he herd a knock on the front door "man Rog works fast he must of got a speed demon"he walk out of the room and opened the front door a man in a long black coat handed him the stuff lucy ordered and said it was a present from rog and zack closed the door and went to find lucy

Lucy chuckled "with my technology it wont be off at all" she said with a chuckle. she tapped a seperate wall. and sniggered "you chose well in your room NME, this one is full of little goodies your sure to enjoy" she said as the wall opened and pushed out a seperate integrated work place. "I often make things that need to be exact" she said showing him the equipment, "it wasnt exactly designed for a gun but it will work for this purpose none the less." she said.

when N.M.E. heard what zack said, he thought that lucy would be offended by zacks demanding tone. so he quickly started work on the laser. he was hoping mistresses anger wouldn't get directed towards himself.

Mina laughed "My dear what makes you think i need to plug in?" she said. "you have never seen me fight my pet" she said with a chuckle. "the only place i have no power is in the middle of nowhere where no lines run. but htere are so few areas like that in the world it makes no difference." she added with a shurg. "if you wish to spar then come, i will show you the error of your ways." she said chuckling as she walked toward the door. "NME come find me when the weapon is done and we can test it in the range" She said to him before leaving the room and going to a seperate building out back. It was a completly open circular room made for sparing. She waited for zack to join her.

he knew she was going to do this he was not going to go all out if he did he mite kill her by mistake "if you insist" he went with her "i will not go all out"

N.M.E. had to work with exact precision. small mistakes wouldn't cause a catastrophic malfunction, but the more precise he was now, the more accurate and powerful the weapon would be later.

Lucy shrugged "my dear if you hit me then i will be impressed" she said "no one has in many years, nor will i allow this to be the first." she said. "i'll try not to electricute you unless you piss me off" she said a smrik on her face. She was not cocky, she knew from expirence her talents and it was her pet that underestamated her obviously.

N.M.E. finished the main laser, he wanted to add something extra." i would normally add a grenade launcher, but then it would require ammo. the main idea of a laser, is no ammo needed. so lets add a plasma launcher" he had a habit of thinking out loud. plasma is the 4th state of matter. it's basically a solid gas. however plasma only exists at high temperatures.
