Leon was sitting outside of a cafe down on the main street. He checked his watch, then thanked the young woman who came to give him the coffee he ordered. In a few minutes, his target would arrive, a known drug dealer who just happened to be a local businessman as well.
But Leon wasn't going to kill him today. No. He was establishing the man's routine. So far, this man had come to the bank across the street from the cafe every day, at exactly the same time, stayed for half an hour, then left. Leon was observing, making sure this would remain unchanged the day he went to make his move.

Rengoku rolled his shoulders. Sprinting forward he thrust his wakazashi, Katsu expertly deflected it allowing Rengoku to use that momentum to spin his katana in an horizontal arc stopping short of Katsu's neck as Katsu's gunblade did the same. Rengoku smiled as he relaxed his grip on his katana stepping back he bowed respectfully to Katsu and picked up his wakazashi, "A wonderful match Katsu-sama."
Tailing this man was boring not only was his bodyguards lax in security but they left so many openings she could have killed him hours ago. If Eva hadn't noticed wherever he went glints of scopes covered his every move and slight bulges in the clothes of the "Civilians" denoted weapons. She blew a sigh, 'How come its never easy...' Eva scanned the area and saw a familiar faces, Arisu and Leon. They hadn't seen each other but who knows what would happen.

He took the keys down for a Infiniti G37 and unlocked it remote opening the doors. He loved it not only was it a coupe but it was discreet, luxurious with incredible handling albeit it had some help from his personal mechanic. "Well then lets get goin?"
Seiren was meandering around town smiling her usual smile that never really reached her eyes when she saw someone from before... before? She couldn't quite remember so she started to catch up with Arisu.

Rose bitterly glared at Levi and went to another room to go make sure she had all of her necessary weapons.She searched her hat for at least one pistol."knives...poison darts...knives...pistol....kni-" she stopped throwing her things behind her and looked at her pistol."Everything's here..."she put everything else away and got to the car "Ready!"

Katsu smiled. "Thank you for the excellent practice, Rengoku," he said.------------------------------------------------------------- ((I changed Arisu's age so she's a bit older. An older age actually fits one of the methods of assassination I plan on her using, that method being seducing her targets and murdering them when they're alone.)) Arisu was just outside the same cafe as Leon. She was wearing a Calvin Klein dress and high heels. To most, she looked like an ordinary, rich girl. However, most of the Delun knew that she would dress like this just to attract some of her targets.
Glancing over, she saw Leon. "Hey! Leon!" she called and walked over.

Leon didn't react for a moment. He took a sip of coffee, watching his target pull up. He held up his right wrist, and looked at the blue faced Doxa SUB 1000T Caribbean watch there. A strange quirk was that, despite being right handed, Leon wore his watch on his right hand, while most wore it on their left. He wrote down a time in the notepad next to him, then looked at the voice. Arisu. He gave her a small smile. "Hello, Arisu." he said.

Quickly looking to make sure no one was close enough to over hear, she sat down across from him. "Watching a target?" she asked.

"Oui." Leon said. He turned to look at her. He had half an hour until the man would come back out again.
"Can I 'elp you wis anys'ing, or are you just out for a walk?" he asked, his French accent thick and distinct.

If Arisu hadn't been used to it, his french accent might've thrown her off guard. But, being in the same guild as him, she'd gotten used to it. "I'm waiting for my target to come by, hence why I'm dressed in Calvin Klein's clothing," she told him. "I'm hoping the expensive clothing will attract his attention."

Leon gave a soft chuckle, sipping his coffee. "It looks good. If your eh...target 'as good taste in women, 'ee will be sure to come." he said. He looked at the bank, then her.
" 'oo is your uh...target anyway?" he asked.

"Some British guy named Nigel Windford. He's wealthy business man who's let his wealth corrupt him. He comes to this cafe on a regular basis," Arisu explained.

"Make sure to not get zee uh, blood on me." he said with a small grin.

Arisu returned the grin. "You know how I work," she said deviously. She looked up to make sure her target wasn't coming yet, which, of course, he wasn't. "Who is your target?" she asked.
