Personality: Is normally smiling, and stares sometimes, farther off into the distance. He doesn't become blank as he is always in a state of thinking, almost half-sleep. Depending on his mood, he will greet everyone, even enemies. Will smile, even in the face of death.
Behavior: Friendly, hot-headed and seen as childish, becomes calm when a friend is threatened
Backstory: Vincente was born to be a fighter, a natural wild-child. He spent all of his time on the treetops of Konoha, even though urged not to. He had received a special sword from his grandparents, it was engraved with his name. He was a natural at it's use, though it was a weapon rarely seen, so only he knew how it worked. He trains everyday to just be impressive to others, hoping he'll one day advance to Sage. Hokage would be too much work for his laid back demeanor. He hones his body everyday, just waiting to become more powerful.

Weapon Type: Swords

Weapon Location: Carried in hand, around neck, or as a belt
Weapon Description: Two interconnected blades that have powers beyond an average sword. The Heaven blade is amazingly sharp, better than a basic sword, but it has several dull points, it can be swung easily, though not as well as the Earth Blade. The earth blade is fast and light, though it's power makes it weak. The two have taken the lives of many, and have never been in the hands of a child. The Blades draw spiritual energy from there user to remain repaired, but when the user runs out of energy, the blades snapped and must rengenerate before use. They can appear back in the user's hands under any condition. They must be taken to a master smith to regain former power, as regeneration weakens the blades. The Blades return to their user, lost or otherwise, though when killed, they seek a new owner. As a last resort, the owner can give blood to completely repair the blades.
Special Properties: Can regenerate, return to the users hand if missing, and light a dim path for the user to see.

Backstory:Cyrstal was raised the the highest mountains so coldness doesn't affect her at all from resistance she moved to the sound village to become a ninja she got to the sound village and to her surprise the Kage was a really nice man not so serious like other Kages! but her past has more effect on her social abilities having been abandoned at 5 years old she doesn't take to authority quite well or lets say 'disrespect her no matter who you are your going to get the same right back!' but she rarely speaks so no one really knows her past unless they read her file but only the Otokage has access to that! When she met the Otokage she relized he was her lost older brother and had found her secret twin Hana too! Shade:
1. You can't use the 'Hyouton' style without being a member of the appropriate Bloodline. You'll have to choose a different element.
2. Was your custom weapon ever submitted and approved?
3. You have 40 chakra points as Chuunin (Curse Mark activation bonuses come in after you activate a cursemark)

ah, ok, what about Suiton? My weapon was approved before I even started role-playing, and thanks for the info, I thought it was the extra two was just for having the curse mark, and ten extra points were added upon activation

3. Origami no dara users aren't actually weak agaisnt 'Fire' ... its just that when they use their techniques, the paper techniques can be negated more easily by fire. also, you can use your techniques when wet... just not particularly easily... or without as much effect.
4. You have 40 chakra points
5. its not possible for you to know all of those Chuunin Bloodline abilities or that Jounin one yet. As Genin, you could only have known 1 C-rank.

It's not my fault, I had no sensei, nobody told me if I could learn jutsus alone, somebody said only chunnin and up could teach and learn jutsu, and overall Sound went inactive. Getting a rank up is the only way I can learn anything at all.

Did Naruto learn the Kage Bunshin without any help?
...did Neji require any training from a higher up to learn his Heavenly spin?
Saying that you have to have a Chuunin instruct you for any jutsu learned is ridiculous. of course you can learn jutsu and train on your own, it just goes faster if you have a Chuunin as a sensei.
Also, I wasn't accusing your weapon... but all custom weapons need to be submitted and approved. Did you get yours submitted and approved?

...In fact, Nagato, used a water jutsu (more specifically Foam) to wash the oil off of her.
Overall, I guess I would say your Elemental weaknesses are Earth and Fire

oh paper form i learned from push so it is a chuunin ranked and the dragonfly i learned with extra post i think i'll porbaly re-learn it later
the Cs i can relearn but C use to be genin level when i learned them[before you made the new chakra system, only water justu i learned are after you made it]
