[Section A - Hallways]

Kyouko nodded happily. These people were nice. He even thanked her! "Oh, really, I should have done better..." she said, her methods of being polite from where she lived kicking in, disallowing her from actually accepting the compliment. "But I'm glad I did something, thank you...Um..." She KNEW she had heard his name said by the girl multiple times. 'I think it started with an S...Sora? No...Soru? No...Maybe Sori?' Thankfully, it was the same pronunciation, so her spelling mistake didn't come out when she said it. "Thank you Sory." Still just to be safe, she added "Let me know if I said it wrong..." She then looked down at Thel, and asked "Is there anything I can do to help?"

"Pleased to meet you, Sino," Thea said, finishing folding the sheet and placing it at the foot of the bed in sloppy alignment with the corners; the thing looked like it hadn't been folded at all, just smooshed together. She looked at it like it had disappointed her, and then turned towards Sino once again, noting the tilt of his head and the casual manner of his hands in his pockets. "I'm Thea."

She looked around the room to emphasize her point, "I know I woke up in a cell. Not more than five minutes ago. Is it the same for you?" She thought he had mentioned something of the sort earlier, but the blood was pumping in her ears too much for her to make sense of it then. There were others, did he say? Her door was ajar when she first awoke, perhaps there were other cells filled with 'prisoners'. It was a disturbing thought, but one her mind naturally jumped to upon listening to him. He didn't have a sinister air about him. Actually, he reminded her of a puppy. She didn't know why.

Thea let out a 'hmm' and became thoughtful, eyebrows creasing together ever so slightly. An oni girl with horns? A psycho who could cut things with his mind? Sounded like someone was gathering a number of interesting individuals. She believed Sino, oh every word, but she wondered if she should let onto that fact. 'Typical college student' was her role this past decade. How could anyone possibly know who she was? What she was? Or did they just grab her at random? And what could this man, Sino, do? Or was he ordinary? Surely he was special as well.

Deciding not to reveal anything about herself -it wouldn't be prudent- Thea gave Sino a sidelong glance, "I don't supposed you're secretly a ninja that can create fire out of thin air?" her tone suggested she didn't believe him.

Thea's eyes widened just a bit. She coughed and averted her gaze, managing to hide her smile behind that- well, hopefully hide it. It wasn't in her nature to even consider such a thing, but she did understand it. In fact, if anything, her understanding was growing. Becoming more real, if that even did justice to describing it. Her mission was a complicated one.

"I think I'll see what's outside of this cell now," she said, choosing to overlook his offer, even though it was hardly a serious offer, she was sure. Harmless flirting. She moved to leave the room, despite the fact that he was still blocking the doorway.

"C'est l'amour."

"Sory's fine, though the full name is Soryuju," he responded with a reassuring smile from his position on the ground. "Go check on the two kids over there, the smaller one seems a bit more worried..."

Of course he is... he should be with his parents, not in this hellhole.

As Thelesis tore a part of her skirt off, Soryuju felt his ears grow a deep crimson. He'd have to repay her when they got out of here. He felt horrible; he shouldn't have even mentioned the wound (did he mention it? Bah, he couldn't be bothered to recall), and now she was taking off her clothing to fix it- (GO AWAY TESTOSTERONE)

"Heh, I always thought garters were kind of sexy sometimes," he remarked with a teasing smirk right back at her. "I wonder if I can pull it off as well as you women do?"

"C'est l'amour."

"I'll get by, I suppose," he muttered in response to the shoe thing before glancing to the older of the new 'kids' as he responded. The older one attempted to chastise him, but he remained unfazed. What was smart to say and what wasn't didn't really matter at a time like this. They'd all woken up somewhere without a clue, a man had just attempted to kill them...

As much as he would have preferred to protect the younger ones from the harsh realities of the world, there was no such luck. This was the harsh reality. There was no hiding that. And the sooner they came to that realization, the better, as much as he absolutely hated it.

"It's very nice to meet you Elijah, Amadeus, Tsuiyo," Soryuju spoke, slowly standing up as he did so, being sure to put most of his weight against the nearby wall and on his good leg, as the one that was cut was still hurting like hell. Thank God for high pain tolerance. "I'm Soryuju Ryutetsin. This helpful friend of mine is Thelesis, and this shy one is Kyouko. That's Fallax-" he said, motioning toward Fallax, "And I can tell you the man back there was no 'Daisuk'. He said his name was Edgeworth, so unless he was lying, your brother's still out there somewhere."
