Rosuto giggled a little when Shadow seemed to yawn and eventually fell asleep. For a moment, he watched, but then he had to finally look away when Hatomi asked a question. Is love easy to accept or hard to accept? When did this love begin? Those two questions were pretty hard to answer, especially the last one. When had he started loving Hatomi? He knew he realized the love during sixth grade, but when did it begin? When they first met? No, that was just a little frienship. A few years after that? Love was an easily misunderstood feeling at the time. So when did Rosuto's love start?

"I'm not exactly sure when I started loving you," Rosuto replied, shrugging a little. "I only realized my feelings about a couple of years ago, but I do know that love isn't always easy or hard to accept. Sometimes it's in-between." He then began searching through memories. "In my case, it wasn't so hard accepting that I love you." Or at least he thought. Sure, it was a little troubling, but he got over the confusion just months before confessing to Hatomi, which had ended in a fall.
PostPosted: Thu Feb 25, 2010 6:30 pm

Hatomi watched him for a while before he turned his head to the right while bitting his lower lip. It wasn't quiet the answer he was looking for, but it made sense to a point. Though in Hatomi's case it seemed harder to him. He had never knowingly loved someone like he did Rosuto now. A blush broke out over his cheeks and he he looked at the ground letting his hair cover his face from veiw, as he spoke softly. "We should probably get going and drop by your place to get you ready for the day," He didn't looked up or move. He really honestly didn't know what to do. He felt so lost and confused on what to do and how to do it. He had never known himself to be gay before the other day. It was very hard to accept let alone follow through with it. Though Hatomi had made a promise and he was going to keep it. he never backed down on a promise made to anyone he knew. He looked up at him a tender soft smile that looked miss placed on him, since he never smiled in the first place, graced his features. the blush was still there, but he didn't know exactly how to stop that from happening in the first place. He walked forward and stood directly in front of Rosuto and lifted his chin with gentle fingers. He couldn't seem to stop himself when he leaned down and kissed Rosuto flat on the lips.

When he realized what he had just done he gentlely pulled away and looked him square in the eyes. "Don't mind the question....I think i've already figured it out on my own," He said softly. It sounded like it almost had a light huskey sound to it though he couldn't be sure himself if that indeed was true. He grabbed Rosuto's hand and held it in his own as he walked out the door with him. he locked the door and pulled out his umbrella all the while still holding Rosuto's hand and not giving a damn who saw him with Rosuto. He knew this would be hard not just for himself, but for Rosuto. But he truely wanted to get closer to him and to just seem to let everything go for once. The rain was coming down and he made sure Rosuto stayed under the umbrella with him. To keep him dry from the casscading rain as it bliped and jumped onto and off of the umbrella they were under.

Rosuto had once again blushed when Hatomi kissed him. He was happy, but at the same time embarrassed. It wasn't often that someone would kiss you out of the blue like that. When they had finished kissing, they had soon walked out into the rain. Rosuto could see people watching them, so he stayed quite close to Hatomi for comfort. He was scared of the strange looks pointed toward them by the people and he wished they would stop, but it wasn't like he could just go ahead and tell them that. Things were never that simple.
PostPosted: Sun Feb 28, 2010 9:25 am

Hatomi noticed the stared and when Rosuto got closer to him. When they got to Rosuto's home he looked back at the others staring at them and he spoke softly to him as he stood there. "I'll wait out here for you so you can go ahead and get ready," He exhaled nervously, "You won't be alone on this trust me. I'm feeling a bit nervous about this as well." He chuckled nerously before turning to look at Rosuto, "I'm going to keep my promise. I'm not leaving you and I won't cause anymore harm to people, unless i'm forced too." He smiled gently the nerousness still there, but starting to ebb away slowly as he adjusted and over came it. He gently stroked the side of his face and let his hand drop as he felt those damned eyes of the people watching burn even more into him and he sighed. "I seriously hope that nothing goes wrong today," Hatomi seemed tense now. If people on the streets were already acting like this then that ment so would people at school and may or may not turn in their favor. He hoped and prayed to god that it would turn in their favor. He really didn't want Rosuto to be alone anymore and for people to like him and not hate him.

Rosuto nodded and immediately entered the house, going through the usual morning routines, getting some clothes that weren't bloody and that hid his wounds, and soon returned outside. Since it wasn't already time to go or anything, he can probably just eat at a restaurant with Hatomi or something. He had run out of things to eat, or rather he threw it all away because he thought he wouldn't need it anymore. As it turned out, he was wrong about his life ending. His time really hadn't come yet, and apparently Hatomi was the one to make sure he didn't die too early.

After Rosuto returned to where Hatomi was standing, he felt a question try to leap out of his mouth. Of course, he didn't want to bother his senpai, so he just kept his mouth shut. It would probably startle the older boy if he suddenly asked if they could eat breakfast together before going to school. Rosuto didn't want to risk disgust or confusion from his senpai. Sure, Hatomi had said that he would do whatever Rosuto wanted, which would include eating breakfast together, but as mentioned before, the freshman wasn't really sure if it was fair for the older to say that so casually.

Hatomi smiled softly when the other appeared and chuckled softly. Something was on the others mind and he geussed it was something he wouldn't tell or either ask Hatomi. His own stomache growled at that moment and he laughed softly. "Want to go eat some where? I'm starved and I bet you are too am I right?" He chuckled softly as his mind was set on the course of food. His eyes roved over Rosuto's atire and he sighed his features going sad before he reached up and stroked the side of his face before grabbing Rosuto's hand and kissing the injury through the bandages. "I am so sorry Rosuto. For you to hide this is a big deal," He said softly. "I will never let this happen again. Ok?" he sighed and then his face lightened up again. "I will make things better and you won't be lonely anymore I promise," He tugged gently against his hand towards a resturaunt that he enjoyed alot and hoped that Rosuto would like. Jonny Rockets. He loved this place and had come here often after Rosuto had disappeared. "I hope you like this place. I come here alot not only to eat, but It's one of very few of my part time jobs," He chuckled softly.

(What a coincidence. I've just gone to Johnny Rockets a while ago.)

Rosuto had blushed when Hatomi had kissed his formerly slit wrists, and he had looked up at Hatomi in surprise that the older had read his mind. Well, at least now he wouldn't have to ask, since they were already in the Johnny Rockets restaurant. It was funny how a while ago Rosuto had always wanted to try going to this place, especially with Hatomi. It looks like his wish had finally come true, though right after he had given up hope. Well, now that he was here with Hatomi, maybe his past wishes that he had given up on can still be fulfilled. The probability had just now increased.

"Thank you for bringing me here, senpai," Rosuto said, a little embarrassed. "I... had always wanted to come here with you, but it seemed impossible until today." Oh great, why did he have to choose such strange words and why did he have to be so shy? He was acting completely like a girl! What was wrong with him? This wasn't how he should act in front of Hatomi. What was worse, they were in a restaurant and there were other people here! This could probably be the worst place to say such things.
PostPosted: Sun Feb 28, 2010 9:19 pm

Hatomi smiled softly and he laughed at his words, "well I'm glad. It's a great place to bring you....." His mind wandered off wondering if he could call this a date or not. Probably not considering he practically dragged the poor boy here. He groaned and slapped his palm against his face. he really wasn't used to this at all. He's never had a relationship with anyone. matter of fact this was entirely new territory in his book and he really didn't know how to treat Rosuto or how to act. He was just acting on pure instinct right now and he quiet frankly sure if that was right either. Hatomi sighed and his hand fell to his side as he chuckled again, "Well it's by my honor then that I bring you here today and spend that time with me." He smiled down at him. He was starting to get used to smiling, even if it was foreign to him since he was young. Ever since Rosuto had vanished and the confession he had stopped smiling and stopped getting close to people. he oddly wondered what had caused him to shove everyone awat like that. He looked around and noticed the place wasn't full at all for a school day. Most kids stopped here before school and it seemed odd that today no one was practically here.

Hatomi brought Rosuto over to a nice table in the corner away from prying eyes so he wouldn't feel nervous here. Though if anyone was truely looking for Hatomi or Rosuto, they would be easy to spot Due to Hatomi's personality and who was sitting with Rosuto. He was glad to see though that his gang wasn't there which in his case was a good thing for now anyways. He hoped to confront them at school and not before, but knowing his luck it wouldn't last for long. He ran his hands thorugh his hair showing once again he was thinking hard and very nervous about up coming events that he knew were bound to happen. Hatomi was a staregic fighter and even when he wasn't fighting he was thinking strategically just to avoid possible events that may cause problems or complications. though this kind of situation calls for some more deep thinking if they were going to make it through the day unscaithed.

Rosuto was a little uncomfortable with sitting at the corner, but maybe it's okay since the two of them could escape the staring eyes of whoever was in the restaurant. Besides, Hatomi seems to have changed, so there shouldn't be any worry about a prank or anything, right? Senpai seemed very sincere about the change and everything, even to the point of returning to the old companion Rosuto had fallen in love with. But had that companion really returned? Even now he was skeptical about whether or not Hatomi really did return to the Hatomi from before two years ago. Rosuto just shook his head. Of course his secret crush had actually returned. There was no possible way that he wouldn't. No one, not even Hatomi, would be so cruel as to not change even after seeing an attempted suicide linked to that person's torment. If anyone was that heartless, then that person doesn't deserve to be called a human.

Those were the things that Rosuto would really like to convince himself, but it all seemed very much futile. He can understand why he still wouldn't let himself trust Hatomi. Everyone he had trusted, except for his friends at work, had left him to fend for himself. A lot of other people would bury the ability to trust so deep in their hearts that it would need not just one person to dig it out. Apparently, in Rosuto's situation, Hatomi is trying to help him dig up that ability to trust, as an apology for the actions and perhaps a great need to prove his finally returned love.

Hatomi looked over at him and smiled gently, "Sorry about this...didn't want to be spotted so easily by anyone who make think something else of our being here together, before I have a chance to explain anything." Hatomi looked at the menu after saying that. Skimming over the menu, but desciding he wanted the usual he usually got. Which was a large burger and fries, with a milk shake. Go figure Hatomi a junk food junkie when he wants to be. Other then that he eats practically healthy. He looked back over at Rasuto as he htought to himself. his hands folded infront of him pressed against his lips in thought. For a long time he had been making htis boys life a living nightmare and hurt him so much that he himself he no idea how deep it ran. He sighed as he made a firm resolve to do anything he could to make him happy. He would protect him as best as he could from people like he himself had used to be. Hatomi smiled softly as he remember back to a promise he had made before everything had gone wrong.

-flash back-

"Rasuto....why you crying," Hatomi touched his friends shoulder gently.

"Kids at school won't stop pickin on me....I tell them to stop, but they won't do it," Rasuto's small fists rubbed at his eyes and Hatomi sighed softly.

At the time they were both very young and in grade school. So it was natural to have a bond like that when they were young.

"Hay Rasuto....dun cry. If they keep botherin you then i'll deal with them kay?" Hatomi pulled him into a tender friendly hug and tried to calm his friend down.

-end flash back-

Hatomi sighed as he waited for the waiter he oddly wondered if that friendly hug had been more then he thought it was. He had been extremely protective of him back then before he had found out that Rasuto was gay. Not to mention he felt odd when he saw him hanging with other people and not him. He chuckled softly as he finally realaized, many years after that inscadent he had been jelous of others that got close to Rosuto and hung out with him when he wasn't around.

"Don't worry about it, Senpai," Rosuto said with a shy smile. "You have a reputation to keep anyway. I wouldn't want to be a bother to you." As much as he was enjoying this time with Hatomi, a part of him wanted to leave as soon as he could, but it was too late now. It would be terribly rude if he just left Hatomi here, and even after his being willing to have breakfast together. Besides, his senpai would probably get angry or hurt or something of the sort, and those were the last things Rosuto wanted Hatomi to feel.

Rosuto decided to shake the thoughs away and just look at the menu. He wasn't sure what to order. Maybe he should just order some chicken tenders and a small drink. It would be a simple breakfast, but it was acceptable. Everything else on the menu seemed a bit strange to Rosuto, and he didn't want to risk ordering something that he didn't like. It would be an inconvenience to Hatomi, since he had decided they would eat in this restaurant.

Hatomi's eys saddened, "Is that what you think?" He sighed softly his hand coming up to his chin as he looked away. His hand almost slightly covering his mouth which was set in and uneasy frown. "Rasuto I don't give a damn about my reputation. I never did and people always think that I care about it. Even my parents thought the same damn thing..." He didn't look back him. He was seething sure, but it hurt to think that everyone thought so little of his ability to give a damn about his pride or his damned reputation that had already been stained some many times without his knowing through the students that had commited suicide. He hated it and yet the hurt was plain in his words as he spoke on without stopping, "Why would a reputation matter? So many people lost their lives because of the monster I had become. I hadn't ment for them to die....I never did that intentionally either. I wish.....Maybe if I'd....Why couldn't I have just let the past go and leave them be?" He gringed at his own words and he faught back the urge to break down like he had when he had seen Rasuto on the floor bleeding out and looking so pale a fragile. More then he should have looked at that point in time making him very protective of the younger since then.

Hatomi looked at Rasuto the warring emotions plain in his eyes as he faught himself for emotional control. His will won and the looked settled into the distant saddness. When the waitor came over he smiled his half smile, though it never fully reached his eyes. Though she didn't seem to notice though. "Hay Hatomi sweet heart same as usual?" She asked sweetly, "Ya Raneeta." He looked over at Rasuot, "What would you like Rasuto?" The girl turned to Rasuto a happy smile on meeting someone new to the resturant. Her long blond curles were pulled back into a thick pony tail as her light golden skin seemed to almost shimmer with how clean it looked. Her voice was a high almost bubble gum sounding girl like you would see in those old movies. Although Raneeta had been known not only to be a total klutz, but a ditz as well. Hatomi had become friends with her along with the rest of his gang which was odd not to have seen them here yet, which in terms he was glad they weren't there.

At seeing Hatomi's sad expression, Rosuto immediately felt guilty for what he said. He didn't mean to remind his senpai about what had happened to those students. He only wanted to be considerate, but apparently he had said the wrong thing. As he listened to the older boy's talk about himself being a monster, which Rosuto really wanted to interrupt and tell him that he wasn't, his heart only began to feel like heavy lead. Relief came to him when the waitress came by and her cheery aura seemed to chase off the gloomy atmosphere.

After Hatomi ordered his breakfast, Rosuto began looking back at the menu in case there was something else to his interest. Finally, he decided there was none. "I'd like some chicken tenders and a soda, that's all," he said after the last look, putting the menu on the table and smiling back at the waitress. He couldn't help feeling jealous that the waitress, Raneeta, and Hatomi were talking to each other so comfortably. Perhaps it was because of his love for his senpai. Sometimes people in love would get jealous when the object of their love is with someone else. Of course, it wasn't that Rosuto would need to worry about Hatomi being attracted to Raneeta. Apparently, the two of them are just friends according to the way they talk to each other, and Raneeta looked like she was a nice and likeable person anyway. If Hatomi did like her, then at least he liked someone who seemed kind.
PostPosted: Wed Mar 10, 2010 4:25 pm

Hatomi didn't watch her as she took the orders and walked away. Though he did notice she sent a oving stare towards Rasuto showing she liked him more then she let on. He turned to Rasuto and just stared for a bit before resting his head once again in his hand, and this time stared out the window at nothing inparticulare. His thoughts being dragged elsewhere not noticing the sound of the door clanging and his gang walked in talking loudly and obnoxiously.

Shadow was being noogied by Kyo,"You know what Shad. Sometimes I wonder if your not gay yourself," The male grinned widely, "Don't you think that would be hypocritical of you to bully others when you yourself is one." He joked and Shadow sneered at it.

"Well what about you mister i can't even get a girlfriend," He poked his ribs making Kyo jump away with a squeek.

Tanya shook her pixie hair and sighed, "Would you two grow up you sound like an old married couple." She sniggered and punched Shadows head without remores. "Anyways have any of you seen H today? He didn't meet us at the mill like he does on days like these. God if only he acknowledged that he's so good looking that both genders would fight for him to be theirs. Let alone notice that his body language speeks more then what he says half the damned time."

Shadow nodded, "Do you ever think he'll notice that he does swing that way?"

Kyo groaned, "Aww please not this again.....How do you honestly think he's gay?"

Tanya laughed, "One because guys like him are way out of a girls league. Two he seems so hell bent on beating gays that it's possible he is rebelling against the idea of being one without even realizing he's doing it. And three he has never once had a girl friend in his life and he is completely totally and utterly a virgin still."

Shadow smiled as the hints sank into Kyo's head and his face paled. "Well if he ever does realize it.....what will happen?" His smiled dissappeared, "You know he'll hurt for it right? It may not be physical, but emotionally and mentally he will suffer over it." Shadow sighed as they sat at a table in the open near the two in the corner. To busy with their conversation to notice they were there. Though if Raneeta came back things were bound to turn their attentions to where they were seated.

Hatomi had completely spaced out unaware of the group not to far from them. Bantering and prodding at each other about Hatomi when he was sitting right there without their knowledge.

At hearing some all-too familiar voices, Rosuto froze and tried to act like he didn't hear them. Hatomi's gang was in the restaurant, and now they were seated very near to them. Though he couldn't understand what the gang was talking about, he knew it had to do with Hatomi. Could they be suspecting anything? Are they here because Hatomi had told them to come? And what plans do they have in mind for today anyway? So many questions, but absolutely no way to answer them. Senpai looked like he wasn't paying any attention, so maybe he doesn't know they were here.

Cautiously, Rosuto peeked over at the group. They seemed a bit oblivious to the fact that the two of them were in the same restaurant, so maybe Hatomi hadn't told them to come after all. Even so, Rosuto didn't want to take the chance to let his guard down. The next thing he knew, they might start to torment him again as they had done for the past two weeks. Hatomi might not even care and just let them get on with it, though a part of Rosuto told him that it was very, very unlikely.

His heart was pounding and rushing blood through his body, and it reminded him of the slits he made of the attempted suicide. What if the group found out? Would they just torment him even more than they had before? Maybe they'll reopen the cuts and put them in water, which would just make it terrifyingly red. So many horrible visions ran through Rosuto's mind as he thought of what may happen to him. He was petrified, perhaps as still as stone, in fear. Anxiously, he pulled his sleeves even more over the wounds to hide them. They were bandaged be now, yes, but that didn't mean they would go unnoticed. At least one person besides Hatomi would find out and they'll wonder what had happened, and that was the last thing Rosuto would want to happen today.
