mandark from Dexter's Lab then... wink And no worries. XD Jounouchi is my favorite character from like everything ever, so we can be sad together.

@JK: Yeah, I think I generally attach to characters somewhat in the middle. Not the most popular ones, but still ones that have a decent fanbase and are generally liked. Like Jounouchi is a perfect example of that.
Ryuuzaki does have pretty kickass hair.

@Rikkai: Yeah, I mean it gets so crazy with how many fans some characters have, that you almost feel conformist just for happening to like them. XP But I try not to let popular opinion affect my judgment on characters, though am not always so successful in that.
I've been meaning to try more of 5D's out... how many episodes are there?

@Rik - Haha, ok. And yes, true, good fanart is always a plus to liking popular characters, though I've found some weirdly amazing fanbases around characters I wouldn't expect. Especially with Xmen Evolution. I rarely like the main character myself (with exceptions being Ed from FMA, Rosette from Chrono Crusade, etc), but I do tend to like a fairly main character. It's hard for me to attach well to a minor character, particularly in a shorter series. And even in a longer series like Yu-Gi-Oh where I can get to know minor characters more, there is always a larger character I get to fall even more in love with, and then they will win.

I know, you hear about him being this great duelist but all you ever see are his losses, even Haga gets one win. My poor dino man *pets*. They are too annoying to have other friends, haha, I mean I love Rex but I totally get how he'd put most people off.

5D did sound more interesting than GX, and the characters looked better, I might try to watch it one day...umm...as long as the spoiler doesn't relate to a death it's fine? I saw this AMV at Y-con this past fall, and the series looked intriguing, but one of the main characters obviously dies, I mean there is no way you can just try to assume something else happens. And that really pissed me off, so now I'm hoping I never find out what the series is called. I'd still be intrigued but already knowing the end, a depressing end at that, is not cool. So yea, fail AMV, probably was one of the best in it's category but I voted against it because of that. That's TOO big a spoiler.

@Kits - maybe short hair is in in Cali? Haha, idk, but when I think guinea pig I think shorthair. Yea I only have two dogs I particularly dislike. This one because it's mean, and another friend of mine, who I would never tell her because she's so attached. However the dog doesn't have the best odor, she's always in the way, and she's just not very attractive. I don't find it an attractive breed at all, although there are few shorthairs that I like in dogs, especially in mid-size/large dogs (of which hers is). Boxers would be an exception, I think they are adorable. There is another friend who has a really annoying dog but he doesn't irk me as much. Her house is also more dog friendly so this dog (whose actually WAY tiny) just doesn't seem all imposing in the house, which is probably what irks me about my other friends dog.

I think a bee has gotten in once or twice, but it's not like ants or flies or gnats or mosquitoes which are long lasting pests, and spiders. Though I've tend to let daddy long legs take up residence in my room in hopes that they'll eat off some of the other things I don't like. In general bees prefer to be outdoors, though they do get into the cars sometimes. Haha, well centipedes are more creepy looking, I wouldn't exactly call a millipede cute and cuddly though, haha. But yes, you stick with them.

I know other people who like him, but favorite character? I've never encountered one...or at least they've never spoken up.

Well, I still must say her guess is random, haha. Ok, they have similarities. I think part of me personally liking Mandark is his role in his setting versus Haga's in YGO.

@Both - btw, Mandark wasn't my favorite character, just fyi. Dexter was. I really disliked Dee Dee though.

Darn long series! I must get through Naruto and finish Ranma 1/2 (almost done with that though) before I pick up another long series.

@Rik - Ooh what a coincidence, I've never seen Princess Tutu or even heard of it until recently when Kits started telling me how much she loves it. Sometimes I really dislike a protagonist, more often than not they aren't my favorite, but my favorite is rarely a minor character.

Well, it'll depend on how fast I get through Naruto, because I only get through things so fast when I have to watch them on my laptop.

Oh ok, but I take it from your translations this sorter isn't in English, so I probably wouldn't understand it enough to use it. Maybe I'll try to find one in English sometime, I mean I'm probably way too lazy...but it's conceivable ^_~.
