Natalia saw that her friend was able to make it again without slipping. She couldn't say she wasn't jealous. She readied herself for another leap and took off.
Nope. She slipped. She silently cursed to herself and refused to lick her pathetic burning paw.

  Truth xxxx FlorandraFlorandra lighted down at the end and silently shook the weariness from her head by twisting her neck back and forth. Truth jumped down from her mount in time to see the Houndoom disappear. Like the Raichu, she did not show very much expression at all, instead curling up to take a short nap whilst the Skarmory stood guard.   Sinistrad xx RunouraSinistrad snorted as he finally crossed the lava pit and rolled his eyes at the ghost. These Pokemon and there stupid beliefs. If anything had made sure they got across, it was their own blasted skills. Drawing his legs close to his body, he closed his eyes and fell into a restless sleep. Meanwhile Rune slid off of her friend's back, landing lightly on the ground. "Thank you again..." she said, as she watched him sink to the ground and sit. Breathing a soft sight of relief, she sat down next to the Sableye and leaned on him before her breaths evened out and it was obvious she was sleeping.

They'd finally made it past, far behind the others, and with a sigh, the two girls sat down, giggling at making eyes at the Spanish-speaking Umbreon; Zen ran over to his friends, sat down and promptly fell asleep while Vert took out his book and began to read.
The Good Doctor smiled fondly at Rune before realizing she had fallen asleep. Stretching out his arm around her, his eyes closed and he leaned back against the wall.

Jen and Natalia made it to the other side just in time to watch the houndoom appear, make his announcment and then disappear. Natalia took it a long sigh of relief when Solaris claimed that everyone deserved a rest. He was a life saver.
As a first order of rest, Jen shot a few water guns and both of their burnt flesh. Once the burning feeling died down, Natalia turned and declared. "Now who here has a be-" She was immediately silenced by Jen's fin the came flying across her head, nearly impaled by Natalia's horn/slashy-thing/Watcha-ma-call-it that stuck out of her head.
"Most of these guys are underage." Jen scolded Natalia quietly. "And even if they weren't I doubt they'd have any alcohol."
The absol rolled her eyes and shuffled her paw through her pouch. Nope, no beer. Even if she had brought some it would be gone by now. "Hmph."
"Don't go all alcoholic on me." Her partner muttered curling up to take a nap.
Natalia's jaw dropped. "I am not an alcoholic!" She then stuck out her tongue. "I just have a very resiliant liver."
Jen frowned, her eyes still closed. "Your liver has nothing to do with- Oh never mind. Just don't bother anyone about your little craving."
The absol sighed and stared at the many groups of pokemon around her. She didn't speak or try to nap for that matter. She just sat there. Staring.

Team Kapow managed to get through the Trial and follow the others without too much difficulty. However they seriously lagged behind due to Isis's and Nombre's dislike of the hot lava.
However they were all well and fine, ready for what was to come.
[[Grr guys! I missed the last trial! >___< Oh well, hopefully I'll be on for the next one!]]

Solaris---Jasper---Xavier
Walking down the hallway, Solaris kept glancing back at the Umbreon trotting slowly behind him.
Once cheerful and beaming, the Dark Type was now walking slowly with his head lowered dejectedly until the Raichu snapped at him to 'look sharp', causing Xavier to snarl and look away.
The Espeon sighed and looked ahead to where the light blue door, that shimmered like glass.
He starred hard, in confusion. For half the door was shattered and slowly melting.
An odd aroma filled his nose and he knew what it was immediately.
Human, but neither of those siblings who had vanished.
"This feels like a trap." Jasper said suddenly, stepping up to examine the ice and sniff cautiously.
"Yes, but...we have no choice but to press onward."
He recieved a grunt in reply, and the party moved forward.
